Loretta Dunn

Dec. 15, 1943 — May 4, 2004

Nettie Loretta Dunn of Jamestown died May 4 at a Sacramento medical center. She was 60.

She was a native of Chicago and had lived in James-town for eight years. She worked as an administrative assistant.

Her family said she loved her home and going to the local concerts. She missed her husband intensely after he died.

She is survived by her sons, John Magno of Oakland and Mike Magno of San Leandro, Alameda County; daughters, Jane Smyser of Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County, and Angela West of Iowa; a stepson, Bobby Dunn of Florida; stepdaughters, Norene Dunn and Tammy Richardson, both of Florida; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert West Dunn, on March 9.

No services are scheduled.

Allen Mortuary in Turlock handled arrangements.

FISCHER — Mabel Bernice Fischer, 91, of Mokelumne Hill died Thursday at a Sonora hospital. Visitation is scheduled from 1-7 p.m. today at San Andreas Memorial Chapel. A service is scheduled for 11 a.m. tomorrow at the chapel.

GARCIA — Ernest Garcia, 91, of Murphys died yesterday at a Sonora hospital. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

MANN — A service for Ernest Mann, 16, of White Pines is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. tomorrow at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church in Angels Camp. He died Tuesday, May 11, from injuries suffered in a car accident near White Pines. Angels Memorial Chapel is handling arrangements.

MILLER — Martin Miller, 65, of Sonora died this morning at his home. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

SALMON — Nancy Salmon, 55, of Copperopolis died this morning at a Sonora hospital. Terzich and Wilson Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
