TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

10:29 a.m., Tuolumne - A man on the 18700 block of Main Street said another man broke into his home, vandalized it and stole several items while he was in jail.

2:24 p.m., Jamestown - A woman on the 19800 block of Peppermint Falls Road said two people have been staying in her barn and not paying rent. She suspects one of them stole her iPad as well.

4 p.m., Columbia - A man on the 23000 block of Dolly Lane said he came home to find his 10 marijuana plants had been stolen.

8:10 p.m., Sonora area - Someone said they saw eight juveniles at the skate park on Greenley Road drinking 32 oz. beers and one was talking about having meth for sale.

Arrests

Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

WEDNESDAY

2:57 p.m., Groveland - Jerry Manuel Rodrigues, 59, of the 11500 block of Noels Dirt Road, was arrested at Highway 120 and Whites Gulch Road.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

7:29 a.m., traffic - There was a non-injury traffic accident involving a vehicle and a motorcycle near the Tuolumne County Visitors Bureau on Stockton Road.

10:56 a.m., traffic - There was an accident involving a gray Toyota Tundra pickup and a white Chevy truck on East Lyons Streets.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff's Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

10:03 a.m., Arnold - A theft was reported on El Rancho Drive.

10:12 a.m., Rail Road Flat - A report was taken for burglary on Ridge Road.

10:19 a.m., Valley Springs - A citation was issued for theft at Toyon Middle School on Double Springs Road.

1:32 p.m., Burson - There was a theft on Cobb Lane.

5:20 p.m., Copperopolis - There was a theft on Spangler Lane.

7:26 p.m., Arnold - A home was burglarized on Cypress Point Drive.

Felony bookings

WEDNESDAY

7:48 a.m., West Point - Niels Aage Bang, 76, of the 100 block of Robbinville Drive, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, after an arrest at his home.

3 p.m., Arnold - Daniel Damon Hill, 36, of the 700 block of Summit View Road, booked on suspicion of evading police with disregard for public safety, after an arrest at his home.

7:11 p.m., San Andreas - Christopher James Carney, 31, of the 1800 block of Pool Station Road, and Dakota Lee Sanders, 25, of the 100 block of Miller Court, were booked on suspicion of drug possession, after arrests on the 200 block of California Street.

WEDNESDAY

9:08 p.m., Copperopolis - Roy Delbert Gault, 57, of the 5000 block of Roma Street, Santa Rosa, was arrested on Highway 4 east of Telegraph Road.
