Lloyd E. Titchenal
June 1, 1930 — July 7, 2013
Longtime Sonora resident Lloyd E. Titchenal passed away on July 7, 2013 at his home.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was a past commander of the Korean War Veterans Post 3154 in Sonora. Lloyd was the owner/operator of Titchenal Trucking in the Bay Area for more than 20 years. He was a carrier for The Union Democrat and worked security detail for Chicken Ranch Casino.
Mr. Titchenal was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Titchenal, on Feb. 3, 2007.
He is survived by his children, John Titchenal, of Brentwood, and Trish Kelley, of Jamestown; grandchild, Jennifer Titchenal-Setting, of El Cajon; and three great-grandchildren, Caitlyn, Gabriella and Caleb Setting, all of El Cajon.
