The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
9:38 a.m., theft — A man on North Forest Road reported his medications were stolen Saturday while he was away at church.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
7:39 a.m., Twain Harte — A woman on the 28500 block of Italian Bar Road reported that a man hit her husband in the head with a crowbar and her husband began hitting the man with a piece of wood. The man who was hit in the head with the wood was later taken to Memorial Medical Center in Modesto for his injuries. No one involved in the incident has been arrested, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
8:58 a.m., Sonora area — A man reported a GPS device, vehicle manual and $75 were stolen from his Jeep on the 20400 block of West Walnut Drive.
1:49 p.m., Tuolumne — Two men were reportedly got into a physical fight on the 18400 block of Pine Street.
6:22 p.m., Tuolumne — A man on the 18400 block of Main Street reported the theft of his wallet and cell phone from his workplace.
1:25 p.m., Tuolumne — Cody Richard Santos, 22, of the 1300 block of West Simmons Road, Turlock, was booked on suspicion of drug possession and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, after an arrest in the Black Oak Casino parking lot.
6:19 p.m., Sonora — Devan Lyndon Spraggins, 28, of the 400 block of 400 South Shepherd Street, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, after an arrest at his home.
6:20 p.m., Sonora — Nicole Michelle King, 27, of the 400 block of South Shepherd Street, was booked on suspicion of drug possession, receiving stolen property and for committing a felony while on bail, after an arrest at her home.
9:15 p.m., Coulterville — Bruce Wayne Maggard, 54, of the 8000 block of Jackass Ridge Road, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest at his home.
11:45 a.m., Columbia — Cal Fire units responded to a quarter-acre vegetation fire on Airport Road.
12:21 p.m., West Point — A residence was burglarized on Main Street.
2:03 p.m., West Point — A woman reported she had a pit bull trapped in her garage that got into her home and attacked her dog on Stanley Road.
