James Edwin Wiggins Sept. 28, 1958 — Oct. 24, 2011 Murphys resident James Edwin Wiggins died Monday at his home. He was 53. Born in the Bay Area to James and Doris Wiggins, he moved to Calaveras County more than 25 years ago because he wanted to live in the mountains. He enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and sitting outside his cabin and watching the wildlife. Mr. Wiggins is survived by his daughter, Lisa Wiggins, of Avery; granddaughter, Alexis Wiggins, of Avery; mother, Doris Wiggins, of Pennsylvania; siblings and their spouses, Greg and Deanna Wiggins, of Manteca, Scott and Kelly Wiggins, of Pennsylvania, and Pam and Phil Molleson, of Carson City, Nev.; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, James Wiggins. A service is scheduled for a later date. Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements. |
