Sheriff's reports


10:31 a.m., Groveland — A woman said wheels and boat parts were stolen off a boat trailer parked on Elder Lane.

12:31 p.m., Soulsbyville area — A Sears delivery man said while he and a partner were delivering a television to a house on the 20000 block of Barnwood Court the homeowner threw wooden 2-by-4's at them.

12:56 p.m., Sonora Meadows — A woman said windows were broken at a portable school building at Sullivan Creek School on the 16300 block of Hidden Valley Road.

1 p.m., Jamestown — A Jamestown School employee said a child was throwing chairs in a classroom.

1:48 p.m., Crystal Falls — A man said more than 100 prescription pills were stolen from him while he was on a job site.

3:24 p.m., Standard area — A man said items were stolen out of his van parked on the 15200 block of Cavalieri Road.

4:50 p.m., Columbia — A woman said her boyfriend slapped her during an argument over dishes while the two were in the Columbia College dorms.

4:53 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said $1,613 worth of tools were stolen from his pickup truck on the 18900 block of Ryan Court.

6:06 p.m., Jamestown — A man said he saw another man siphoning gasoline out of the caller's car parked behind the 18200 block of Main Street.

6:15 p.m., East Sonora — A Money Mart clerk said two people broke the store's door lock while she was in the back researching a check they brought in to cash. The check appeared to be stolen and altered, the clerk said.

6:24 p.m., Big Oak Flat — A woman said she found street signs inside a trailer on the 11300 block of Wards Ferry Road recently vacated by tenants who were evicted.

6:35 p.m., Willow Springs — A man on the 20500 block of Willow Springs Drive said a roll-away box of tools was missing.

6:52 p.m., Quail Hollow area — A woman said a 2004 Jeep Wrangler was stolen from a house on the 20300 block of Eaton Court.

7:29 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said a man riding a bicycle on Highway 108 near Wigwam Road was weaving in and out of traffic.

8:37 p.m., West County — The Winkin' Lantern owner said two people were staying in a motel room without permission and had broken windows. He asked for a deputy to remove the man and woman.

10:25 p.m., Tuolumne — A Me-Wuk casino security officer said a man who appeared to be drunk abandoned a red car with Oregon plates on the side of Tuolumne Road near Carter Street.

11:40 p.m., Jamestown — A 44-year-old man was cited for driving on a suspended license.

Felony bookings


11:37 a.m., Ponderosa Hills — Joe Eutiguio Analoco III, 35, 20500 block of Ponderosa Way, Tuolumne area, booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and carrying a loaded firearm in public after a traffic stop and arrest near his home. He was released Tuesday after posting $10,000 bail.

11:11 p.m., Big Oak Flat — Matthew Lucas Vilmer, 25, unknown address on Ferretti Road, Groveland, booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon in a vehicle and misdemeanor drunken driving and having false vehicle license plates after a traffic stop and arrest on Wards Ferry Road near Highway 120.

According to a sheriff's report, Vilmer was stopped because a deputy suspected he might be driving drunk. When the deputy searched the car, he found two throwing knives, the report said.

Vilmer remained in Tuolumne County Jail this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Sonora police reports


10:44 a.m., theft — A man said a cordless drill was stolen from his house on the 200 block of North Reservoir Road two weeks ago and gasoline was taken from his vehicle parked there overnight.

12:15 p.m., fraudulent activity — An Orchard Supply Hardware clerk said over the weekend the store took in a counterfeit $10 bill.

1:04 p.m., parking — A silver dual-wheeled pickup truck was illegally parked in a "small car only" parking spot on South Stewart Street.

5:01 p.m., warrant arrest — A 22-year-old woman was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant after a traffic stop and arrest on the 100 block of South Barretta Street.

10:07 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a little boy was crying in the parking lot at Sonora Plaza shopping center.

10:47 p.m., traffic violation — A 48-year-old man was cited and released on suspicion of driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop on South Green Street at Stockton Road.

8:01 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A caller on the 9100 block of Cave City Road reported a mountain lion in the area.

4:04 p.m., Rail Road Flat — A neighbor dispute was reported on the 3100 block of Independence Road.

4:12 p.m., West Point — A family dispute was reported on the 500 block of Winton Road.

5:04 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A neighbor dispute was reported on the 4900 block of Rocky Road.

6:17 p.m., Valley Springs — Signs were stolen from a political campaign headquarters.

6:57 p.m., Valley Springs — One person was arrested during a domestic dispute on the first block of Pelican Place.

8:20 p.m., Murphys — A person was refusing to leave a coin laundry on Highway 4.

9:04 p.m., Valley Springs — A landlord and tenant dispute was reported at Castlerock Mobile Home Park.

10:09 p.m., San Andreas — A father and son were arguing on the 1900 block of Gold Strike Road.


12:08 a.m., Murphys — A caller said a prowler was trying to open the door of a house on the 500 block of South Algiers Street.

12:51 a.m., San Andreas — A person allegedly stole items from a construction site at the government center.

3:54 a.m., Valley Springs — A man said someone was chasing him on the 7100 block of Southworth Road.
