Cats fourth in Div. IV tourney

The Sonora Wildcats finished their golf season on Monday with a fourth-place finish at the Division IV Tournament held at Lockeford Springs Golf Course (Par 72).
The Wildcats scored a 529 which place them behind first place East Union (469), second place Oakdale (498) and third place Cantral Catholic (520).
Senior Katie Ditler, in her final Wildcat performance, enjoyed one of her best days on the links. Ditler fired a 102 to lead all Wildcats.
Also for Sonora, Rachel Rosasco fired a 103, Emma Holloway a 106, Tallon Popovich a 108 and Justine Abbott carded a 110.
“Katie did a great job today,” said Wildcat head coach Mike White. “It was one of her best scores of the year. Overall, we’re happy with the way the girls played — they beat a lot of other girls today.”
