CALAVERAS COUNTY

    The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY
    8:51 a.m., Wallace — A burglary was reported on Limestone Drive.
    1:35 p.m., Valley Springs — People were reported trespassing while out gold panning on Bane Road at Noland Court.
    2:56 p.m., Arnold — Items were reported missing from a home on Longman Lane.
    4:53 p.m., Burson — A residence was broken into on Saharan Road.
 6:41 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A person was arrested on suspicion of battery on Freccero Road.

        WEDNESDAY   
1:30 p.m., Valley Springs — Constance Marie Kubala, 39, of the 2900 block of Butler Lane, was booked on suspicion of drug possession after an arrest at her home.

    Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

WEDNESDAY
    2:05 a.m., Valley Springs — Beau Dean Livezey, 19, of the 3500 block of Laurent Lane, was arrested on Vista Del Lago Drive at Highway 26.


TUOLUMNE COUNTY

    The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY
    1:46 a.m., Sonora area — A driver reported a man wearing a sweatshirt, dark pants and gloves had jumped out in front their car and then jumped in the ditch on the 20600 block of North Sunshine Road.
    12:26 p.m., Jamestown — A man reported his black Nissan rental car was stolen on the 18300 block of Main Street.
    12:38 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on the 10700 block of Lavender Lane reported someone used her Social Security number to open a cell phone account.
    11:38 p.m., Sonora area — A man reported someone threw a beer bottle through the front window at his residence on the 17100 block of Smokey River Drive.
   
Felony bookings

WEDNESDAY
    12:24 p.m., Sonora — Keith Joseph St. Lawrence, 54, of the 500 block of Dragoon Circle, was booked on suspicion of witness intimidation, after an arrest on Calaveras Way at Alpine Lane.
    4:45 p.m., Sonora area — Julia Anne Grimes, 35, of the 16500 block of Sallander Drive, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest on the 20500 block of North Sunshine Road.
    6:30 p.m., Twain Harte — John Leland Daley, 30, of the 17000 block of Jupiter Drive, was booked on suspicion of growing marijuana and possessing marijuana for sale, after an arrest at his home.
    6:30 p.m., Twain Harte — Michael Jason Fisher, 40, of the 17200 block of Jupiter Drive, was booked on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm and selling ammunition to person under 21 years old, after an arrest on the 17000 block of Jupiter Drive.
    The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY
    4:37 p.m., assault — A supervisor reported a mail carrier was on South Stewart Street when a man driving a vehicle with a dog in the front passenger seat tried to have the dog attack the mail carrier. The man reportedly pulled up closer to the mail carrier and continued taunting the carrier with the dog. Officers took a report of the incident.
    4:44 p.m., theft — Two scooters were stolen on Summit Avenue.
