THURSDAY

6:59 a.m., Columbia — A Tuolumne County Road Department employee said a county building on the 10700 block of Airport Road was broken into overnight.

8:08 a.m., Quail Hollow — A man on the 12000 block of Chukar Circle said his car was scratched with a key overnight and someone put sugar into the gas tank.

9:48 a.m., Tuolumne — A Tuolumne Frosty employee reported additional items that were stolen during a robbery last week.

10:04 a.m., Columbia — A woman on the 11000 block of Columbia Village Drive said a man was walking around with a bleach bottle full of gasoline while smoking a cigarette.

10:23 a.m., Groveland — A man at Cocina Michoacana restaurant on the 18700 block of Highway 120 said someone tried to break into the business overnight.

11:33 a.m., East Sonora — A man said tires on his truck were slashed while the truck was parked near Fir Drive and Mono Way.

11:36 a.m., Twain Harte — A man on the 23700 block of South Fork Road said 10 chickens were stolen from his back yard.

1:52 p.m., Tuttletown — A woman on Parrotts Ferry Road said something flew north from the southern end of New Melones Reservoir with a vapor trail coming out the back. Then she saw something fall from it and splash into the lake.

4:07 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A Modesto Bee newspaper box was broken into, money stolen and the box dumped on the side of Redwood Road.

4:36 p.m., Groveland — A caller said while riding his motorcycle on Second Garrotte Road, he hit a dog, but the dog was not injured. When he went to the dog owner's house, the owner threatened him.

5:34 p.m., Columbia — A woman on the 24000 block of Italian Bar Road said neighbors were shooting off fireworks and have been doing so for the last week.

6:56 p.m., Willow Springs — A woman on the 20500 block of Willow Springs Drive said three teens were drinking alcohol at Willow Springs park.

9:27 p.m., Groveland — A man on the 20000 block of Elderberry Way said a shotgun was missing from his house and a window on the front door was broken.

10:28 p.m., Sonora area — A woman's purse was found on Highway 108 between Old Wards Ferry overpass and Lime Kiln Road.

11:14 p.m., Jamestown area — A man on the 12600 block of Algerine Road said he can hear someone pounding on a neighbor's house, possibly vandalizing it.

FRIDAY

8:19 a.m., Twain Harte — A man said a travel-trailer had been parked at the corner of Italian Bar and South Fork roads for the past four weeks, with two men living there.

8:35 a.m., Sonora — A man at a business on the 14200 block of Tuolumne Road said he had been threatened by a customer.

9 a.m., Jamestown — A caller on the 10300 block of Preston Lane said two men were in a verbal argument upstairs.

11:46 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman on Tuolumne Road North said a man pointed a gun out of his car window at her 15 minutes ago.

11:57 a.m., Jamestown — A man on the 17200 block of Margaret Drive reported two children's scooters were stolen.

4:55 p.m. , Sonora — A man said two carloads of kids were getting ready to fight at the corner of Peaceful Oak and Waif Mine roads.

6:06 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller said a man and woman were having a verbal argument in the parking lot of a business on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road.

7:44 p.m., O'Byrnes Ferry Road area — A caller said a man threw a woman out of her car and then pulled her back heading toward Copperopolis from Tuolumne County.

10:24 p.m., Sonora — A woman said a man was walking toward Tuolumne Road with a long rope and tried to flag her down. When an officer confronted the man, he said he was trying to catch his horses.

11:20 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman on the 16800 Apple Colony Road said her landlord's ex-wife was at her place today threatening to "kick her ass."

SATURDAY

2:05 a.m., Big Oak Flat — A woman on the 17500 block of Highway 120 said two "very drunk" young men broke a window with a brick, came inside and took several items.

6:06 a.m., Groveland — A woman on the 20700 block of Longview Street said the window of a van had been vandalized.

9:23 a.m., Groveland — A man on the 20200 block of Pine Mountain Drive said the back window of his vehicle was vandalized.

9:34 a.m., Groveland — A man on the 20800 block of Big Foot Circle said someone shot a pellet through his front bay windows during the night.

10:05 a.m., Sonora — A man said his driver's side window was hit with a boulder while at Taco Bell.

11:23 a.m., Sonora — A man on the 17900 block of Lime Kiln Road said someone stole gas from his motorhome.

3:22 p.m., Sonora — A man on the 22400 block of Rhine River Drive said someone tried to break into his neighbor's house across the street.

3:28 p.m., La Grange — A ranger at Fleming Meadows reported a pipe bomb in a camping site.

5:21 p.m., Soulsbyville — A woman said an elderly man was wandering around the post office on Willow Springs Drive who seemed very disoriented.

5:32 p.m., Sonora — A woman said a man was cutting up a downed tree along the side of Kewin Mill Road.

6:16 p.m., Sonora — A woman said her daughter was assaulted by another youth while walking along Gunsight Drive.

6:46 p.m., Sonora — A caller said he or she might have seen someone breaking into cars at Hammond Ford Mercury.

7:01 p.m., Sonora — A man said when he returned to his strawberry stand at Mono Way and Fir Drive, his employees and about $250 in cash were gone.

9:35 p.m., Jamestown — Two callers from the Stanislaus River Park and Recreation area said a man who appeared to have been drinking had his vehicle stuck in a ditch at the gate of the 2-Mile Bar recreation area.

9:36 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10500 block of Eighth Street said people in two different vehicles had come to her home and caused a disturbance.

9:48 p.m., Columbia — A man on the 24100 block of Italian Bar Road said a person who has been harassing him had pulled into his driveway, stopped, then sped out of the driveway.

10:30 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10500 block of Eighth Street said a group of people have driven by her house repeatedly.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

8:30 a.m., Sonora — Brett DeWayne Baxter, 37, Welston, Okla., booked on a warrant charging him with robbery, conspiracy and solicitation of a minor to commit felonies. He was brought back to Tuolumne County on an extradition order issued by the Tuolumne County district attorney's office and remained held this morning in lieu of $250,000 bail.

11:30 a.m., Sonora — Elizabeth Ann Lancaster, 32, 19900 block of Highway 108, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging her with possessing a controlled substance, failure to appear and probation violation after arrest at her home. She remained held this morning without bail.

SATURDAY

6:26 a.m., Groveland — Anthony Luis Candelario, 19, 17700 block of Lucky Strike Trail, Sonora, booked on suspicion of conspiracy and burglary after an arrest on the 9900 block of Jackass Creek Road, Groveland. A sheriff's report said Candelario is suspected of stealing $34 worth of beer and cigarettes from Tiano's Market in Groveland.

He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

8:22 p.m., Sonora — Salvador Tapia, 24, Luis Angel Hernandez, 21, both of Twain Harte (no specific addresses listed), Geraldo Rivera, 24, 1600 block of American River Drive, Crystal Falls, and Jesus Gabriel Altamirano, 21, 200 block of Bret Harte Drive, Twain Harte, all booked on Immigration and Naturalization Service holds after arrest on Stewart and Williams streets, Sonora.

A Sonora Police officer stopped a car with no taillights, and none of the men inside spoke English. The driver had no license and no one in the car had valid green cards to work in the United States, a report said. All four men remained held this morning without bail.

9:50 p.m., Columbia — Peter Kingma, 36, undisclosed address on Quail Mine Road, Columbia, booked for failing to register as a sex offender after an arrest on Parrotts Ferry Road at Broadway, Columbia. He remained held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

YESTERDAY

4:32 a.m., Tuolumne — Anthony Mark Fuentes Jr., 26, no address, Tuolumne, booked on suspicion of burglary, battery, damaging a telephone line and false imprisonment after arrest on the 18000 block of Tuolumne Road, Tuolumne. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $50,000 bail.

8:43 a.m., fraudulent activity — A worker at Orchard Supply Hardware said she might have received counterfeit money.

9:46 a.m., vandalism — A man on the 600 block of Stockton Road said there were two bullet holes in his front window.

9:57 a.m., hazard — A caller on the 1000 block of Greenley Road said vehicles were not stopping for pedestrian traffic.

10:48 a.m., theft — A woman on the 90 block of Summit Drive said gas was taken from her vehicle.

2:07 p.m., animal complaints — A woman on the 140 block of Upper Sunset Drive said her neighbor has been feeding bones to her dog.

11:48 a.m., theft — A women on the 600 block of South Washington Street said her license plate tags were stolen.

2:19 p.m., traffic accident — A non-injury crash was reported on the Mono Way.

2:48 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A third-floor nurse at Tuolumne General Hospital said she saw two young men checking out parked cars.

5:24 p.m., theft — A male juvenile was arrested for shoplifting at Save Mart on Stockton Road.

9:02 p.m., theft — A man said someone broke into his parked motorhome on North Stewart Street.

9:24 p.m., threat — A woman on the 22400 block of South Airport Road said her 16-year-old son was threatened with bodily harm at school.

9:36 p.m., theft — A woman on the 100 block of Hospital Road said money was stolen from a machine in the women's bathroom.

11:23 a.m., public intoxication — A man on the 100 block of Stockton Road reported four people at a business, drinking excessively. The driver of the group was found to be sober.

4:35 p.m., vandalism — A man reported a BB hole in the front window of Simply Country Home Furnishings on the 600 block of Stockton Road.

11:25 p.m., fight — A man on the 11700 block of Campo Seco Road said he received a call from his brother who said a group of kids was harassing him and trying to start a fight in the parking lot of a business on South Washington Street.

10:45 a.m., Paloma — A caller said a man and a woman were fighting while driving on Paloma Road headed towards Campo Seco.

4:17 p.m., Copperopolis — A caller said two children were playing with a gun at a carwash off Feather Drive. A deputy determined the weapon was a BB gun.

8:12 p.m., Arnold — A woman said her wallet was stolen while she was at a baseball game in Murphys.

10:25 p.m., San Andreas — A man said a boy pointed a pellet gun at the man after he confronted the boy about ringing doorbells and running away.

12:10 a.m., Valley Springs — Roy Wayne Goodwin, 47, 4300 block of South Highway 99, Stockton, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor drunken driving after arrest on Glen Court and Silverado, Valley Springs. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $25,000 bail.

1:10 a.m., San Andreas — Terry Lynn Bond, 46, 500 block of Angels Road, San Andreas, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after arrest on the 100 block of East St. Charles Street, San Andreas. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

1:45 a.m., Campo Seco — A 57-year-old Campo Seco man booked on suspicion of felony spousal battery and making criminal threats after an arrest at his home. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $30,000 bail.
