Humane Society board members are needed
The Humane Society of Tuolumne County has two open positions on its board of directors.
Needed are members with knowledge and skills in capital campaigns, education, fundraising event planning, grant writing, research and social networking, said Jean McClymonds, treasurer of the board of directors and finance and administrative director of the shelter.
"Over the last two years, we have brought about meaningful change in our board composition, dynamics and culture," she said. "Continuing to create this climate of change through ongoing communication and engagement of the board will help us sustain and increase our overall efforts on behalf of the animals entrusted to our care."
