8:41 a.m., Twain Harte A man said he is being harassed by a neighbor over a trailer parked in front of his house on Middle Camp Road.

9:10 a.m., Twain Harte A man said his house on the 23000 block of Fuller Road was broken into.

9:18 a.m., Twain Harte An employee at the Rock said someone tried to force open a door to the restaurant on the 23000 block of Fuller Road.

10:46 a.m., Tuolumne A man said a rifle was stolen from his house on Old Buchanan Mine Road.

12:17 p.m., Willow Springs A woman on the 21300 block of Oman Drive said a neighbor threatened her as she was pulling out of a driveway.

12:18 p.m., East Sonora A Central California Bank employee said a man was at the bank trying to cash a check for $3,900 that appeared to have been forged. The man left the bank without the check before a deputy arrived.

1:50 p.m., Pinecrest A Forest Service employee at the Summit Ranger Station said a man and a woman were in the parking lot on Pinecrest Lake Drive causing a disturbance.

2:27 p.m., Columbia A woman said former tenants broke into a business on Gold Dust Road with crow bar.

3:18 p.m., Jamestown A woman said her purse was stolen overnight from a car parked on the 11200 block of McKibbin Drive.

3:49 p.m., Columbia A woman said another woman driving a brown Chrysler rammed the caller's car twice.

4:57 p.m., Tuolumne A man said his daughter was assaulted by another teenager when the two were getting on a Summerville High School bus.

5:54 p.m., Phoenix Lake area Three callers said a man and woman were fighting and screaming "bloody murder."

8:55 p.m., Sonora area A look-out order was issued for a dark-colored SUV with several people inside wearing dark clothing and hoods who might have had a gun in the vehicle.

11:04 p.m., Columbia A caller said several people were making noise in front of a business on the 22000 block of Broadway Street.

11:31 p.m., Jamestown Two callers said drunken, naked people on the 10700 block of Seventh Street broke windows of a car parked nearby.

Felony bookings


9:49 a.m., Sonora Tara Michelle Richison, 30, 22900 block of North Bald Mountain Road, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging her with welfare fraud and perjury after she turned herself in at the county jail. She was released on her own recognizance.

10:30 a.m., Jamestown David Roy Stanton, 25, 17100 block of Highway 108, Jamestown, booked on a state prison parole hold after an arrest on the 18900 block of Golden Dove Lane, Jamestown. He was held this morning without bail.


12:28 a.m., Jamestown Edward Michael Borja, 38, undisclosed address, Jamestown, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and a warrant for failure to appear in court for a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended driver's license.

Borja was arrested on Ninth Street at Sixth Avenue after a traffic stop. He remained held without bail this morning.



6:50 p.m., Jamestown A vehicle fire was reported on the 18100 block of Highway 108. The vehicle was extinguished before firefighters' arrival. No dollar damage was reported. The fire was caused by smoking oil in the engine compartment. Bill Toth of Columbia owns the 1988 Mercury Topaz. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, Tuolumne County Fire Department and Jamestown Fire Protection District responded.

1:59 a.m., domestic violence A woman on the 200 block of Greenley Road said a man was terrorizing his brother.

3:11 a.m., traffic violations A 29-year-old man was cited and his vehicle towed after being stopped on East Lyons Street at Hope Lane on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.

3:17 a.m., warrant arrest An 18-year-old man was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant after a traffic stop on Sanguinetti Road.

6:37 a.m., theft A man said his backpack with a wallet, clothing and personal items inside was stolen from Coffill Park on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

10:11 a.m., animal complaints A caller said a puppy at a house on the 400 block of South Shepherd Street was yelping and looked like it was neglected.

12:21 p.m., animal complaints A police officer saw a dog in the back of a vehicle parked on the 40 block of North Norlin Street and got it out.

6:06 p.m., disorderly conduct An officer went to a fast food restaurant on the 600 block of South Washington Street after receiving a call about a fight.

11:46 p.m., found property A pair of crutches found at Rotary Park on Woods Creek Drive was picked up by an officer.

9:44 a.m., Mokelumne Hill A woman on the 8000 block of Main Street said she found what appeared to be a "crack pipe" wrapped in tissue paper inside her mailbox.

10:04 a.m., Paloma A mailbox was reported stolen on the 1700 block of Paloma Road.

1:33 p.m., San Andreas A child said he was bothered by bullies on the 70 block of Churchill Road on his way home from school.

3:32 p.m., Rail Road Flat A person was reported living without permission in someone else's cabin on the 300 block of Railroad Flat Road.

7:31 p.m., Valley Springs Three men got into a fight at a restaurant on the 50 block of Highway 26.
