TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:07 a.m., Groveland - A woman on the 23000 block of Hells Hollow Road said the last time she saw her Beretta handgun was in her drawer sometime last summer, but now it's missing and was possibly stolen.

10:29 a.m., Twain Harte - Someone said that a silver truck swerved at them and forced them into a ditch near the 22900 block of Fuller Road.

12:12 p.m., Twain Harte - Someone said a home on the 18800 block of Lookout Drive was foreclosed on after the owner died in a vehicle accident and now appliances have been taken from it.

1:32 p.m., Twain Harte - A man on the 23400 block of Old Meuli Trail said his ATM card number was fraudulently used in Southern California in the amount of $943.40.

4:09 p.m., Don Pedro - A woman on the 6100 block of Enramada Drive, La Grange, said a lawn mower was taken from a storage shed at a property she owns on Lake Don Pedro.

Felony bookings

TUESDAY

1:19 a.m., Sonora area - Kimberly Rene Akers, 35, of the 1600 block of Wylma Way, Modesto, and James William Mylar, 55, of the 1700 block of Shaddox Avenue, Modesto, were booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on the 20300 block of South Sunshine Road. Akers was additionally booked on suspicion of selling or transporting drugs.

Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

TUESDAY

10:19 a.m., Sonora - Michael Joseph Comazzi, 28, of the 19900 block of Gibbs Drive, was arrested on the 800 block of Mono Way.

8:08 p.m., Jamestown - Barbara Ann Brandebergparker, 55, of Jeanese Drive, was arrested on Highway 49 north of Fifth Avenue.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

4:56 p.m., fight - Two men got into a physical altercation on Orchard Avenue before one got into his vehicle and left heading towards Columbia. No one wished to press charges but were concerned because the driver was suspected of possibly being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

2:22 p.m., Valley Springs - A burglary occurred on Hillvale Drive.

4:15 p.m., Copperopolis - An arrest was made at a reported disturbance near Reeds Turnpike.
