7:43 a.m., Chinese Camp The Chinese Camp postmaster said mailboxes were broken into.

9:02 a.m., Twain Harte A man on the 22000 block of Highland Drive said a German shepherd keeps coming after the man and his dog while they are walking. Tuolumne County Animal Control officers were notified.

9:47 a.m., Sonora A four-person tent and tarp found under bushes at the Tuolumne County Administration building were turned over to the sheriff's department.

10 a.m., Jamestown A woman on the 11000 block of Circle Drive said her front picture window was shot at overnight.

10:41 a.m., East Sonora A Central California Bank manager said a customer found a note written on a bank deposit slip that said "This is a hold up." The note and a description of a man who might have left it sitting on a table was given to a sheriff's deputy.

12:18 p.m., East Sonora A caller said a suspicious-looking man was standing near a business at The Junction shopping center with something tucked under his arm inside his shirt.

1:23 p.m., Jamestown A woman said a boy's bicycle has been at a convenience store and gas station on the 18100 block of Highway 108 since Friday.

1:43 p.m., Twain Harte A woman found a bicycle on the side of Good Shepherd Drive at South Fork Road.

3:24 p.m., Phoenix Lake area A caller said boy in his mid-teens was peeping into windows at a house on the 20400 block of Brook Drive.

3:45 p.m., Tuolumne area A woman said her grandsons found bank cards and identification papers under a bridge on Yosemite Road.

4:54 p.m., Columbia A woman on the 22000 block of Valley Quail Road said her two children were missing after they went into the woods to look for a dog. The children were later found safe.

5 p.m., Jamestown area A woman on the 11700 block of Campo Seco Road said a BB was fired through her front living room window.

6:30 p.m., East Sonora A caller said a scruffy-looking, skinny man with a red light-up badge on his chest was walking around a restaurant on the 13400 block of Mono Way opening up car doors. The man was arrested on suspicion of carrying a hypodermic needle.

8:42 p.m., Columbia A man on the 22400 block of Airport Road South said a neighbor woman stole his wallet while he wasn't looking.

11:12 p.m., Jamestown A minor in possession of marijuana was cited on Main Street.

11:14 p.m., Quail Hollow A woman said the driver of a suspicious-looking white Ford Explorer SUV with studded snow tires was driving around Karen Court and Beckwith Circle with her headlights off.

Rodney Lee Helseth, 44, 17300 block of Valley Oak Drive, Sonora, booked at 7:25 p.m. Monday after arrest on Highway 49 at Parrotts Ferry Road.

12:45 a.m., suspicious circumstances A manager at Pak-n-Save said a tall, thin man with short dark hair and a goatee had been in the store a long time and was acting strangely.

3:04 a.m., public intoxication A man was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness in front of Tuolumne General Hospital.

7:43 a.m., suspicious circumstances A man on the 300 block of North Washington Street said someone came into his house during the night and trashed it.

10:21 a.m., warrant arrest A 32-year-old woman was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants after an officer stopped her on the 300 block of South Sonora Avenue.

11:18 a.m., theft A caller said a wallet was stolen while the owner was at a fast food restaurant on the 1100 block of Mono Way.

11:22 a.m., parking violation A caller said the driver of a maroon-colored car was parked in a handicapped zone on Hospital Road and did not have the proper sticker or placard. When the driver of a car next to the woman asked her to move so a person could get out of the car, the woman caused a disturbance.

11:40 a.m., animal complaints A caller said two large dogs were running loose on Morning Star Court getting in the way of traffic.

12:48 p.m., found property A caller said several desks and computers were found in a pile behind Sonora Elementary School.

3:42 p.m., public intoxication The same man who was arrested for public intoxication at 3:04 a.m. was found drinking and urinating behind a trash bin on Stockton Road.

6:09 p.m., vandalism A caller said two boys used lipstick to write on a car parked in Sonora Crossroads shopping center.

9:48 p.m., public intoxication A 20-year-old man was booked on suspicion of public drunkenness and turned over to his mother after an arrest on South Washington Street.

10:12 p.m., warrant arrests A 21-year-old woman was arrested on misdemeanor warrants on the 13400 block of Mono Way.

3:56 p.m., Mountain Ranch Three people were working behind a house on the 8000 block of Whiskey Slide Road.

11:30 p.m., Copperopolis A stop sign was stolen from the corner of Copper Cove Drive and Cheyenne Road.
