The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
1:49 p.m., civil problem — A resident on Greenley Road called police to report someone gave her son a knife against her wishes.
4:10 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone was trying to sell steaks to residents in an Alpine Road neighborhood.
6:02 p.m., traffic accident — A non-injury accident occurred on Greenley Road.
7:07 p.m., vehicle theft — A car was reportedly stolen from Sanguinetti Road parking lot while the owner was watching a movie.
8:37 p.m., burglary — Someone tried to break into a soda machine at a Hospital Road business.
10:38 p.m., vandalism — A taxi driver told police two people threw eggs from their vehicle at his taxi on Barretta Street.
9:51 a.m., vandalism — A vehicle was egged overnight on Shaws Flat Road.
10:26 a.m., vandalism — Letters were etched into the windows of a Washington Street business.
11:10 a.m., theft — Mail was stolen from a mailbox on North Arbona Circle.
12:05 p.m., burglary — Someone stole liquor from a Restano Way business.
2:15 p.m., burglary — A Mono Way business reported an attempted theft of a shopping cart full of groceries.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
9:48 a.m., Columbia — A property owner at Yankee Hill and Five Mile Creek roads reported someone living illegally near his property and driving in the area at unsafe speeds.
10:17 a.m., Sonora area — An automobile accident with unknown injuries was reported at Tuolumne Road and Nugget Boulevard.
1:27 p.m., Twain Harte — A property owner on Sierra Drive reported a break-in sometime in the past three weeks, with tools taken.
1:31 p.m., Jamestown — A man on Shell Road told police his flatbed trailer was taken from his property.
2:20 p.m., Chinese Camp — Someone vandalized St. Xavier’s Church.
2:28 p.m., Tuolumne — A bedroom window at a Misty Lane residence was reportedly shot out within the past month.
4:19 p.m., Columbia — A man on Bald Mountain Road called dispatchers to report a problem with prowlers around his residence. He told the dispatcher there are hundreds of “druggies” organized in a military-like unit, and he wanted police to use “new advanced technology” to locate and track the prowlers. The dispatcher recommended an alarm company.
10:34 p.m., Jamestown — A fire was reported at Jacksonville Road and Mammoth Mine Road.
2:20 a.m., Jamestown — A fight occurred at a Highway 108 bar, with no injuries or arrests.
6:24 a.m., Tuolumne — A man told police he was assaulted in Tuolumne Memorial Park the night before.
9:47 a.m., Jamestown — A man was seen near Highway 108 and O’Byrnes Ferry Road holding a revolver on the side of the road.
12:50 p.m., Long Barn — A fight between a man and a woman was reported at a Highway 108 mobile home park.
2:24 p.m., Columbia — Police responded to a disturbance at a Parrotts Ferry Road mobile home park between multiple people. The owner of the space where the disturbance took place said he occasionally allows homeless people to stay with him, and two were involved in a confrontation.
3:29 p.m., Groveland — A theft was reported on Ferretti Road.
5:25 p.m., Crystal Falls — A fire was reported on Crystal Falls Drive.
5:32 p.m., Buck Meadows — An accident involving a vehicle and a deer was reported on Highway 120.
8:21 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said her boyfriend poked her with a fishing pole during an argument. When deputies arrived at the Highway 108 mobile home park, the woman was gone and the man living there said she broke a mirror and threw dinner all over the front porch.
9:03 p.m., Columbia — A fire was reported on Seminole Drive.
9:54 p.m., Phoenix Lake — A fire was reported on Phoenix Lake Road.
2:10 a.m., Jamestown — Several men were loitering outside of a Highway 108 bar after closing time. One reportedly kicked and broke a door on the property when he was told to leave.
4:23 a.m., Chinese Camp — Someone reported flames on Friendship Hill Road.
5:32 a.m., Groveland — Sheriff’s deputies responded to aid an accident at Smith Station Road in Mariposa County that involved a vehicle rolling over.
7:53 p.m., Jamestown — Linda Jo Mogg, 63, of the 16700 block of Jacksonville Road, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of possession of a narcotic and driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs after an arrest at Highway 49 and Main Street.
12:13 p.m., Sonora — David Anthony Schiro, 27, of the 500 block of Orchard Avenue, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest on the first block of Restano Way.
1:38 p.m., Sierra Village — Dena Marie Marshall, 47, of the Sierra Village RV Park, Sierra Village, was booked on suspicion of force or assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest on Highway 108.
2:34 p.m., Columbia — Bonnie Faye Michelle Palmer, 28, of the 8400 block of Old Melones Dam Road, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest at Union Hill and Parrotts Ferry roads.
4:54 p.m., Sonora — Ralph Williams Posten Jr., 61, of the 200 block of Bonanza Street, was booked on suspicion of bringing alcohol or drugs into a jail or prison, as well as misdemeanor charges of suspicion of disorderly conduct while intoxicated and open container in public after an arrest at Bradford and Poplar roads.

5:56 p.m., Sonora — Gregory Stephen Marks, 64, of Roble Road, Sonora, was booked after an arrest on Highway 108 and Mono Way.
9:34 p.m., Tuolumne — Frank Edwin Shaw, 57, of the 20600 block of Eden Lane, Tuolumne, was booked after an arrest at Tuolumne Road and Eagle Ridge.
1:39 a.m., Soulsbyville — Spencer Stephen Harvey, 19, of the 20700 block of Caylor Drive, Soulsbyville, was booked after an arrest on Soulsbyville Road at Draper Mine Road.

8:03 a.m., Vallecito — A large cow was in the street at Parrotts Ferry Road.
10:05 a.m., Arnold — Vandalism and theft of a door were reported at an Oak Circle church.
10:50 a.m., Murphys — Someone reportedly stole a hammer and door knob from a Fieldstone Drive property.
10:58 a.m., San Andreas — Theft of shotgun shells was reported from a vehicle in the auto shop at Calaveras High School.
2:24 p.m., Copperopolis — A package was stolen on Quail Hill Road.
3:43 p.m., Copperopolis — A hit-and-run accident possibly involving road rage was reported on Little John and Town Square roads.
4:02 p.m., Arnold — A petty theft incident on Manuel Road involved firewood and a resident’s identity.
6:24 p.m., Arnold — A suspicious woman was reported in front of the post office and a bank near Blagen Road dancing, throwing papers around and kissing poles.
9:10 p.m., Arnold — Someone was doing burnouts in a Highway 4 bar parking lot.
9:11 a.m., Murphys — A trailer blocked the road on Highway 4.
9:24 a.m., Arnold — Smoke was coming out of a car’s trunk on Grenoble Drive.
10:12 a.m., Valley Springs — A fire was reported on Stabulis Road and Crail Way.
10:48 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A group of men in a pickup truck were reportedly shooting at game on private property from the road.
12:28 a.m., Dorrington — A bike was stolen on Cheyenne Way.
3:02 p.m., San Andreas — Squatters were reported on an Alfreda Street property.
3:46 p.m., Copperopolis — Three men were hunting turkeys on private property on Yuma Court in a small golf cart.
8:44 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Squatters were reported on a Choctaw Ridge Road property.
9 p.m., Vallecito — Multiple people reported large cows on the road at Parrotts Ferry Road and Airola Road.
9:20 p.m., Arnold — Someone was throwing water balloons at vehicles on Highway 4.
