9:37 p.m., Twain Harte A caller said two men sitting inside a green Toyota Tacoma pickup truck parked on Tiffeni Drive were drinking alcohol. Before they parked, the caller said, the two men were driving erratically through downtown Twain Harte and almost hit a child.

10:01 p.m., Ponderosa Hills William Daniel Ray, 18, 20500 block of Ponderosa Way, Tuolumne area, booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest at his home. According to a sheriff's report, Ray is suspected of stealing a hand gun from a neighbor's house. He remained held this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.
12:41 a.m., Twain Harte area Joseph Sanders, 19, 19100 block of Sunrise Drive, Tuolumne, booked on suspicion of possessing marijuana for sale, selling marijuana and misdemeanor possession of an open container while driving after a traffic stop and arrest on Highway 108 at Confidence Road. He was released after posting $15,000 bail.
