TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

8:47 a.m., Sonora area - A 800- to 900-pound roll of carpeting was taken from a manufactured home that is being installed on 18000 block of Lime Kiln Road.

9:14 a.m., Columbia - A light was vandalized that was shining on an American flag at a residence on the 23000 block of Italian Bar Road.

Arrests

Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

MONDAY

12:41 a.m., Sonora - John Irvin Teter, 61, of the 5000 block of West Drexel Road, Tucson, Ariz., was arrested on Mono Way at Sanguinetti Road.

10:30 a.m., Sonora - Edward Dean Grandon, 52, of the 3000 block of Bridgeford Lane, Modesto, was arrested on Highway 108 just west of Highway 49.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

2:04 p.m., harassment - There was a report of an aggressive panhandler, who was described as tall, wearing a long dark coat and carrying a walking cane, allegedly harassing customers outside of a business on the 1000 block of Sanguinetti Road.

6:34 p.m., theft - A woman, who had no identification on her, was arrested on suspicion of stealing from a store on the 1000 block of Mono Way.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff's Office reported the following:

MONDAY

8:17 a.m., Valley Springs - A theft was reported on Butler Lane.

9:43 a.m., Angels Camp - A residence was burglarized on Highway 49.

9:57 a.m., Sheep Ranch - The outside lights and a shovel were stolen from a property on Sheep Ranch Road.

11:47 a.m., Valley Springs - Gun shots were heard near Treosti Place.

2:28 p.m., Arnold - Grand theft was reported on Elizabeth Drive.

4:50 p.m., Valley Springs - A theft was reported at a business on Highway 26.

10:42 p.m., Valley Springs - Someone was arrested for public intoxication at the United States Post Office on Highway 12.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

12:55 a.m., Murphys - Jacob Harman Kitchell, 28, of the 3000 block of Juniper Drive, Vallecito, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest on the 300 block of Murphys Grade Road.

5 p.m., Calaveras Dome area - David Xiong Lo, 30, of the 2000 block of Nightingale Avenue, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm, after an arrest on Forest Road 7N08.

SUNDAY

5:25 a.m., San Andreas - Jeremy Ronnie Alvarez, 19, of the 100 block of Monte Vista Road, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest at his home.

5:50 p.m., Angels Camp - Tina Marie Davids, 48, of the 1000 block of Highway 49, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of child cruelty and drug possession, after an arrest at the Angels Camp Medical Clinic.

MONDAY

12:11 a.m., Copperopolis - Eric Mark Tyre, 36, of the 1000 block of Cheyenne Road, was arrested near Moccasin Court and Arrowhead Street.
