9:40 p.m., Jamestown A man said a man has been harassing him all day by loitering around his house on the 18100 block of Main Street and staring at him.
3:35 p.m., Jamestown Garry Gene Smith, 43, 10500 block of Eighth Avenue, Jamestown, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon other than a firearm after an arrest on Main and Willow streets, Jamestown. No details were available this morning from the sheriff's department.
Smith remained in custody this morning in lieu of $30,000 bail.

7:50 p.m., warrant arrest A 20-year-old man was arrested on a Tuolumne County misdemeanor warrant following a traffic stop on Sanguinetti Road.
9:49 p.m., vandalism An unknown caller on the 300 block of South Washington Street said someone shot a rock or bullet through a window of World Savings on the 200 block of South Washington Street. An officer determined a glass marble was fired, likely with a slingshot.
10:01 p.m., traffic accident A non-injury crash was reported on the 60 block of Dossi Way. A driver crashed into a fence.

10:39 p.m., Valley Springs The owner of pitbull dogs was cited after a woman on the 8400 block of O'Reilly Street said the dogs chased her and her family.
1:33 p.m., San Andreas Christopher Douglas Merrill, 44, 200 block of North California Street, San Andreas, booked on suspicion of contempt of court and violating a restraining order by stalking after arrest at his home. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $30,000 bail.
