TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

4:29 a.m., suspicious circumstances — People were on a roof throwing glass into a parking lot on the 100 block of South Washington Street. The people were gone when police arrived, but the items appeared to be the remains of an empty six-pack.

10:35 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone was reportedly causing a disturbance from over the fence at Cassina High School on Barretta Street. A probation search was conducted and a citation given for no dog license. 

9:31 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A vehicle was being towed by another car with no headlights on South Stewart Street. It was not found.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

12:55 a.m., Sonora — Several callers reported a large fight on Chukar Circle, involving up to 10 people and a gunshot. No suspects were found.

9:29 a.m., Jamestown area — A checkbook was reported stolen on the 8400 block of Old Melones Dam Road.

11:43 a.m., Jamestown — Two men were in a fight followed by an argument at a house on the 17500 block of High School Road. They did not want law enforcement involvement. 

1:55 p.m., Sonora area — Two pistols were reported stolen on the 16700 block of Big Hill Road. They were believed to be taken in July.

2:53 p.m., Groveland — A property manager reported surveillance system wires were cut and a PG&E panel tampered with sometime during the fire evacuation on the 27500 block of Packard Canyon Road.

4:16 p.m., Sonora area — A woman arrived home to get her things and her “soon-to-be-ex” was throwing them out of the house and damaging them on the 24300 block of Oxbow Lane North. She later said it was worked out and did not need help. 

4:43 p.m., Tuolumne — A tailgate was reported stolen from a Ford F150 while parked in a carport on the 18700 block of Main Street. 

5:06 p.m., Sonora — Someone said a house was being burglarized and the suspect was inside on the 11500 block of Racetrack Road. The suspect was the owner and the caller had been evicted. 

7:06 p.m., Sonora — Someone said the previous tenants of a home returned and are breaking things inside the home on the 11500 block of Racetrack Road. 

8:09 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said a man hit her car and refused to leave while yelling and screaming outside her apartment on the 20200 block of Sparrow Lane. Everyone involved was lectured by deputies. 

8:59 p.m., New Melones — Someone found an abandoned dirt bike about 50 yards away from the water.

9:05 p.m., Columbia — A man was arrested after reportedly threatening to choke a woman who asked him to leave on the 11300 block of Columbia Village Drive. 

10:11 p.m., Jamestown — A man was arrested after reportedly threatening a woman on the 10500 block of Ninth Avenue.

TUESDAY

6:40 p.m., Jamestown area — Roger Eugene Lane, 51, of the 14100 block of Park Avenue, was booked on suspicion of vandalism and misdemeanor obstructing an officer after an arrest at Highway 120 and Moccasin Creek Road.

9:29 p.m., Jamestown — Jeanette Renee Medina, 32, of the 1300 block of Tyrus Street, Ceres, was booked on suspicion of endangering the health of a child and misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs after an arrest at Highway 108 and Rawhide Road.

FRIDAY

9:40 p.m., Jamestown — Levi Elden Coon, 27, of the 800 block of Sequoia Circle, Copperopolis, was booked after an arrest on Donovan at Seco streets. He was also booked on misdemeanor charges of being under the influence of drugs and driving with a suspended license.

SATURDAY

2:58 a.m., Unknown — Shawn Robert Coville, 39, of the 11100 block of Golden Horseshoe Mine Road, Jamestown, was booked after an arrest on Highway 108.

SUNDAY

1:35 a.m., Jamestown — Brian William Metcalfe, 39, of the 8400 block of Old Melones Road, was booked after an arrest at Rawhide Road and Highway 49. 

9:55 a.m., East Sonora — Shane Schmidt, 38, of Turlock, was booked after an arrest on Tuolumne Road.

6:07 p.m., Tuolumne — Randall James Brignolo, 49, of Modesto, was booked after an arrest at Gerber Road and Ponderosa Way. 

7:13 p.m., Sonora — Michael David Walls, 49, of the 12400 block of Big Hill Road, was booked after an arrest on South Washington Street.

11:59 p.m., Sonora — Jason Allan West, 39, of a Modesto, was booked after an arrest on Mono Way. 

TUESDAY

9:03 a.m., Sierra Village area — David Allen Doolaege, 61, of Carlotta, was booked after an arrest at Highway 108 and Wheeler Road. 

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

9:31 a.m., Dorrington — A structure, a boat and trees on Pawnee Drive were vandalized.

3:50 p.m., Arnold — A water heater and copper pipe were stolen from a home on Bonfilio Drive.

4:47 p.m., San Andreas — A possible phone scam was reported on West Murray Creek Road. The victim’s identity was stolen.

6:57 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Someone was arrested on suspicion of trespassing on Mountain Ranch Road.

SATURDAY

9:39 a.m., San Andreas — A vehicle was vandalized on Treat Avenue.

10:16 a.m., Avery — A storage unit on the 4600 block of Moran Road was burglarized.

10:40 a.m., Copperopolis — A residence on Arrowhead Street was burglarized.

12:06 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Gold nuggets were stolen from East Murray Creek Road.

3:34 p.m., San Andreas — A king-sized hand-sewn quilt was stolen from a residence on Gold Oak Road.

7:33 p.m., San Andreas — A truck parked on Berry Street was ransacked. A purse was stolen but later found.

SUNDAY

9:45 a.m., Wilseyville — Burglary was reported on Charles Street. 

8:06 p.m., Arnold — Burglary was reported on Pine Drive. 

MONDAY

11:35 a.m., Valley Springs — A report was taken for vandalism at Kittyhawk Court and Hillvale Drive. 

1:05 p.m., Valley Springs — Keys and a purse were reported stolen on Hartvickson Lane. 

TUESDAY

9 a.m., Valley Springs — Someone reported that power went off and someone tried to open the door at a home on Baldwin Street. No suspects were found in the area. 

9:14 a.m., Valley Springs — Jewelry was reported stolen on Harper Street. 

9:15 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A puppy was reported stolen on Whiskey Slide Road.

11:53 p.m., Murphys — A report was taken for an altercation at a bar on Big Trees Road.

6:07 a.m., Valley Springs — Stephanie Marie Peterson, 36, of the 7800 block of Gabor Street, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant after an arrest at her home. 

8:28 a.m., Angels Camp — Ryan Nicholas Wallace, 29, of the 1200 block of Grinding Rock Court, West Point, was booked on suspicion of possession of metal knuckles after an arrest on the 2400 block of Murphys Grade Road.

7 p.m., San Andreas — Dakota Lee Sanders, 26, of the 400 block of Market Street, was booked on suspicion of violation of probation after an arrest on Miller Court.

SUNDAY

3:40 a.m., Railroad Flat — Richard Gastelum Jr., 34, of the 100 block of Simpson Road, was booked on suspicion of assault with a firearm on a person, child cruelty leading to possible injury or death, conspiracy, possession of a firearm with prior violent crime conviction, carrying a loaded firearm with intent to commit a crime, first degree burglary, evading police with wanton disregard for safety and committing a felony while out on bail after an arrest on Simpson Road.

9:40 p.m., San Andreas — Nicole Alexandra Logan, 30, of Citrus Heights, was booked on suspicion of theft after three prior convictions and misdemeanor petty theft and receiving known stolen property after an arrest on West Saint Charles Street. 

MONDAY

10:10 p.m., West Point — Breanne Marie Conder, 29, of the 300 block of Main Street, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, violation of probation and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and obstructing an officer after an arrest on West Point Pioneer Road.

12:43 a.m., Unknown — Gary Lee Halverson, 64, of the 500 block of Jessica Court, Mokelumne Hill, was booked after an arrest on Highway 49. 

3:08 a.m., Angels Camp area — Sheldon Danette Parkinson, 36, of the 300 block of South Main Street, Angels Camp, was booked after an arrest at Vallecito and Depot roads. She was also booked on suspicion of being under the influence of drugs. 

9:05 p.m., San Andreas area — Joshua Kyle Harrell, 21, of Tennessee, was booked after an arrest at Pool Station and Russells roads. He was also booked on suspicion of hit and run property damage. 

11 p.m., Unknown — Steven Paul Kelley, 43, of Sacramento, was booked after an arrest on North Main Street. He was also booked on suspicion of driving without a license.
