Let's Go! Bears' cheerleaders 'talented and passionate'

    On Friday afternoon, the Tuolumne Bears cheerleaders, an integral part of Tuolumne County Youth Football and Cheer, were practicing at Summerville Elementary School.

“This is a very talented and passionate cheerleading squad,” said Don Perkins, the Bears varsity football coach. “They do a lot of advanced cheers and stunts. Our football program is thrilled that we have such great support from our cheerleaders. Cheerleading and football go hand in hand. You can’t have a youth football program without great cheerleaders. They support us and we support them.”
