8:35 a.m., Tuolumne A man on the 18300 block of Chestnut Avenue said a plumbing truck was parked illegally on his property.

10:18 a.m., Phoenix Lake A woman on the 15300 block of Camino Del Parque said a window was broken at her house.

10:36 a.m., Sonora area A woman on the 10 block of North Stewart Street said her credit card was used without her permission at a store in The Junction shopping center.

1:08 p.m., Groveland A man reported a theft from a house on Highway 120 near Scofield Street.

1:12 p.m., Columbia A man reported finding what appeared to be drugs in the bushes by his house on the 23000 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.

1:54 p.m., Chinese Camp A man on the 13200 block of Red Hills Road said while he was taking pictures of a neighbor's house, the neighbor threw a piece of wood at the caller and hit the caller's car.

3:56 p.m., Crystal Falls Tools valued at $200 were reported stolen from a shed on the 22000 block of Crystal Falls Drive.

4:32 p.m., Chinese Camp A caller said a pickup was parked next to a food delivery truck on Red Hills Road and the driver of the pickup was taking things out of the delivery truck.

5:31 p.m., Columbia A caller on the 23700 block of Parrotts Ferry Road said his truck and garage were broken into a week ago, but nothing appears to have been taken.

5:46 p.m., Campo Seco Road area A caller said a man was walking down the middle of Campo Seco Road with a woman yelling at him.

6:29 p.m., Standard area A Sierra Pacific Industries security guard said a small SUV was parked and blocking a gate. The owner was located and moved the vehicle.

7:11 p.m., Twain Harte Four television sets valued at $700 were reported stolen from motel rooms at the Twain Harte Inn.

8:35 p.m., Phoenix Lake area A man on the 21700 block of Hyde Street said someone drove by his house and shot a BB gun at his front window and a neighbor's window, too.

10:55 p.m., Big Hill A woman on the 16000 block of Comet Mine Court said her car window was broken out while parked in a friend's driveway.


1:45 a.m., Phoenix Lake area A man on the 20400 block of Midland Drive said his son was under the house trying to fix a plumbing problem and would not come out and was not answering his father's calls.

9:33 p.m., Sonora Dwight Otto Seabaugh, 34,100 block of Columbia Way, Sonora, booked on a Santa Cruz County warrant charging him with using an ATM card without the owner's permission after an arrest by Sonora Police on Columbia Way at Stewart Street, Sonora. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.

12:14 a.m., public intoxication Two people were seen staggering toward the parking lot of a business on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

1:43 a.m., suspicious circumstances An officer spoke with two people at the intersection of South Washington and Gold streets.

2 a.m., public intoxication A man and woman were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 100 block of South Washington Street. A man also was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.

3:11 a.m., fight An officer responded to the report of a fight on South Washington Street.

6:13 a.m., road hazard A tree was across the roadway near a business on Highway 49 north of Sonora.

12:33 p.m., fight A man said he saw a woman and two men arguing on the 1200 block of Sanguinetti Road.

2:07 p.m., vehicle theft A woman said a vehicle was stolen from a parking lot on School Street.

2:55 p.m., traffic accident A non-injury hit-and-run crash was reported on the 100 block of Hospital Road.

6:14 p.m., reckless driving An officer followed four motorcyclists speeding on Village Drive.

8:28 p.m., harassment An employee at a business on the 100 block of Old Wards Ferry Road said he was harassed by customers.

8:45 p.m., theft A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from Wal-Mart on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. According to a Sonora Police Department report, the boy attempted to steal two packs of cigarettes and three magazines. He was detained by store security before an officer arrived.

11:30 p.m., public intoxication A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 800 block of Sanguinetti Road. The man was seen causing a disturbance in the area.

10:38 a.m., Valley Springs A caller said two people were arguing at a service station on Highway 12 over the purchase of a vehicle motor.

1:17 p.m., Valley Springs Tools and a vehicle were reported stolen from a house on the 100 block of Laurel Street.

10:49 p.m., Avery A caller said a man was yelling about Vietnam in front of a mobile home park on the 3900 block of Highway 4.

3 a.m., Valley Springs Edward Paul Grace, 20, 3300 block of Hartvickson Lane, Valley Springs, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after arrest on Countryview and Highway 26, Valley Springs. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.
