SUNDAY

11:05 a.m., Cedar Ridge — A woman on the 23900 block of Stable Road found a pellet-gun hole in her vehicle's windshield.

4:35 p.m., Phoenix Lake area — A man on the 22000 block of Elizabeth Lane said three bags of household garbage were thrown onto his property.

6:54 p.m., Jamestown — A man said yard tools and landscape items were taken from his house on the 10600 block of Campo Seco Road.

8:10 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman said she and her husband were walking their dog on Sierra Drive when it was attacked by another dog. They said they tried to contact the dog's owner who was not cooperative.

8:22 p.m., Standard area — A man on the 15200 block of Cavalieri Road said a go-cart chained inside the garage was stolen.

9:46 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman said a possibly drunken man was causing trouble on Bay Avenue and Main Street.

11:45 p.m., Tuolumne area — A man on the 15000 block of Morris Road said three people were snooping around his yard and didn't leave, even when he shined a flashlight on them.

11:55 p.m., Columbia — A caller said several kids were at a cemetery on School House Road, causing a disturbance.

MONDAY

4:34 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 18000 block of Eighth Avenue said when she left for work she saw three people, all dressed in dark clothing, coming from an apartment building.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

9:10 a.m., Sonora — Geoff Bruce Croyle, 44, 19000 block of Berg Court, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging him with assault with a deadly weapon, failing to appear and violating probation after an arrest in Calaveras County. He was brought to the Tuolumne County Jail for booking and remained held in lieu of $10,000 bail.

9:38 a.m., Sonora — A 30-year-old Groveland man booked on suspicion of lewd acts on a child after arrest while he was in custody on other matters. No details were available. He remained held this morning in lieu of $40,000 bail.

3:48 p.m., Sonora area — Christy Karen Jones, 37, 19000 block of Berg Court Sonora, booked on suspicion of felony battery after an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way, Sonora. No details were available. She remained held this morning in lieu of $35,000 bail.

5:59 p.m., Tuolumne — Steven Ray Burrell, 43, 14800 block of Blue Bell West, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging him with manufacturing a controlled substance and failing to appear after arrest on Oak Street and Yosemite Road, Tuolumne. He remained held without bail this morning.

9:30 p.m., Coulterville — Damien Michael Baca, 23, 11400 block of Buck Meadows Road, Groveland area, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest on Highways 49 and 132, Coulterville.

According to a sheriff's department report, a 25-year-old Yuba City man was stabbed three times in the abdomen during a fight with Baca while the two were at Pine Mountain Lake Campground on Thursday.

Bradley Daniel Power was taken to the hospital by friends who identified Baca as the assailant.

Baca remained held this morning in lieu of $30,000 bail.

SATURDAY

2:08 a.m., Sonora — Alicia Lynn Belt, 24, 30400 block of Pedro Drive, Lake Havasu, Ariz., booked on a warrant charging her with felony vandalism, failure to appear and violating her probation as well as a misdemeanor warrant charging her with trespassing and driving with a suspended license. She was arrested in the Timberhills Shopping center on Mono Way and remained held this morning without bail.

SUNDAY

12:25 a.m., Sonora — A 48-year-old Sonora man booked on suspicion of felony spousal battery after an arrest at his home. No details were available and he remained in custody this morning in lieu of $35,000 bail.

7:15 p.m., Sonora — Elizabeth Ann Crow-Voris, 34, 18700 block of State Road 52, Land-o-Lakes, Fla., booked on a warrant charging her with forgery, possessing a controlled substance, failing to appear and violating her probation after she turned herself in. She remained held this morning without bail.

Donald Lee Nelson, 16500 block of Creekside Drive, Sonora, booked at 9:40 p.m. Friday, after arrest on Highway 108 east of Yosemite Junction.

Kenneth Wayne Johnson, 33, no address given, Sonora, booked at 11 p.m. Friday, after arrest on South Washington and Church Streets, Sonora.

Jesse Thomas Grove, 20, 20300 block of Canyon View Drive, Tuolumne, booked at 7:35 a.m. Saturday, after arrest on Ponderosa Way and Canyon View, Tuolumne.

Dean Marshall Verner, 56, 17200 block of Margaret Drive, Jamestown, booked at 1:11 p.m. Saturday, after arrest on Campo Seco Road and Essex Lane, Jamestown area.

Lucas Kenward Libbon, 18, 18000 block of Little Fuller Drive, Twain Harte, booked at 5 a.m. Sunday, after arrest on Birch Street and Crocker Avenue, Tuolumne.

Fire

SATURDAY

3:40 p.m., Sonora — Sonora City Fire Department extinguished a smoldering planter in Sonora Crossroads Shopping Center. Cause was undetermined. No dollar damage was reported.

SUNDAY

10:46 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a man was lying on a bench in front of Sonora High School auditorium and had been since 6:30 a.m.

1:03 p.m., miscellaneous codes — A caller found a glass smoking pipe at Lyons and Barretta streets and did not want to touch it to throw it away.

1:47 p.m., animal complaints — A caller said three dogs were left in a truck in the Sonora Crossroads shopping center. The owner was given a citation from an animal control officer.

SUNDAY

10:54 a.m., Arnold — A trespasser on the 3100 block of Green Meadow Court broke the property owner's camera when his picture was taken during an argument.

7:30 p.m., Lake Camanche area — Two people were arguing over horses on the 12100 block of Brandy Lane. The call was turned over to animal control.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

2:26 a.m., San Andreas — Eli Isaiah Marsh, 24, undisclosed address on Somerset, Grass Valley, booked on suspicion of selling and possessing marijuana after an arrest on Highway 49 near San Andreas.

According to a sheriff's department report, Marsh was stopped for a traffic violation and during a search of his car a deputy found nine plastic baggies filled with an undisclosed amount of marijuana and $2,000 in cash.

He remained held this morning in lieu of $80,000 bail.

SATURDAY

3:25 a.m., San Andreas — Dinara Tashniyazova, 25, 400 block of 31st Street, and Justin Garett Weiner, 34, 400 block of Webster Street, San Francisco, both booked on suspicion of possessing marijuana, transporting or selling a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale after an arrest on Highway 49 at Angels Road.

Weiner was also booked on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance into jail. No details were available. Weiner was released after posting $135,000 bail. Tashniyazova was released after posting $110,000 bail.

7:09 a.m., Murphys — Jennifer Ann Steiner, 22, 8400 block of Madison Avenue, Fair Oaks, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after an arrest on the 1100 block of Highway 4, Murphys. No details were available. She was released after posting $20,000 bail.

7:15 p.m., Angels Camp — Jesse James Taylor, 19, 1300 block of Shady Circle, Arnold booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on Stockton Road, Angels Camp. No details were available and he remained in custody this morning in lieu of $20,000 bail.

Colleen N. Edwards, 45, 12300 block of Garbo Road, Pinegrove, booked at 2:50 a.m. Saturday, after arrest on Lake Camanche Parkway, Valley Springs area.

Angela Medeiros, 36, 600 block of Grand Avenue, San Francisco, booked at 11:53 p.m. Saturday, after arrest on Highway 4 and San Domingo Road, Murphys.

Robert David Brant, 29, 40 block of Veterans Lane, West Point, booked at 10:25 p.m. Sunday, after arrest on Lower Double Springs Road, Valley Springs.

Fire

FRIDAY

9 p.m., San Andreas area — A 20-foot-by-20-foot spot fire was reported on the 3000 block of Calaveritas Road. Cause was undetermined. No dollar damage was reported. Elizabeth Airola of the same address owns the property. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and San Andreas Fire Protection District responded.

11:30 p.m., Valley Springs — An illegal debris burn was reported inside an old adobe building on the 11700 block of Main Street in Valley Springs. Kevin Sparks of Valley Springs owns the property. Sparks' burn permit was revoked. CDF and Foothill Fire Protection District responded.

SUNDAY

12:30 p.m., Arnold area — A 1-acre grass fire was reported on the 1000 block of Sandalwood Drive. Will Colhune of Arnold owns the property. Damage was estimated at $200. CDF, Ebbetts Pass Fire Protection District, Murphys Fire Protection District, U.S. Forest Service, two dozers and an air tanker and helicopter from Columbia Air Base responded.

5:45 p.m., Copperopolis area — A vehicle fire was reported on Highway 4 east of Shirley Road. Dollar damage was estimated at $1,000 to a 1983 Olds Cutlass Supreme. Nathanial Jones of Stockton owns the car. CDF, Copperopolis Fire Protection District and one dozer responded.

9:30 p.m., Valley Springs area — A small spot fire was reported on the 8000 block of Savage Way. No dollar damage was reported. The fire was started by a vehicle. Landowner is undetermined. Foothill Fire Protection District responded.
