The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
9:12 a.m., traffic accident — Parties exchanged information after a non-injury traffic accident at North Washington and Elkin Street.
10:57 a.m., hazard — Officers responded to a downed power line on West Jackson Street and found PG&E already on the scene.
12:29 p.m., traffic violations — A man was cited and released for texting and driving and driving without a license at North Washington and West Dodge streets. His vehicle was towed.
7:22 p.m., hazard — Officers stopped traffic while a disabled vehicle was pushed out of the road at Mono and Restano ways.
8:50 p.m., theft — A client allegedly left a taxi without paying on South Stewart Street.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
9:14 a.m., Sonora area — A truck window and sliding glass door were smashed with a rock and vehicle lug nuts loosened on the 19500 block of Serrano Road.
10:13 a.m., Sonora area — Officers assisted with a call of a truant teenager “barricading himself in his bedroom” on the 16600 block of Creekside Drive.
12:16 p.m., Twain Harte — Information was given about a fire ring and trash found on a property that should be empty at Philadelphia and Italian Bar roads.
12:36 p.m., Sonora area — Someone said three or four men with tools entered a residence for sale on the 19700 block of Serrano Road.
2:07 p.m., Sonora — A man was arrested for two misdemeanor warrants after a call that he was drunk and may not be safe around children on the 12700 block of Chukar Circle.
2:18 p.m., Groveland — A man discovered fraudulent charges on his bank account as they were happening on the 12700 block of Mount Jefferson Street.
5:39 p.m., Jamestown — A man and woman were arguing on the 18300 block of Ninth Avenue.
7:48 p.m., Crystal Falls — A woman said her neighbor threatened her while walking her dogs on the 21600 block of Crystal Lake Drive.
8:33 p.m., Long Barn — A woman on the 25700 block of Mono Drive said her boyfriend had been using her debit card without permission and overdrew the account.
9:27 p.m., Tuolumne — A credit card was reported stolen on the 20100 block of Tuolumne Road North.
4:17 a.m., Tuolumne — Someone reportedly broke a window and entered a home because he thought someone inside broke into his car on the 18400 block of Chestnut Avenue. It was deemed a civil issue.
2:34 p.m., Sonora area — Harley Ray Hayes, 33, of the 18000 block of Hatler Drive, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and threatening with the intent to terrorize after an arrest at his home.
11:28 a.m., Copperopolis — An air conditioner was stolen on Acorn Street.
1:13 p.m., Arnold — A house on Bonfilio Drive was burglarized.
1:51 p.m., Valley Springs — A garage was burglarized and tools and a riding mower were taken on Bright Star Road.
3:01 p.m., San Andreas — Donations were reported stolen on the 600 block of East Saint Charles Street.
3:52 p.m., Valley Springs — A man and woman reportedly came to someone’s house and told him to “stay off the street” in relation to him walking his big dog at night on Daphne Street.
3:58 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — Someone reported possible squatters on Main Street.
6:58 p.m., Mountain Ranch — An “out of control” person was arrested on Jesus Maria Road.
3:40 a.m., Valley Springs — Jorge Buesoarce, 43, of the 200 block of Creek View Lane, was booked on suspicion of vehicle theft and receiving known stolen property worth $400 or more after an arrest at his home.
7:38 a.m., Glencoe — Raymond Alan Gideon, 32, of the 1200 block of Prussian Hill Road, was booked on suspicion of assault with a firearm on a person after an arrest on the 2500 block of Indian River Road.
10:16 a.m., Railroad Flat — Steven Michael Duvall, 44, of the 900 block of Ridge Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest on the 200 block of Ridge Road.
3 p.m., Railroad Flat — Robby Dale Ross, 47, of the 700 block of Ridge Road, was booked on suspicion of possessing a firearm with a prior violent crime conviction, possessing a dangerous concealable weapon, and owning prohibited ammunition after an arrest at his home.

11 p.m., Murphys area — Robert Emerson Freels, of the Murphys area, was booked after an arrest on Forest Meadows Drive.
