The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


9:24 a.m., Sonora area - A window was broken out of a rental house on the 21000 block of Crestview Drive.

2:36 p.m., Sonora area - A theft of mail occurred on the 11000 block of Racetrack Road.

3:34 p.m., Jamestown - A man on the 14700 block of Twist Road said his credit card number was used by someone for the last three days to make purchases in Arizona.


12:54 a.m., Columbia - Security at Columbia College found a purse with marijuana in it.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


12:23 p.m., suspicious circumstances - A person who allegedly had been drinking received treatment at a clinic on Stockton Road for a hand injury. The person alleged being assaulted but gave officers several inconsistent stories.

3:54 p.m., weapons - A man said that his 10-year-old son and a friend found a rifle in some bushes on Pesce Way. An officer found and seized the rifle.

6:20 p.m., controlled substances - Someone reported a vehicle on Old Wards Ferry Road that was swerving in the roadway with possible marijuana smoke billowing out. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle upon arriving at the scene.

9:25 a.m., La Grange - Jeremy Dwayne Cannon, 25, of the 4900 block of Cedar Drive, Camino, was booked on suspicion of stealing and receiving a stolen vehicle, after an arrest on the 14400 block of Potrero Way.

4:48 p.m., Sonora - Sara Anne Robinson, 32, of Sonora, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest near the intersection of Gold and South Stewart streets.


Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


1:42 a.m., La Grange - James Riley Thurman, 33, of the 19800 block of Golden Dove Road, was arrested near the intersection of J59 and Red Hills Road.

4:30 p.m., Jamestown - Matthew Eugene Carlile, 30, of Main Street, was arrested near the intersection of Preston Lane South and Seco Street.

9:22 p.m., Jamestown - Jodi Lynn Tomasevich, 45, of the 17800 block of Chicken Ranch Road, was arrested on Chicken Ranch Road south of Highway 49.

10:18 p.m., Sonora area - Stephen Michael Gray, 67, of the 19200 block of South Court, was arrested on Highway 108 east of Lime Kiln Road.


The Sheriff's Office reported the following:


11:05 p.m., Copperopolis - An arrest was made following a traffic stop on Feather Drive.

12:25 p.m., San Andreas - Micheli Ninfalyn Sunseri, 27, of Angels Camp, was booked on suspicion of vandalism, after an arrest at Behavioral Health Services on Mountain Ranch Road.

3 p.m., San Andreas - Justin Ryan Rupe, 23, of the 4500 block of North Lombardi Drive, Mokelumne Hill, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest near a ranch on Highway 12.
