8:34 a.m., Phoenix Lake area A woman on the 21900 block of Fortuna Mine Road said neighbors are harassing her and her husband. The neighbor said the couple and their friends speed up and down the road and dump trash on the property.
10:08 a.m., Lake Don Pedro A caller said three low-flying aircraft buzzed a houseboat on Lake Don Pedro anchored near the middle bay. One of the planes was described as a red biplane.
11:05 a.m., East Sonora The owner of California Style on the 13700 block of Mono Way said the father of a fired employee came to the business, caused a disturbance and made threats.
11:52 a.m., Columbia A purse containing credit cards, a Social Security card and drivers license was stolen from a house on the 22000 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.
Noon, Tulloch Reservoir A woman on Shady Lane said the driver of a red-and-white ski boat was going too fast and too close to the woman's dock.
12:03 p.m., East Sonora A man said while he was driving on Tuolumne Road from Tuolumne to Sonora, a man driving a mid-sized car tailgated the whole way. When the two stopped at a stoplight on Highway 108, the tailgating man pulled alongside the first man and pointed a semi-automatic handgun at the man. A be-on-the-lookout order was issued.
2:55 p.m., Tulloch Reservoir A man's middle finger was caught in a ski rope and amputated. He was at Poker Flat Lodge on O'Byrnes Ferry Road waiting for an ambulance.
5:11 p.m., Greenley Oaks A mailbox on the 20600 block of Wayne Court, where homeowners deposit community dues, was broken into and one check stolen. The check writer was told to stop payment on it.
6:06 p.m., Sugar Pine A man said six teens hopped a fence at Sugarpine Lake and were fishing. The lake is privately owned and not for public use.
7:17 p.m., Groveland A caller said she saw a woman mistreating a 3-year-old child at Pine Mountain Lake Lodge. The caller gave sheriff's deputies the license plate number of the woman's car.
7:33 p.m., Don Pedro Reservoir A caller said a woman driving a ski boat with six children hanging over the side was driving recklessly and cut in front of two houseboats.
8 p.m., Jamestown A man on the 11000 block of McKibbin Drive said Star Wars figurines and a car amplifier were stolen from his house.
8:42 p.m., Big Hill A man said he could hear people tearing a vacant house apart on Big Hill Road near Quail Mine Road. A deputy checked the house and found a lot of damage but no one around the house.
9 p.m., Groveland A caller said a man assaulted a teenage girl at the Pine Mountain Lake Swimming Pool. The girl said she was acting like a mentally-challenged person and the man got mad and pulled her hair and tried to remove her from the pool. A deputy spoke with the girl and her mother, but the man was gone. The girl said she was not injured.
12:22 a.m., Sonora Kenneth Marvin Lininger, 35, 19600 block of Columbia River Drive, Crystal Falls, booked on suspicion of possessing a concealed firearm, being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a firearm with altered identification after an arrest on the 300 block of North Washington Street, Sonora. He was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor loitering and obstructing a peace officer. Lininger remained in custody this morning in lieu of $20,000 bail.
3:21 p.m., La Grange A 45-year-old La Grange man booked on suspicion of felony battery on his girlfriend, making criminal threats and violating a protective order after an arrest at a house the couple shared. The woman said her boyfriend put a knife to her throat. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $35,000 bail.
8:19 p.m., Standard area Ronald Alva Hicks, 41, no address given, Sonora, booked on a felony parole hold after an arrest on Soulsbyville Road at Carne Richards Road. He remained held without bail this morning.
3:30 a.m., Tuolumne Celeste AnnaMarie Dias, 43, 100 block of North Stewart Street, Sonora, booked on suspicion of possessing a deadly weapon and illegally being in possession of a firearm after an arrest on the 18600 block of First Avenue.
A man said Dias was at his house and refused to leave, and started waving a shotgun around the house and at the man. A deputy arrived and arrested Dias. She remained held this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.
3:30 p.m., Tuolumne Kurtis Mitchell Hubbard, 24, 10600 block of North Highway 49, Sonora, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and bringing a controlled substance into the county jail after an arrest at Black Oak Casino, Tuolumne.
When arrested on a misdemeanor warrant at the casino and brought to the county jail, Hubbard was searched and deputies found three small plastic baggies containing .24 grams of a white powdery substance alleged to be methamphetamine. He remained held in lieu of $10,000 bail.
8:15 p.m., Jamestown Michael Carl Gonsalves, 32, 3200 block of Moon View Drive, Ceres, booked on a felony parole hold after an arrest on Highway 108 at Main Street, Jamestown. He remained held without bail this morning.
8:15 p.m., Beardsley Reservoir Scott Warren Staudenmaier, 32, 20400 block of Sherry Lane, Soulsbyville, booked on suspicion of vehicle theft after arrest at Beardsley Reservoir.
According to a CHP report, forest rangers were called to Beardsley Reservoir Road because of a disturbance. The rangers detained Staudenmaier, then discovered the vehicle he arrived in was stolen. The rangers called for a CHP officer, who arrested Staudenmaier. He remained held in lieu of $5,000 bail this morning.
12:20 a.m., Columbia A 40-year-old Sonora man booked on suspicion of felony battery after an arrest on the 22000 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.
A man called 911 to say his mother's boyfriend was beating her with a baseball bat. Deputies arrested the man and he remained held in lieu of $35,000 bail this morning.
9:35 p.m., East Sonora Thomas Eric Thorup, 57, 19000 block of Susan Way, Sonora, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on Highway 108 west of Tuolumne Road.
According to a sheriff's report, Thorup was driving a car recklessly on Highway 108. When a sheriff's sergeant stopped Thorup, he tried to hide a pipe. The officer found the pipe and said it contained methamphetamine. Thorup was released yesterday after posting $5,000 bail.

2:17 p.m., hazardous situation The owner of a motor home parked at Sonora Crossroads shopping center was told to dispose of his propane from a tank in a safer manner. A caller said there was a strong odor of propane coming from the motor home.
6:41 p.m., traffic violations Officers were on the lookout for a cab driver seen speeding up and down Hospital Road.
8:43 p.m., public fight A caller said the family of a patient at Tuolumne General Hospital was causing a scene outside the emergency room entrance.
11:17 p.m., animal complaints A caller said the owners of barking dogs on the 200 block of South Barretta Street have been repeatedly asked to make the dogs stop but the caller has not gotten any relief.
2:07 a.m., San Andreas A caller on the 1400 block of Gold Hunter Road said a woman was yelling "somebody help me." Deputies responded and found a woman in need of medical attention.

3:40 a.m., Copperopolis A 45-year-old Copperopolis man was arrested at his home and booked on suspicion of spousal battery. He was also booked on suspicion of drunken driving. He has been released from the county jail.
12:30 a.m., Tulloch Reservoir Chris Borchert, 42, 300 block of Warwick Avenue, San Leandro, was booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance. He remains in the county jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.
1 p.m., Angels Camp Raymond William Held, 22, 1000 block of Paloma Avenue, Stockton, was arrested on Main Street in Angels Camp and booked on suspicion of burglary and felony parole violation. He remains in the county jail in lieu of $15,000 bail but also has a parole hold.
4 p.m., Jenny Lind A 29-year-old man was arrested at his home and booked on suspicion of child abuse, vandalism and battery on a peace officer. He remains in the county jail in lieu of $185,000 bail.
4:30 p.m., Arnold A 33-year-old Murphys woman was booked on suspicion of deserting a child under age 14 with intent to abandon. She was arrested at a shopping center in Arnold. She remains in the county jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
7:30 p.m., Angels Camp David Anthony Gamblin, 39, 900 block of Tuolumne Avenue, was booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after being arrested at the Angels Camp Police Department. He has since been released from the county jail.
