Sheriff's report

THURSDAY

11:31 a.m., Twain Harte — Four counterfeit $20 bills were received by Central California Bank on the 18700 block of Tiffeni Drive. The bills were part of a deposit from a Twain Harte business.

12:19 p.m., Columbia — An R&L Mini Mart employee said a man passed a counterfeit $10 bill, but used another bill when told it was counterfeit.

1:05 p.m., Tuolumne — A shed at Tuolumne Cemetery on Cemetery Lane was broken into and hand tools valued at $450 were stolen.

2:17 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said a man wearing a black head scarf who was responsible for a hammer attack earlier in the day on Main Street was walking west on Main Street near Donovan Street.

5:13 p.m., Twain Harte — A caller said about 14 teenage boys and girls were loitering behind a business on Joaquin Gully Road and possibly smoking marijuana.

6:35 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman said a water pipe to the Ponderosa Hills subdivision pool on Skyline Road was broken.

8:16 p.m., Twain Harte — A caller said a man who caused a problem at The Confidence Inn bar on the 23300 block of Highway 108 was thrown out, then called the business and made threats.

8:42 p.m., Tuolumne — A 34-year-old man found drunk on Pine Street at Gardner Avenue was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness.

9:31 p.m., Sonora area — A caller said the driver of a white sedan hit a guard rail on Racetrack Road near Jamestown Road and drove off headed toward Columbia.

9:35 p.m., Columbia — A Blue Mountain Minerals employee said three people were on the property, on the 24500 block of Marble Quarry Road, without permission.

11:09 p.m., Twain Harte — A 20-year-old woman was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant after a traffic stop on Middle Camp Road near Southfork Road.

11:19 p.m., Sonora area — Two men, ages 30 and 25, were arrested on misdemeanor warrants after a traffic stop on Highway 49 at Jack Page Road.

FRIDAY

7:51 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman on Main Street said items were stolen from her unlocked vehicle the night before.

7:58 a.m., East Sonora — A hydraulic lift was reported stolen from behind a building on the 14200 block of Mono Way the night before.

8:05 a.m., Moccasin — A caller said a big rig was blocking both lanes of Highway 120 on New Priest Grade.

9:28 a.m., Sonora area — A home on the 17500 block of Murphy Road was reported burglarized.

10:29 a.m., Cedar Ridge — A home on the 23900 block of Stable Road was reported burglarized.

12:33 p.m., Sonora area — A fight occurred in front of a business on the 700 block of Mono Way.

12:50 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A man on the 24100 block of Wuuya Way said his neighbor was harassing his real estate agent and home buyers.

12:51 p.m., Don Pedro — A Don Pedro Reservoir ranger said a potato gun was being used on the lake.

2:04 p.m., Columbia — A man said a patio set had been stolen from his yard on the 22500 block of Sawmill Flat Road.

5:32 p.m., Jamestown — A caller reported a man was walking shirtless in Rocca Park with what appeared to be a rifle on his shoulder.

6:22 p.m., Crystal Falls — A Crystal Falls Drive woman said someone had marked on her pony with paint.

8:10 p.m., Strawberry — A man said his neighbor's cabin on Leland Creek Road had been burglarized.

9:09 p.m., Sonora area — A man said another man came onto his property on the 22400 block of Vilas Lane and started fighting with him.

9:34 p.m., Strawberry — A cabin on Leland Creek Road was reported burglarized.

11:51 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman said someone broke a glass over her head at a business on the 22900 block of Twain Harte Drive.

SATURDAY

4:19 a.m., Jamestown — A man said he saw someone climb out the window of a business on the 18200 block of Main Street.

8:10 a.m., Twain Harte — A Community Service Unit volunteer said a man was sleeping in a park on Meadow Lane.

8:52 a.m., La Grange — A woman said her vacation house on the 4900 block of Arbolada Drive was burglarized.

1:40 p.m., La Grange — A man said his houseboat, parked near Bonds Flat Road, was broken into.

1:51 p.m., Twain Harte — Potted plants were stolen from in front of a business on the 18700 block of Cedar Drive.

2:03 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A woman said someone shot paintballs at her house on the 24000 block of Lama Road and cracked a window.

3:50 p.m., Big Oak Flat — A Claim Jumper Outpost employee said he caught someone shoplifting.

5:20 p.m., Crystal Falls — A mailbox on the 21800 block of Crystal Falls Drive was smashed.

5:22 p.m., Columbia — Three hoses were stolen from the Columbia Pool on Parrotts Ferry Road.

5:57 p.m., Tuolumne — Someone dumped trash at the end of Porto Fino Road.

7:20 p.m., Crystal Falls — A mailbox at 22100 block of Crystal Falls Drive was stolen.

8:12 p.m., Crystal Falls — A man said a dog attacked him on the 22500 block of Rhine River Road.

9:06 p.m., Tuolumne area — A woman said a dozen wild pigs were roaming around the 16200 block of Apple Colony Road.

11:10 p.m., Sonora area — A man said several teenagers were throwing water balloons at his car on Chukar Circle.

YESTERDAY

3:46 a.m., Groveland — A caller reported a man was "going berserk," breaking things and threatening people at a house on the 19500 block of Ferretti Road.

Felony bookings

THURSDAY

1 a.m., Sonora — Colton Daniel Delauter, 21, 100 block of West Bradford Avenue, Sonora, booked on suspicion of battery causing serious injury after an arrest at his home.

According to a Sonora Police report, Delauter and a woman were arguing at a house on Pasadena Avenue when he struck the woman's mother in the head with a closed fist. The woman lost consciousness and was taken to Tuolumne General Hospital. Sonora police spoke with the women involved and went to Delauter's house and arrested him.

He remained held this morning in lieu of $7,000 bail.

4:05 p.m., Sonora — Michael Gene Archer, 47, 22000 block of Sharon Road, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging him with vehicle theft, burglary and failure to appear in court. Archer was brought to the county jail from the California Department of Corrections. He remained held this morning without bail.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

Brian Jasper Armstrong, 21, 2600 block of Lawrence Street, Ceres, booked at 11:59 p.m. Thursday after arrest on South Washington Street at Stockton Road, Sonora.

Brian Scott Herman, 27, undisclosed address on Oak Tree Lane, Sonora, booked at 1:54 a.m. Friday after arrest on South Washington Street north of Highway 108, Sonora. He was also booked on suspicion of driving with a license previously suspended for a drunken driving conviction.

4:02 p.m., disorderly conduct — A caller said a man was beating on the walls of his apartment on North Washington Street.

6:21 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured in a traffic accident on North Stewart Street.

7:05 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured in a traffic accident on Mill Villa Court at Stockton Road.

8:47 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a man in a blue floral shirt was in the middle of Stockton Road.

9:33 p.m., found property — A caller found a small black purse at Wal-Mart in Sonora Crossroad shopping center.

12:46 a.m., lost property — A woman said she lost her wallet while at a business on the 100 block of Hospital Road.

9:15 a.m., theft — A woman's wallet was stolen while at a business on the 900 block of Sanguinetti Road.

9:17 a.m., miscellaneous codes — A caller said five garbage cans were overflowing on the 100 block of Tidwall Street.

12:23 p.m., fight — A fight was reported in front of a business on the 700 block of Mono Way.

1:33 p.m., traffic accident — A hit-and-run accident occurred on the 600 block of Barretta Street.

1:44 p.m., traffic accident — An accident occurred on South Stewart Street.

2:32 p.m., property damage — A vehicle was scratched up, had its antenna broken and passenger side mirror torn off while parked on the 400 block of Greenley Road.

4:11 p.m., harassment — A caller said two men were harassing a woman on the 100 block of Hospital Road.

4:33 p.m., traffic accident — A non-injury accident occurred in front of a business on the 1200 block of Sanguinetti Road.

8:19 p.m., vandalism — A man said three men were throwing rocks at cars in a parking lot on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

8:36 p.m., traffic accident — A motorcycle accident occurred at the Highway 108 and Stockton Road intersection.

10:58 p.m., parking — A vehicle was blocking a driveway on the 400 block of South Shepherd Street.

SATURDAY

12:10 a.m., lost property — A woman said she lost her purse on Sanguinetti Road.

12:44 a.m., public intoxication — A 49-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication on South Washington Street.

2:04 a.m., public intoxication — A 25-year-old man was arrested for public intoxication after being found passed out in back of a business on South Washington Street.

9:11 a.m., theft — A woman said about 40 CDs were stolen from her vehicle while parked on the first block of Mono Vista Lane.

2:20 p.m., traffic accident — An injury accident occurred in a parking lot on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

3:34 p.m., theft — A Mervyn's employee reported a man stole a pair of pants.

9:49 p.m., theft — A Mervyn's employee said two teenage girls stole a bathing suit and underwear.

10:46 p.m., public intoxication — A man was arrested for public intoxication after trying to take a beer from a store on the first block of Mono Way.

YESTERDAY

2:47 a.m., weapons violation — A woman reported hearing two gun shots come from said a loud party on the 200 block of

North Washington Street.

Fire

YESTERDAY

2 p.m., Tuolumne Rancheria — A half-acre grass fire was reported on the 19000 block of Mi Wu Street. No damage was reported, and cause of the fire is under investigation. The Bureau of Indian Affairs owns the land. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, Tuolumne Fire Protection District, Tuolumne County Fire Department, all aircraft from Columbia air base and one crew from Baseline Conservation Camp responded.

8:05 a.m., Copperopolis — A caller said a cargo box was broken into and tools were stolen on the 300 block of Pinon Circle.

10:05 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 400 block of McDaniel Lane said the passenger side window of a vehicle was shot out by a BB gun last Friday.

1:48 p.m., Arnold — A caller said someone stole a chain saw chains and bars from a travel trailer behind White Pines Lake.

2:06 p.m., Copperopolis — A caller said a neighbor on the 4400 block of Tomahawk Trail threatened workers putting up a fence.

2:39 p.m., San Andreas — A caller said three teenage boys broke into a trailer parked on the 1900 block of Gold Strike Drive the night before and stole several CDs.

3:36 p.m., Forest Meadows — A man said a tree was cut down in his front yard on the 1100 block of East West Drive.

4:08 p.m., Copperopolis — A caller said a boat was stolen from a dock on the 5900 block of O'Byrnes Ferry Road.

4:32 p.m., San Andreas — An employee of Treat's General Store on East St. Charles Street said a shoplifter was detained there.

1:10 a.m., Angels Camp — A caller said prowlers were on property on the 3700 block of Whittle Road.

6:52 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller said windows and tools were stolen from a job site on the 6900 block of Baldwin Street.

7:58 a.m., Altaville — A man said his car was keyed while parked on North Main Street Wednesday.

2:05 p.m., Burson — A man said someone ran over his fence on the 11800 block of Flintstone Way.

2:49 p.m., Vallecito — A wallet, keys and other items were reported stolen from a locked vehicle parked on the side of Parrotts Ferry Road.

4:51 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller said teenagers were throwing beer cans out of vehicles on Sparrowk Road.

6:29 p.m., Murphys — A caller said the old school house on Jones Street had been vandalized.

6:31 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller said golf clubs were taken from a cart on the 1600 block of Highway 26.

11:11 p.m., Arnold — A caller said several kids were in the Lilac Park pool after hours.

1:38 a.m., Arnold — A caller said a house on the 2400 block of Moran Road was broken into.

1:41 a.m., Arnold — A caller on the first block of Longman Lane said a man was outside throwing things at the windows.

12:27 p.m., Angels Camp — An employee from a business on the 300 block of South Main Street said rude customers were refusing to leave.

1:35 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller said a drive-by paintballing occurred on the 2900 block of Hartvickson Lane.

3:02 p.m., Vallecito — A caller said a van window was broken and items were taken from it while parked on the side of Parrotts Ferry Road.

4:54 p.m., Dorrington — A caller said a vacation cabin on the 3600 block of Shoshone Drive was paintballed and the front door shot with a BB gun or pellet gun.

9:20 p.m., Sheep Ranch — A caller said a man with a gun was refusing to leave his friend's house on the 11100 block of Sheep Ranch Road.

YESTERDAY

3:36 a.m., San Andreas — A caller said a drunken man was knocking on the door of a house on the 400 block of Toyon Drive in the middle of the night.

3:46 a.m., San Andreas — A man was arrested for indecent exposure after dropping his pants in the San Andreas Post Office lobby.
