THURSDAY
10:53 a.m., Sonora area — A woman has had ongoing problems with people vandalizing a pool pump and lawn timers at her home on the 12000 block of Red Maple Circle.
1:35 p.m., Jamestown — A fence and lock at property near Jacksonville and Twist roads were cut Wednesday, allowing horses to escape. One of the horses was hit by a car about 7:26 p.m Wednesday, and the property owner reported Thursday that numerous items were taken, including three vehicles and a trailer.
1:42 p.m., Strawberry — About 100,000 gallons of water was stolen from a vacation home between August and September. The water company involved was checking for leaks in the line.

8:01 a.m., Jamestown — A woman was standing at Chips Chevron on Highway 108, holding up a gas can and a sign asking for gas.
2:01 p.m., Sonora area — A tree cutting company was throwing trimmings onto a man’s property on the 20100 block of Midland Drive. When he asked the workers to remove the trimmings before they left, they refused.
3:59 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A property was vandalized on the 20700 block of Hekeke Lane. Damage was estimated at $100.
5:34 p.m., Sonora area — The youth center on Barretta Street was broken into about 3:20 p.m.
8:34 p.m., Jamestown — A fence and lock at Jacksonville and Twist roads were cut, allowing horses to escape. The property is leased and it was unknown if any items were missing. One of the horses was hit by a car around 7:26 p.m.

8:19 a.m., traffic violation — A 27-year-old man was cited for driving without a license, after an arrest on Shaw’s Flat Road.
10:02 a.m., theft — A Walmart employee was seen rolling two tires out of the store on Nov. 1 between 4 and 6 p.m. The employee rolled them out through the customer service entrance and hid them. When he got off work, he drove his vehicle to the back of the store, loaded up the tires and left.
12:31 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A panhandler was reported on the 1000 block of Sanguinetti Road. He removed his sign at a police officer’s request but said he would remain in the area and continue to play his guitar.
2:44 p.m., traffic accident — A man wrecked his motorcycle on Fairview Lane.
4:45 p.m., public intoxication — A man was arrested for public intoxication on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.
4:57 p.m., burglary — A man’s brother broke into his residence on South Barretta Street through the bedroom window while he was not home and possibly drank a soda. A 14-year-old was home at the time of the incident.

FRIDAY
7:43 a.m., Sonora area — A pickup load of oak rounds was stolen from a residence on the 18600 block of Old Wards Ferry Road between 3 and 5 a.m. A vehicle was heard during that time and car lights were seen at a neighbor’s residence.
7:49 a.m., East Sonora — A boat parked in front of a business on the 19500 block of Industrial Drive was vandalized and its batteries were stolen. A vehicle was also stolen.
8:17 a.m., Strawberry — Patio furniture outside a cabin at an unknown address on Forest Service Road 5NO1 was stolen sometime between Oct. 5 and Oct. 19.
10:11 a.m., Jamestown — A man pumping gas at a service station on the 18300 block of Highway 108 left his wallet there. He returned and asked the people who used the pump next if they had seen it. They denied seeing it, but video tape later revealed they had taken it. He canceled all his cards and had his driver license reissued.
10:21 a.m., Sonora — Numerous unauthorized Internet purchases totaling more than $500 were made between Oct. 26 and Nov. 2 on a debit card owned by a resident of the 20800 block of Lyons Bald Mountain Road.
11:40 a.m., Tuolumne — A student at Summerville Elementary School brought a knife collection and baggie of pills to school.
3:58 p.m., Twain Harte area — A man’s neighbor told him a truck pulled up to his woodpile and stole a load of wood. The neighbor had a picture of the suspect vehicle.

12:14 a.m., Sonora area — A man drove away from the AM/PM on Mono Way with the nozzle attached to his truck and damaged the nozzle. He left without paying the $100 penalty.

2:49 p.m., Sonora — About $1,700 in cash was stolen from a vehicle Friday afternoon. The vehicle owner gave a woman a ride the day before and believed she was responsible.
3:05 p.m., Crystal Falls — A bag containing 100 rounds of 12-gauge shotgun shells and 400 rounds of 9mm ammunition was stolen from a man’s garage on the 17200 block of Nile River Drive.

The phone was returned to the owner.
3:12 p.m., assault — A man in his 30s who was down in the roadway at South Green and West Church streets was transported to Sonora Regional Medical Center by ambulance.
6:55 p.m., public intoxication — A man and woman sitting against a wall at Save Mart on Stockton Road were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Officers were unable to find a third person reported to have been with them.
10:13 p.m., fight — Four men were in a physical fight on South Washington Street near Stockton Road.

2:11 a.m., assault — A physical fight occurred on South Washington Street, but the victim refused medical treatment and said he was unsure who assaulted him.

7:23 p.m., Columbia — A truck crashed into a gate on the 22600 block of Quail Valley Road after racing up and down someone’s driveway. The driver got loose from the gate after being stuck and raced up and down the road, then turned onto Big Hill Road.
7:54 p.m., Tuolumne — A man was digging through the trash inside the Tuolumne City Post Office and pulled out envelopes.
8:33 p.m., Sonora area — A woman’s medication and belongings were taken from her tent at a homeless camp near Mono Way.
9 p.m., Jamestown — People under 21 were drinking at a residence on the 10200 block of Preston Lane. The homeowner, a parent of one of the kids, was detained. The kids were all released with warnings.
11:55 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — An intoxicated man walked into a home on the 20600 block of Hekeke Lane while the residents were hauling wood into the home. He left when the residents told him to get out and was found at a neighbor’s house where residents said they would take care of him.

9:39 a.m., Columbia — A purse was stolen on the 21800 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
WEDNESDAY
1:29 p.m., Don Pedro — Several young people were trying to sell marijuana in front of the Don Pedro Market on Highway 132.
4:06 p.m., Sonora — A woman left her house on the 22400 block of Colorado River Drive at 1:30 p.m. and returned at 4:05 p.m. to find her back door kicked in and a 52-inch TV missing.
4:34 p.m., Sonora — A U.S. Postal Service worker was on her mail route and turned onto Meadowbrook Drive from Phoenix Lake Road. A man was driving toward her and swerved into her lane, running her off the road to the edge of a ditch. He got back in his lane and yelled at the woman as he passed her. She identified the driver as a resident who she has had an ongoing dispute with.
6:57 p.m., Twain Harte — A man was working near Woodwardia Road and Twain Harte Drive for a vegetation management company, and found what he believed to be a stash of stolen items including a VCR, video camera, propane heater and chain saw.
7:01 p.m., Jamestown — A woman left her home on the 17900 block of Seco Street without locking the front door. When she returned, she spotted someone running out of her back door. No items were missing or damaged.
9:41 p.m., Tuolumne — A person’s house on the 18600 block of Carter Street was egged.
10:02 p.m., Willow Springs — People were hanging out near Oman and Lawler drives in a “no trespassing” area. They were drinking and had a small fire.
10:29 p.m., Sonora — A man was arrested for public intoxication after a party on the 13200 block of Armitstead Circle was broken up.
THURSDAY
5:22 a.m., Tuolumne — A small amount of a substance resembling meth was found on the gaming floor of the Black Oak Casino on Tuolumne Road.

2:33 p.m., Sonora area — Agustin Eugene Foster Jr., 18, of the 19900 block of Trace Road, was booked on suspicion of being an accessory to a crime, after an arrest at his home.

WEDNESDAY
9:36 a.m., theft — An iPhone 4 was stolen out of a shopping cart at the Safeway on Sanguinetti Road Tuesday night between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
1:20 p.m., controlled substances — Several young people were smoking in Coffill Park on Washington Street. Officers confiscated a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia and asked the subjects to leave.
4:48 p.m., reckless driving — A man who left Zane’s Iron Horse Lounge on Washington Street and appeared to be intoxicated, got in a vehicle and drove east on Stewart Street.
5:08 p.m., reckless driving — Two small children were riding in the back of a dark green Jeep Wrangler without seatbelts or car seats on Mono Way, heading westbound toward Highway 108.
THURSDAY
3:22 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man was attempting to open doors of businesses along Stewart Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
MONDAY
3:10 a.m., Jamestown – An RV parked near Preston Lane and Seco Street appeared to have been broken into. A man said he spotted a small fire next to the RV and put it out.
7:46 a.m., Sonora – A construction trailer at Durnall & Campora Propane on Industrial Drive was broken into.
8:24 a.m., Sonora – A vacant rental property on the 16100 block of Acorn Drive had damage to a window and door, the result of an apparent attempted burglary.
8:45 a.m., Jamestown – A real estate office on Main Street was burglarized, and fire was set to a painting and file cabinet drawer.
9:13 a.m., Sonora – A camera was stolen on Saturday from a cabinet at Bear’s Garden Florist on Mono Way.
9:42 a.m., Jamestown – The Auto Outlet on Highway 108 was burglarized sometime after 1 p.m. Saturday. The office was also vandalized, and tires in the shop were slashed.
11:31 a.m., Tuolumne – Binoculars and cash were taken from an unlocked pickup truck on the 18500 block of Baker Avenue.
2:27 p.m., Tuolumne – Checks were stolen from the 19300 block of Porto Fino Road and had been forged.
2:37 p.m., Jamestown – A man on the 18500 block of Railbed Road said that his sister’s caretaker altered a $50 check to $550 and cashed it.
3:21 p.m., Jamestown – A woman on the 18900 block of Rawhide Road said a female was stalking her and taking pictures of her. The suspect was also spotted taking photos of the woman’s vehicle and license plate.
5:36 p.m., Tuolumne – A woman said the back tire on her vehicle parked at the Tuolumne Apartments on Tuolumne Road was slashed. She reported a second slashed tire at 7:11 p.m.
10:01 p.m., Groveland – A woman said her home on the 19000 block of Digger Pine Street was burglarized and a flat screen TV was stolen while she was at work.

MONDAY
6:58 a.m., theft – Items were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Elk Drive sometime during the night.
7:35 a.m., animal complaint – A resident on Symons Lane said a neighbor’s two dogs have repeatedly come onto their property and killed goats. The dogs were described as a black-and-brown Rottweiler and gray-and-white husky.
7:50 a.m., property damage – Footings to new construction were knocked down and fencing was taken out in an apparent unreported traffic accident on Shaws Flat Road.
2:57 p.m., theft – A rear license plate was stolen off a vehicle on Saturday.
6:08 p.m., theft – Batteries were stolen from the portable generators out of the lower field of Sonora Elementary School on Greenley Road.

1 a.m., Jamestown — A man said another man head-butted him at a club on the 14400 block of Highway 108.
2:49 p.m., Jamestown — A man said his car was stolen by hitchhikers he picked up on Eighth Avenue at Eighth Street. He said he picked up a man and woman and the man pulled a knife on him, after accusing him of soliciting sex from someone. The male hitchhiker swung the knife at the driver, cutting his hand, so the driver got out of the car to run and the couple took off in his vehicle.
5:34 p.m., Twain Harte — A home was broken into on the 23400 block of Cypress Circle. Jewelry, cash, coins, electronics, guns, alcohol and a chain saw were stolen.

1:05 p.m., Sonora area — A man said his wallet was stolen from his truck on McKamey Court and someone used his debit card at two mini marts.
4:24 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A home was broken into on Haiapo Road.

1:16 a.m., Twain Harte — A man dressed as Betty from the Flintstones was kicked out of a bar on the 22900 block of Twain Harte Drive and was causing a disturbance. He ended up being assaulted and taken to the hospital.
