TUOLUMNE COUNTY The Sheriff’s Office reported the following: TUESDAY 8:30 a.m., Twain Harte — A detached garage was burglarized at a residence on the 22000 block of Sonora Drive. 9:03 a.m., Twain Harte — A rock was thrown through a window at the old Black Oak School campus on the 18000 block of Twain Harte Drive. 11:05 a.m., Sonora area — An office on the 16000 block of Allison Way was broken into and a printer, a safe containing documents and a few other items were taken. 12:19 p.m., La Grange — A residence on the 1000 block of Alazan Way was burglarized. 5:20 p.m., Soulsbyville — A residence on the 20000 block of Bonnie Court was broken into but nothing appeared to be missing. The Sonora Police Department reported the following: TUESDAY 11:01 a.m., controlled substances — A bag of marijuana and rolling papers were found near the back door of a business on South Washington Street. 2:06 p.m., disorderly conduct — A reportedly intoxicated man walked into a business on South Washington Street and began yelling at the woman behind the front desk. CALAVERAS COUNTY The Sheriff’s Office reported the following: TUESDAY 9:11 a.m., San Andreas — Vandalism was reported on Monte Vista Court. 5:46 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A burglary was reported on North Lombardi Drive. 7:12 p.m., Burson — A suspected DUI was reported on Cheyenne Drive. Arrests Cited on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs: TUESDAY 4:15 p.m., Murphys — Randall Linzy Murphy, 58, of the 3000 block of Highway 4, was arrested on Main Street south of Church Street. |
