CALAVERAS COUNTY 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following: 

MONDAY

8:41 a.m., Valley Springs — Someone or something pulled all of the plants out of a planter box at a business on the 200 block of East Highway 12. 

10 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — A woman said her grandfather and husband were in a fight on Lombardi Drive.

11:03 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A woman was screaming on Jesus Maria Drive.  The woman was arrested on suspicion of being on drugs. 

Felony bookings

MONDAY

3:42 a.m., Angels Camp — Dearris Terral Riley, 24, of the 1800 block of South Main Street, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant after an arrest at South Main Street and Centennial Road. 

9:50 a.m., San Andreas — Muriel Charles Norma, 65, of the 300 block of Stanley Road, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence with prior convictions and misdemeanor driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license after an arrest at the Calaveras County Courthouse.

4:37 p.m., Copperopolis — Victor Anthony Melone, 31, of the 100 block of Poker Flat Road, was booked after an arrest at his home.

TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

3:51 a.m., fight — Someone heard a fight between two women who were throwing things on West Lane. Officers determined the noise was from the television.

9:57 a.m, burglary — A woman said items were taken from her garage on Woodside Drive while she was away. 

3:13 p.m., fight — Someone said a man beat up a woman in the parking lot of a business on the 700 block of Mono Way. He left in a car and a description was given to local police. 

3:35 p.m., warrants arrest — A woman was arrested for a local drug possession warrant. 

4:27 p.m., traffic violation — A woman said she was almost hit by a car on Hospital Road. 

4:49 p.m., weapon violation — Someone saw a man with no shirt on get out of a car and run toward a business with a black handgun on the 400 block of South Washington Street. Officers determined it was a pellet gun and the man was admonished. 

5:42 p.m., hazardous situation — Someone reported a skateboarder traveling at a high rate of speed by City Hall on North Washington Street. 

9:21 p.m., traffic accident — A man reportedly received treatment for injury suffered from a hit-and-run vehicle accident about 4:30 p.m. at West Stockton Road and South Washington Street. 

TUESDAY

12:43 a.m., fight — A man called saying he was in an argument with a biker and he thought the man was waiting for him outside on the 800 block of Sanguinetti Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

SUNDAY 

10:14 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman wanted vehicles removed from the driveway, but it wasn’t her driveway. She called back at 10:29 a.m., saying stuff was stolen from her campsite and she is in an argument with a man at Carter Street and Baker Avenue. She was gone when officers arrived.

11:47 a.m., Twain Harte area — A man said someone stole an iPod and $20 from his bed on the 22600 block of South Fork Road.

12:44 p.m., Groveland — A man said he saw his ex-girlfriend breaking into the house last night with a hatchet on the 19200 block of Second Garrotte Ridge Road. 

1 p.m., Columbia area — A woman said her wallet was stolen while at a wedding on the 21600 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.

1:10 p.m., Soulsbyville — A woman said a man was causing a disturbance and trying to hide his drugs while she was trying to gather her things and leave on the 20100 block of Soulsbyville Road.

2:14 p.m., Columbia — A man was given a warning for causing a disturbance on the 12400 block of Covington Road. The reporting woman thought he was on drugs. 

4:52 p.m., Groveland — A youth admitted to stealing items from a business on the 11400 block of Cherry Lake Road. The items were recovered and a report was taken.

7:02 p.m., Tuolumne — Someone approached a man in a work van on the 18400 block of Tuolumne Road over his dog being loose and thought he was very drunk or on drugs. The man left about 10 minutes later.

7:27 p.m., Sonora area — A wedding ring was stolen on the 16200 block of Tuolumne Road. 

7:38 p.m., Jamestown — Someone reported a suspicious injury on the 18200 block of Ninth Avenue. 

8 p.m., East Sonora — A disturbance was reported on the 13700 block of Mono Way. 

8:41 p.m., Tuolumne — A few people thought an argument between a man and a woman was going to turn physical at Madrone Street and Laurel Avenue. The arguers were warned. 

2:32 p.m., Sonora area — Someone requested a patrol check after her car alarm went off, then her dog woke her up whining 45 minutes later at Nashua Road and Radio Lane.

3:26 a.m., Jamestown — Someone said two people came to her house with a golf club and threatened her and her family on the 17600 block of Rolling Hills Boulevard.

SUNDAY:

8:44 a.m., Columbia area — Trent Benjamin James Green, 23, of the 11000 block of Racetrack Road, was booked after an arrest on Parrotts Ferry Road, south of the Tuolumne/Calaveras County line.
