6:55 a.m., Standard A man at Urethane Specialists on the 18900 block of Industry Way said a cooling rack was stolen.

7:22 a.m., Tuolumne Notary items were reported stolen from a car parked on the 18000 block of Madrone Street.

8:03 a.m., Tuolumne Paperwork and CDs were reported stolen from a car parked on the 18000 block of Laurel Avenue.

8:28 a.m., East Sonora A man said for the third time in a week a shop at Mother Lode Motors on the 13400 block of Mono Way was burglarized. Four tires and rims valued at $500 were taken.

9:34 a.m., Groveland A caller said the contents of a woman's purse were dumped over the side of Hells Hollow Road, including a court order from Merced County.

10:21 a.m., Twain Harte area A man came to the sheriff's department to get advice on how to deal with trespassers on his mining claim, at an undisclosed location.

10:46 a.m., Crystal Falls A woman on the 22100 block of Crystal Falls Drive said her vehicle was vandalized and that a gasoline cap stolen overnight.

11:32 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village A Mi-Wuk Village postal employee said power to the office was cut Friday night, when someone cut locks to the power supply area.

1 p.m., Crystal Falls A woman said a man has been throwing nails into her driveway on the 21000 block of Ridgeview Drive.

2:04 p.m., Willow Springs A woman on the 21000 block of Oman Drive said a neighbor threatened her and another man in an ongoing dispute. A report on the threats was given to the district attorney's office for review.

3:07 p.m., Soulsbyville A Soulsbyville Elementary School administrator found a 13- to 14-inch pipe with tape wrapped around it on the school's upper playground.

4:12 p.m., Twain Harte area A woman on the 22000 block of Confidence Road said a man in tattered clothing held on by a rope came to her door insisting he had been retained to paint the house. The man left on a bicycle with a dog.

4:15 p.m., Jamestown A woman said a large pig's head was found along Campo Seco Road near Golden Oaks Drive. She did not think the head was intentionally dumped, but probably fell out of a truck.

5:15 p.m., Jamestown A man on the 10300 block of Preston Lane said another man threatened to shoot him.

6:19 p.m., Mormon Creek area A woman on the 10100 block of Von Kleiben Road said neighbors riding dirt bikes near her house were making a lot of noise and creating a lot of dust.

7 p.m., Jamestown A woman on the 17700 block of Woods Way said there was a very large pig in her yard that did not belong to her.

7:24 p.m., Jamestown A man on the 11200 block of Circle Drive said gasoline was siphoned out of his truck overnight.

11:51 p.m., Sonora area A woman on the 11800 block of Highway 49 said a person had been sitting in a brown Buick with the dome light on for over an hour.


12:36 a.m., Jamestown A woman on the 10600 block of Campo Seco Road said a man damaged her vehicle, then left on foot.

3:38 a.m., Willow Springs A deputy helped a woman remove a baby opossum from her house on the 16000 block of Allison Way.

Felony bookings


8:41 a.m., Crystal Falls Jimmie Lee Bonham, 33, and Johnnie Ray Schriver, 22, both of the 16900 block of Oak Tree Lane, Crystal Falls, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and attempting to commit a felony with a firearm after an arrest at their house.

Two other men and a woman at the house also were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. They were cited and released.

Bonham and Schriver remained in jail this morning, held in lieu of $15,000 bail each.

9:25 a.m., Rancho Sonora Estates Joshua Ryan Dunlap, 24, 10900 block of Faun Court, Sonora, arrested on suspicion of rape after an arrest at his home by a Tuolumne County District Attorney's investigator. The victim is a 17-year-old girl with whom he reportedly had a dating relationship. Dunlap remained held this morning in lieu of $5,000 bail.

1:45 p.m., Belleview Oaks Derek Wayne Bailey, 32, 21700 block of Belleview Creek Road, Belleview Oaks, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, being a felon in possession of a firearm and warrants charging him with possessing chemicals for methamphetamine manufacturing, violating his probation and failure to appear.

According to a sheriff's report, Bailey is suspected of breaking into a home on June 23 in Jamestown and hitting a man on the head with a metal pipe. The victim was taken to the hospital and identified Bailey as the man who hit him.

Bailey remained in jail this morning, held without bail.

10:05 p.m., Groveland A 43-year-old Groveland man was booked on suspicion of rape and lewd acts with a child after an arrest at his home. According to a sheriff's report, the man is suspected of molesting two girls who are distantly related to him. He remained held this morning in lieu of $70,000 bail.

11 p.m., Sonora Thomas John Rodrigues, 23, 16100 block of Hidden Valley Lane, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging him with forging or altering a prescription and burglary after a traffic stop and arrest on Highway 49 at Dossi Way. He was released yesterday after posting $10,000 bail.


3:20 a.m., Sonora area Jimmy Don Harrison, 25, 200 block of Crater Avenue, Modesto, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled narcotic substance, possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic needle after an arrest on Highway 108 at Lime Kiln Road. He remained in jail this morning, held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

1:21 a.m., suspicious circumstances A woman on Ponderosa Drive said several men were in front of her house saying they were going to kill her.

1:31 a.m., suspicious circumstances An officer talked with a man in Sonora Crossroads shopping center who was wandering around the parking lot trying to clean up the area.

6:39 a.m., public service A man said his wife saw water shooting 30 feet into the air on Restano Way as she was on her way to work.

9:45 a.m., found property A wallet found at Heaven for Kids park on Greenley Road was turned over to the Police Department.

11:45 a.m., animal complaints The owner of a white fluffy dog left in a Chevy Suburban parked in the Sonora Crossroad shopping center was warned of the dangers of leaving a pet in a hot car.

12:52 p.m., traffic accident No one was injured when a vehicle rolled back into another vehicle in a parking lot on the 1000 block of Mono Way.

1:19 p.m., traffic accident No one was injured in a traffic accident on Greenley Road at Mono Way.

4:47 p.m., animal complaints The owner of a flatbed truck with two dogs in the back argued with an officer called to the area because the dogs were in distress. The owner insisted the dogs were fine.

7:43 p.m., hazardous situation A caller said two very young children were running onto Greenley Road. The children's parents were told to keep a better eye on their children.

8:01 a.m., Valley Springs A landlord and tenant were arguing in the Mockingbird Hill subdivision.

10:27 a.m., Arnold A chain saw was stolen from the 3500 block of Highway 4.

1:45 p.m., San Andreas An intoxicated person was reported in the emergency room at Mark Twain St. Joseph's Hospital.

3:06 p.m., Arnold A caller at the intersection of Pine Drive and Highway 4 requested a deputy because a man was refusing to leave a business.

4:09 p.m., Arnold A missing person was reported on the 2000 block of Fairway Drive.

4:17 p.m., San Andreas Two men were arguing over money on the 1800 block of Gold Strike Road.

5:27 p.m., Mountain Ranch Neighbors were arguing over dogs on the 2000 block of Prussian Hill Road.

7:25 p.m., Copperopolis A loose cow was reported on O'Byrnes Ferry Road near the Poker Flat subdivision.

7:42 p.m., Valley Springs A caller in the Mockingbird Hill subdivision said his kitchen window was open, the screen was bent and coffee filters were in the sink.

8:15 p.m., Valley Springs A laptop computer was stolen from the 300 block of La Contenta Drive.

8:36 p.m., Camanche Unhappy campers were arguing near Camanche Reservoir.

8:44 p.m., Rail Road Flat A possible case of child endangerment was reported on the 4900 block of Rail Road Flat Road.

8:55 p.m., San Andreas An argument was reported on the 1900 block of Gold Strike Road.

9:39 p.m., Copperopolis A cow on O'Byrnes Ferry Road was hit by a vehicle.


12:28 a.m., Valley Springs A loud party was reported on the 2700 block of Stage Coach Drive.

Felony bookings


1:50 p.m., Arnold Douglas Michael McNally, 51, 200 block of Bluebird Lane, Avery, booked on suspicion of making criminal threats. As of this morning, McNally remained in custody at the Calaveras County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
