    The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

    8:33 a.m., Valley Springs — A business on California Street was burglarized.
    1:35 p.m., San Andreas — A business on East Saint Charles Street was burglarized.
    3:23 p.m., Valley Springs — A possible bomb was reported on Cedar Street, but it turned out to be a commercial firework.
    3:46 p.m., Valley Springs — A theft was reported along Highway 26.
    4:16 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A person was battered on Old Prospector Trail.
    4:48 p.m., Valley Springs — Juveniles set a paddle boat on fire at a pond on Farris Drive.
    6:13 p.m., Arnold — A vehicle was vandalized on Silver Drive.
    7:21 p.m., Valley Springs — A person reported hearing gunshots near McAtee Street at Sparrow Road and suspected people were shooting at ducks.
    12:01 a.m., Glencoe — Gunshots were reported near Ponderosa Bridge.
    5:19 a.m., Copperopolis — A person reported their cat was acting “weird.”

Felony bookings

    6:52 p.m., Copperopolis — Michael Laurence Bradford, 19, of the 5000 block of Hub Court, was booked on suspicion of making violent threats, after an arrest on Hub Court.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

    8:11 a.m., East Sonora — A woman reported that she believes someone who was recently arrested may have also burglarized her home on the 16000 block of Draper Mine Road. She said there are people walking along a trail and looking at her house and believes they may also be responsible.
    8:29 a.m., Tuolumne — A vehicle was broken into while parked at a residence on the 18000 block of Tuolumne Road. A purse, wallet, phone and keys were stolen.
    9:32 a.m., Sonora area — A window was broken out of a vacation cabin on the 21000 block of Evergreen Way.
    3:17 p.m., East Sonora — The owner of a motel on the 19000 block of Hess Avenue reported a possible scam targeting elderly people intended to get them to sell them their valuable collectibles for less than they are worth.
    9:10 p.m., Sonora area — Two men were seen loading items into their truck from a residence on the 14000 block of Lakeside Drive. The neighbor reported the incident because the owners of the residence are in jail.
Felony bookings

    1:30 p.m., Sonora area — Kevin Matthew Clerico, 30, and Troy Michael Leveroos, 32, both of the 100 block of O’Hara Drive, booked on suspicion of growing marijuana, possessing marijuana for sale and conspiracy. Leveroos was additionally booked on suspicion of drug possession.
