Sheriff's reports

MONDAY

7:25 a.m., Twain Harte — The manager of a Joaquin Gully Road convenience store told deputies he has a videotape of a weekend theft.

9:22 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village — Deputies were asked to pick up a truant student on the 20600 block of Chief Fuller Way and take her to school.

9:25 a.m., Tuolumne — A girl earlier reported as a runaway by her mother came to Summerville High School for classes.

10 a.m., Sonora — A man who said he attacked a woman last Saturday came to the sheriff's lobby to turn himself in.

11:17 a.m., Sonora area — A woman calling from the 12700 block of Chukar Court reported finding "blood on her toilet seat and food items missing from her apartment."

1:15 p.m., Jamestown — A Jamestown Road caller reported that his ATM card was stolen and used.

2:19 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A couple on the 20800 block of Haiapo Road were reported arguing over property in a divorce settlement.

2:24 p.m., west county — A report of two people carrying items out of the old rock shop at Highway 108 and Green Springs Road and putting it in a pickup was relayed to the California Highway Patrol.

2:50 p.m., East Sonora — Responding to a mother's report that her daughter was "crying and arguing with her boyfriend," deputies went to the couple's Tuolumne Road home. The boyfriend said he was upset because his girlfriend "leaves the house, hangs out with drug people for days and then comes back home."

3:22 p.m., New Melones — Several teenagers were said to be trying to throw a couch off the Archie Stevenot Bridge.

5:21 p.m., Wards Ferry area — A caller on the 15400 block of Algerine-Wards Ferry Road reported his pasture was ripped up.

5:46 p.m., Sonora area — A caller on the 12800 block of Chukar Circle said her husband was drunk and threatening to smash the television.

8:31 p.m., Long Barn — A caller on the 24900 block of Abraham Drive reported that a woman has driven by her home "with the music cranked up" four times.

9:18 p.m., Jamestown — A caller on the 10200 block of Preston Lane said her 16-year-old daughter has been staying at a friend's Sonora-area home for three weeks and refuses to come home.

9:43 p.m., Jamestown — A caller on the 10200 block of Preston Lane reported that neighbors were "yelling and slamming doors" and that her children can't sleep.

10:48 p.m., Crystal Falls — An attempted break-in was reported on the 22100 block of Feather River Drive.

11:26 p.m., Groveland area — Twelve loud people with three or four cars were reported camping off Ferretti Road.

YESTERDAY

2:47 a.m., Jamestown — A Seventh Street caller reported "a loose pit bull barking nonstop."

Arrested

Cited for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

Jason Bart Dolman, 25, Confidence Road, Confidence, booked at 2 p.m. yesterday after arrest on Highway 108 east of Soulsbyville Road.

Sonora police reports

MONDAY

2:18 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer checked on a vehicle on Sanguinetti Road.

6:32 a.m., public intoxication — A 42-year-old man who was a passenger in a vehicle was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a traffic stop on Stockton Road.

10:23 a.m., theft — An officer took a report on items being taken from Wal-Mart. The items were recovered from students at Sonora High School. A report was not complete this morning.

11:24 a.m., vandalism — A woman said a window was broken at a construction site on the 600 block of Morning Star Drive.

11:25 a.m., theft — An employee at Wal-Mart on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road said someone stole a compact disc player from the store.

11:41 a.m., traffic accident — A representative of Sierra Railroad said a train hit a red pickup near the railroad tracks on Hospital Road. The car was gone when an officer arrived.

12:44 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man said he found something on the steps leading up to Linoberg Street from a business on the 100 block of Stockton Road. It turned out to be a vitamin.

1:35 p.m., public peace — A woman was seen exposing herself to drivers at the intersection of Restano Way and South Washington Street.

3:33 p.m., reckless driving — A boy said an employee of a business on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road tried to run him over while he was on his skateboard.

MONDAY

12:25 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A caller reported the theft of a picnic table from the 8500 block of Avenue A.

12:31 p.m., San Andreas — A caller on the 1900 block of Gold Strike Road reported an ongoing problem with kids fighting in the area.

12:46 p.m., rural Burson — A caller on the 9600 block of Warren Road said a man had jumped out of a small car, threw rocks at the car as it was leaving and was now walking westbound on Highway 26.

2:39 p.m., Douglas Flat — A man on Holiday Mine Road reported the disappearance of a tool he loaned to a man who is now dead.

6:05 p.m., Valley Springs — Several kids pushed a shopping cart down a hill onto younger kids at the Little League field in Valley Springs.
