Yes, Virginia, God exists
To the Editor:
Yes, “Virginia,” there is a creator God. There are those who question His existence and works. Not believe in a creator? You might as well not believe in Santa Claus.
“The heavens are telling of the Glory of God, their expanse is declaring the works of His hands” (Psalms 91:1).
The universe is filled with perfection and order. Billions of ways and miracles announce the hand of the Creator and every microscopic cell that exists and the miracles of complex lifeforms
Although scientists have been able to reproduce conditions that create life, known as organic soup, and now all the elements that go in it, they still cannot create man, Only a supreme being could create the human brain, for example, that contains 12 billion brain cells and 100 trillion connections.
I believe as a child, God has His “intelligent design” on me for as my teacher spoke of things that sound like what you call evolution, my child’s heart rejected what it heard. How could there not be a creator God who put tadpoles in the creek for me to play with or design all the pretty flowers for me to kiss good morning as I walked to school.”
“Our National Academy of Sciences wants to keep any mention of order, design or purpose in the universe out of science classes. We take God’s greatest gift and throw it back in his face,” Professor Edward Freiling, deceased.
Let’s not forget that evolution is only a theory, not a fact. No creator? Thank God He lives and He’ll live forever.
