The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


11:28 a.m., East Sonora - Someone said a 35-year-old woman stole clothes from the fitting rooms at Kohl's on the 13700 block of Mono Way and returned them to receive refunds fraudulently.

2:08 p.m., East Sonora - A woman on the 14000 block of Mono Way suspected the water line to her hot water heater had been intentionally cut.

2:54 p.m., East Sonora -Someone said a newspaper rack was stolen from in front of a business on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

Felony bookings


2:12 a.m., Tuolumne - James Odell McChristian, 43, of the 5900 block of South Landpark Drive, Sacramento, was booked on suspicion of drug transportation, after an arrest on the 19000 block of Tuolumne Road North.

8:50 p.m., Sonora - Rick Todd Davis, 49, of the 400 block of Greenley Road, was booked on suspicion of making criminal threats, after an arrest at his home.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


10:48 a.m., any civil problem - A man requested to speak with an officer regarding dog fight that happened the previous day in front of a store on the 1000 block of Mono Way.

3 p.m., theft - Someone at a restaurant on the 700 block of Mono Way said a newspaper stand was stolen.


The Sheriff's Department reported the following:


3:29 p.m., Camp Connell - There was a theft on Shoshone Drive.

4:29 p.m., Rail Road Flat - A residence was vandalized on Prussian Hill Road.

10:04 p.m., Wallace -Someone said they heard six or seven gunshots southeast of Dancie Drive.

Felony bookings


9:40 a.m., Angels Camp - Joseph Clarence Geto, 19, of the 4200 block of French Gulch Road, Murphys, was booked on suspicion of second-degree burglary and possession of stolen property, after an arrest on the 100 block of North Main Street.


Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


5:15 a.m., San Andreas area - Ronald Kenneth Gould, 58, of the 9600 block of Fetlock Way, Elk Grove, was arrested on Highway 49 at Fricot City Road.

2:17 p.m., Arnold - Marc Thomas Anthony, 59, of the 100 block of Longman Lane, was arrested on the 900 block of Highway 4.
