THURSDAY

9:03 a.m., Jamestown — A man found a box on the side of Highway 108 near Rawhide Road. The courier service that dropped the box was notified and the box was picked up.

10:08 a.m., Columbia — A R&L Minimart clerk received a counterfeit $10 bill at the store on the 22000 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.

10:30 a.m., Don Pedro area — A soda machine at Don Pedro High School was vandalized.

10:54 a.m., Soulsbyville — A woman found a purple mountain bike outside a business on the 20700 block of Sunshine Road North.

11:23 a.m., Tuttletown — A Bureau of Land Management ranger found a camera with pictures of local teenagers drinking at New Melones Reservoir.

11:55 a.m., Columbia — A Columbia Elementary School employee said a window at the school was vandalized.

12:04 p.m., Big Oak Flat — A woman found a wallet in Jamestown at a bar and brought it to her job in Big Oak Flat for pickup.

2:18 p.m., Sonora — A 25-year-old man was arrested in Tuolumne County Superior Court on a misdemeanor warrant.

2:48 p.m., East Sonora — A woman said a stereo was stolen from her car, parked on the 12800 block of Mono Way.

3:54 p.m., Columbia area — A woman on the 11300 block of Columbia Village Drive said a bag of clothing was stolen from her front porch.

5:28 p.m., Standard area — A man on the 15200 block of Cavalieri Road said his house was burglarized.

6:32 p.m., East Sonora — A Tuolumne County Ambulance paramedic said a drunken man was on the railroad tracks near Tuolumne Road and Mono Way.

7:06 p.m., East Sonora — A woman on the 19000 block of Waif Mine Road said neighbor kids threatened her children and said they were coming back to the house with axes and would burn down her house.

7:12 p.m., Jamestown — A man said several children including a young girl were sliding down a hill on cardboard boxes on Preston Lane. The man said the girl had fallen several times and that no adults were around.

8:05 p.m., Jamestown — A 22-year-old man was arrested on misdemeanor warrants after a traffic stop on Seventh Street at Maple Alley.

9:37 p.m., Twain Harte — A caller said two men sitting inside a green Toyota Tacoma pickup truck parked on Tiffeni Drive were drinking alcohol. Before they parked, the caller said, the two men were driving erratically through downtown Twain Harte and almost hit a child.

10:28 p.m., Ponderosa Hills — A woman said teenagers were drinking near the community swimming pool on Skyline Road. A maintenance man scared the teens off and fixed a broken pipe.

10:35 p.m., East Sonora — A bartender at the Pine Tree Restaurant on the 19600 block of Hess Avenue said she asked a man to leave but he refused. A deputy spoke with the man who said his lawyer told him he didn't have to leave. The man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

10:54 p.m., Phoenix Lake — Two mountain bikes were stolen from a house on the 19900 block of Phoenix Lake Road.

FRIDAY

12:16 a.m., Twain Harte — A woman said children hiding in bushes near East Avenue were throwing eggs at cars leaving the Twain Harte School graduation.

8:18 a.m., Columbia — A woman said a man with his arm out his vehicle window was parked on Forest Meadow Road.

8:20 a.m., Sonora area — The Tuolumne General Hospital emergency room reported treating a man with a pellet gun wound.

9:46 a.m., Jamestown — A man said the tail lights of his car were stolen while it was parked on the 16200 block of Jacksonville Road.

9:51 a.m., East Sonora — The Sonora Regional Medical Center emergency room reported treating a 15-year-old boy for a pellet gun wound.

9:58 a.m., Soulsbyville area — A caller said another man slept in a truck parked on Black Oak Road the night before.

11:04 a.m., Standard — A man said a truck parked on Standard Road was burglarized.

12:39 p.m., East Sonora — A clerk at R&L Minimart on Mono Way said she received a counterfeit $10 bill.

1:36 p.m., East Sonora — A caller said he was assaulted by a man on the 19400 block of Village Drive.

1:43 p.m., Columbia — A woman said she was hit in the face by a 17-year-old boy on Big Hill Road.

1:45 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller said a burglary occurred on the 19300 block of Cherokee Road.

2:23 p.m., Strawberry — A caller from the 28200 block of Robin Lane said her mother gave $500 to a man posing as a bail bondsman.

2:25 p.m., Phoenix Lake — A caller said three movie discs were taken from a vehicle on the 19800 block of Phoenix Lake Road.

3:57 p.m., Sonora — A caller said a man who said he applied for a job at a business on the 19700 block of Greenley Road said he was going to stay at the business until Monday even after being asked to leave.

4:57 p.m., Tuolumne — Two men were reported fighting on Bay Avenue with about 10 people watching.

6:22 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said he saw a dirt bike rider trespassing on the 2300 block of Pepito Drive.

7:56 p.m., Columbia — A man on the 13700 block of Still Pine Drive said his mother's Jeep had been vandalized.

10:40 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman said two drunk men were wandering around in front of her home on Carter Street.

11:28 p.m., Sierra Village — A woman said someone was lying underneath a car on Bonanza Drive.

12:21 a.m., Twain Harte — Four people were reported trespassing on Golf Club Drive and refused to leave.

8:15 a.m., Jamestown — A woman said someone egged her car, poured soup inside it and slashed her tires while it was parked on the 10300 block of Preston Lane.

8:20 a.m., East Sonora — A woman on the 13000 block of Beckwith Road said someone broke her window and took her wallet and a diamond ring.

9:26 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman said her car was egged while parked on the 18500 block of Madrone Street.

9:42 a.m., Mono Vista — A man said a chain saw and a chop saw were stolen from his truck, parked on the 22100 block of Feather River Drive.

3:24 p.m., East Sonora — A clerk at Albertsons in The Junction shopping center said he had a shoplifter in custody.

3:40 p.m., Columbia — A man on North Airport Road said he was holding the keys to a plane owned by a drunk pilot.

4:01 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 17600 block of Twin Oak Drive said gas was stolen from her son's car a few nights ago.

4:10 p.m., Big Oak Flat — A woman said about five teenagers were drinking beer on Scofield Street and throwing the cans into the bushes.

5:31 p.m., Pinecrest — The California Highway Patrol asked the Sheriff's Department to watch out for a stolen vehicle from Pinecrest.

5:56 p.m., East Sonora — A man emptied a trash container behind a store on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

6:19 p.m., Pinecrest — A caller said he was holding a man who had stolen wallets and keys from tents in Pinecrest.

7:31 p.m., East Sonora — A man parked at the side of a building on the 13700 block of Mono Way was reported masturbating.

8:46 p.m., Phoenix Lake — A man on the 21500 block of Phoenix Lake Road said his vehicle's front windshield was damaged.

9:03 p.m., Phoenix Lake — Another man on the 21500 block of Phoenix Lake Road said someone shot a hole in the window of his vehicle.

9:29 p.m., Phoenix Lake — A third man on the 21500 block of Phoenix Lake Road said his front windshield had been shot out.

10:15 p.m., Tuolumne — An employee at a business on the 18300 block of Tuolumne Road said a customer had caused a disturbance because the employee would not sell him alcohol.

YESTERDAY

12:15 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman said a man was passed out on a bench in Tuolumne Square.

12:48 a.m., Jamestown — An employee at a business on the 18200 block of Highway 108 said a drunk customer was refusing to leave.

1:16 a.m., Sonora — The Sonora Police Department called the Sheriff's Department for help with a fight on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

4:19 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman said a man was loitering near a business on the 18300 block of Tuolumne Road.

5:20 a.m., Don Pedro — A man said his boat was sinking in the back of Waterfall Cove at Don Pedro Reservoir.

5:39 a.m., Groveland — A man said another man was screaming outside a business on the 18900 block of Main Street.

8:26 a.m., Jamestown — A 50-year-old man on the 10200 block of Lemon Drop Lane said he had been it on the head twice with a hammer.

8:47 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A man said his house on the 24200 block of Wuuya Way was toilet papered the night before and animal flesh was left hanging in a tree.

9:13 a.m., Pinecrest — A man said fishing gear was stolen from his boat the night before.

9:16 a.m., East Sonora — A clerk at Flyers on Mono Way said he received a counterfeit $10 bill.

9:32 a.m., Sonora area — The Sonora Police Department asked the Sheriff's Department to look out for a car driven by a person who tried to pass $10 counterfeit bills at Country Kwik Way on Stockton Road.

THURSDAY

12:45 p.m., Sonora — A 47-year-old Tuolumne man was booked on suspicion of more than three lewd acts with a child after arrest at the sheriff's office. He remained held this morning in lieu of $40,000 bail.

10:01 p.m., Ponderosa Hills — William Daniel Ray, 18, 20500 block of Ponderosa Way, Tuolumne area, booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest at his home. According to a sheriff's report, Ray is suspected of stealing a hand gun from a neighbor's house. He remained held this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.

FRIDAY

12:41 a.m., Twain Harte area — Joseph Sanders, 19, 19100 block of Sunrise Drive, Tuolumne, booked on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale, selling marijuana and misdemeanor possession of an open container while driving after a traffic stop and arrest on Highway 108 at Confidence Road. He was released after posting $15,000 bail.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol:

James Thomas Spalding, 45, 600 block of South Barretta Street, Sonora, booked at 12:35 a.m. Friday after arrest on Mono Way at Greenley Road, Sonora.

Lindsay Kelly Peabody, 45, 20 block of Grizzly Mine Road, Tuolumne, booked at 2:30 a.m. Friday after arrest on South Washington Street at Gold Street, Sonora.

1:05 a.m., disorderly conduct — A caller said a man and a woman were arguing at Sonora Crossroads shopping center and one was threatening to kill the other.

11:09 a.m., parking — A car parked on McCormick Drive for almost three weeks without being moved was marked to be towed away.

12:16 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured in a traffic accident on Mono Way at Greenley Road.

12:29 p.m., disorderly conduct — A woman on North Shepherd Street said neighbors were throwing beer bottles into her driveway.

6:03 p.m., animal complaints — An Orchard Supply Hardware employee was bitten by a dog in a store cart when he was loading nails into the cart for the dog's owner.

9:03 p.m., public intoxication — A 35-year-old man was booked on suspicion of public intoxication after he went into a restaurant on the 100 block of North Washington Street bloody and without a shirt.

FRIDAY

1:11 a.m., public intoxication — A 21-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a caller on Linoberg Street said people were being loud outside.

2:05 a.m., traffic violation — A 20-year-old man was cited and released for driving with a suspended license.

12:05 p.m., threats — An ex-employee was threatening other workers at a business on the 300 block of South Stewart Street.

12:34 p.m., animal complaints — A caller said a dog was missing from a parked vehicle on the 1000 block of Mono Way.

1:24 p.m., traffic accident — An accident occurred on South Stewart Street that temporally blocked the road.

1:38 p.m., fraud — A caller said a counterfeit $100 was passed at Ross Dress For Less on Mono Way.

2:24 p.m., traffic accident — No one was hurt in an accident on Greenley Road.

5:58 p.m., theft — A caller said a microwave and some wine were stolen from a business on the 900 block of South Washington Street.

9:03 p.m., theft — A woman said her purse was stolen from a business on the 100 block of Stockton Road.

12:55 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer noticed a door open and a light on at a building on the 500 block of Greenley Road.

2:19 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said people were breaking glass bottles and a vehicle's windshield on South Stewart Street.

2:21 a.m., disorderly conduct — A caller said a woman was causing a problem with staff members of a business on the 100 block of Hospital Road.

9:33 a.m., traffic accident — A non-injury accident occurred on the 100 block of Columbia Way.

9:47 a.m., theft — A woman on the 500 block of Orchard Avenue said $130 was missing from her purse.

6:35 p.m., vandalism — A caller said a vehicle was keyed while parked on the 1000 block of Mono Way.

7:17 p.m., property damage — A caller saw someone try to break into a vehicle parked on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road.

10:14 p.m., disorderly conduct — A caller said someone was out of control at a business on the 100 block of Hospital Road.

11:20 p.m., theft — A woman said cash was taken from her 15-year-old daughter's purse while she was at a dance on the 400 block of North Washington Street.

1:19 a.m., fight — A caller said there was a fight in front of a business on the 100 block of South Washington Street. A minor was cited and released.

2:29 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a man and a small child were walking down Highway 49 near Pesce Way.

6:39 a.m., Rail Road Flat — A gate at Rail Road Flat Elementary School was ripped off its hinges.

5:03 p.m., Bear Valley — A caller said a child was shooting a gun in a campground on the 12700 block of Highway 4.

8:40 p.m., San Andreas — A man was found staggering on and off of the road near Highway 49 and Main Street, making obscene gestures at passersby. He was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

8:52 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller said outgoing mail was stolen from a mailbox on the 8900 block of McAtee Street.

9:16 p.m., Camanche — A fight between campers was reported.

YESTERDAY

12 a.m., Murphys — A caller said a drunk man was refusing to leave a business on the 400 block of Main Street.

1:46 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller said someone was breaking into a garage on the 2600 block of Stage Coach Drive.

5:08 a.m., San Andreas — An older man became violent and fled a medical facility on the 900 block of Mountain Ranch Road. He was located and returned.
