The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
12:18 a.m., driving under the influence — Someone reported a patient driving away from Sonora Regional Medical Center on narcotics, not supposed to drive. A vehicle description was given but it was not found by the police department.
10:43 a.m., harassment — Someone reported a harassing phone call from a withheld number on the 200 block of Greenley Road.
2:30 p.m., assault — A man entered the courthouse on North Washington Street and said he was just assaulted. A report was taken.
4:59 p.m., theft — A debit card was charged by someone after it had been left in an ATM at a bank on Mono Way.
5:06 p.m., theft — A woman said her medication was stolen during an altercation on Aug. 25 when her purse fell to the ground in the parking lot of the 800 block of Sanguinetti Road.
10:10 p.m., disorderly conduct — Someone reported people “partying since this morning” and later yelling obscenities on Bonanza Road. The homeowner agreed with officers to bring everyone inside.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
8:14 a.m., Sonora area — A man at Alley and Circle Drive, Jamestown, said his child’s mother calls 30 to 40 times a day telling him how to raise the child. He said he used to have a restraining order and was advised to get a new one.
8:48 a.m., Sonora — Someone reported an argument between a man and a woman at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds on Southgate Drive.
8:56 a.m., Sonora — A woman said her neighbor has been constantly revving his engine on purpose to harass her on the 16600 block of Madrone Circle.
12:44 p.m., Tuolumne — Someone reported items taken from a property and found near a neighbor’s house on the 18700 block of Sunrise Way.
1:48 p.m., East Sonora — A military vehicle was lightly scuffed at the Indian Rock Center, 14500 block of Mono Way.
2:26 p.m., Columbia — A youth neighbor reportedly threw a tomato at someone’s car on the 22400 block of South Airport Road.
4:20 p.m., Sonora area — Barbed wire was reported stolen from a construction site off Peaceful Valley Road.
5:12 p.m., Jamestown — Three Stihl chainsaws and a gas-powered hedge trimmer were reported stolen from a partially open garage on the 10500 block of Calamity Jane Drive.
7:38 p.m., Soulsbyville — A woman was arrested on suspicion of assault after a disturbance involving a credit card on Keith Court.
7:58 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said a man who she has a restraining order against came to her house and said “I’ve got guts. Do you have guts? Come fight me,” then left the 22700 block of Meadow Drive.
8:26 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said her husband threatened to kill her and when she tried to call 911, he ripped the phone out of the wall. He left on foot, then later returned for a truck on the 18300 block of Wards Ferry Road.
8:58 p.m., Sonora area — A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a protective order after his mother reported she locked herself in her car out of fear as he was sleeping under the deck.
9:43 p.m., Sonora area — A woman received harassing phone calls that may be in violation of a restraining order on the 21300 block of Ridgeview Drive.
11:11 p.m., Groveland — A babysitter called saying a neighbor man keeps coming outside and yelling profanities and she doesn’t know who he was yelling at. Earlier he honked the horn and flashed the lights in a vehicle on the 18600 block of Main Street, she said.
11:41 p.m., Tuolumne — A man said the card for his college financial aid was sent to his old address on the 18400 block of Main Street and a woman there tried to use it and hack his email account to get his social security number.
11:53 p.m., Groveland — A woman said her boyfriend took a file containing personal information and identification after an argument on the 19300 block of Elder Lane.
11:52 a.m., Sonora area — Thomas William Archer, 25, of the 600 block of Olive Street, was booked on suspicion of evading an officer with wanton disregard for safety after an arrest on Quail Mine Road. He was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor resisting an officer, and infractions of speeding, driving without a headlight on a motorcycle, driving on the left side of the road with an obstructed view and driving on the left side of solid yellow lines.

12:13 a.m., Tuolumne area — Sy Andrew Vassallo, 28, of the 18300 block of Yosemite Road, was booked after an arrest at Yosemite and Woodham Carne roads.
12:49 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Rental car keys were reported stolen on Whiskey Slide Road.
4:17 p.m., Murphys — Someone was threatened on Snowberry Court.
4:24 p.m., Murphys — A man reportedly confronted neighbors about “hammering all day and night” and was threatened on Snowberry Court.
5:47 p.m., Wallace — Theft was reported on Camanche Parkway South.
6:16 p.m., San Andreas — Someone reported a man yanking on a woman’s neck and yelling at her in a car on East Saint Charles Street.
6:20 p.m., Arnold — Someone was arrested after a disturbance involving a woman reportedly breaking some of a man’s belongings on Longman Lane.
7:48 p.m., Valley Springs — A disturbance was reported on Garner Place.
11:50 a.m., Valley Springs — Richard Aurthur Hilgardner, 33, no listed address, was booked on suspicion of second degree burglary and misdemeanor shoplifting and disorderly conduct after an arrest on the 10 block of Highway 26.
1:49 p.m., Arnold — Gerald Sterling Lind, 55, of the 2800 block of Circle Drive, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant after an arrest at a business on the 1200 block of Oak Court. He was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession and an infraction for marijuana possession.
3:14 p.m., San Andreas — Clayton Raymond Baker Jr., 33, of the 1700 block of Coniferous Drive, Arnold, was booked on suspicion of threatening with the intent to terrorize and misdemeanor battery at a business on the 600 block of East Saint Charles Street.
