The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
11:53 a.m., Sonora area — A watch was stolen from a home on the 14300 block of Edgemont Acres Road.
Noon, Columbia — A woman on the 11300 block of Columbia Village Drive said a man accessed her bank account and took about $2,000. The bank refunded her money.
12:02 p.m., Sonora — A check deposited with the Tuolumne County Treasurer’s office was written on Tuolumne County Superintendent of Schools Office check stock and altered. An employee to whom the check was originally made out who lives in Oakdale reported to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office that her paycheck was stolen from her mailbox in June.
12:07 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 18000 block of Sierra Avenue said a man in a van stopped and said he would like to buy her 5-year-old niece, then left to cash a check at a store on Main Street and was not seen again. He was identified by law enforcement as a man with warrants out of Fresno and Oakdale.
1:02 p.m., East Sonora — An employee at Tuolumne Utilities District on the 18800 block of Nugget Boulevard said an irate customer made threats to bomb the business because of water conservation.
3:08 p.m., East Sonora — A man was in custody on suspicion of theft at a store on the 13700 block of Mono Way.
6:15 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said his home on the 22800 block of East Avenue was broken into within the past two weeks.
9:49 p.m., East Sonora — Two women were arrested on suspicion of trying to pass fake $20 bills at a business on the 13700 block of Mono Way.
8:22 p.m., Sonora area — Jennifer Sara Trowbridge, 31, of Modesto, booked on suspicion of passing a fictitious check and misdemeanor giving false identification to an officer, obstructing an officer, receiving stolen property and concealing evidence, after an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.
9:01 p.m., Sonora area — Rebecca Kim Jackson, 37, of Modesto, booked on suspicion of passing a fictitious check and misdemeanor resisting arrest after an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.
10:38 p.m., Groveland — Rosendo Gonzales, 42, transient, booked on suspicion of illegal entry to the U.S., marijuana cultivation and marijuana possession, after an arrest at Jackass Creek. Also arrested was Jose Moreno-Torres, 31, transient, on suspicion of illegal entry to the U.S. and marijuana cultivation.

2:01 a.m., Groveland — Kelsey Aleda Knutsen, 21, of Lodi, arrested on Pine Mountain Lake Drive at Elder Way.
11:04 a.m., Sonora area — Wendy Lyn Phillips, 39, of the 19800 block of Christie May Lane, arrested on Christie May Lane at Highway 108.
8:40 p.m., Sonora area — Kathleen Ann Homestead, 63, of the 21300 block of Evergreen Way, arrested on Evergreen Way.
9:41 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — Debra Lynn Falk, 58, of the 21500 block of Chief Fuller Drive, Twain Harte, arrested on Highway 108 at Pela Road.
The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
1:21 p.m., theft — A Kindle reader stolen from an unknown location was recovered and returned to the owner.
The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
8:31 a.m., Vallecito — The Red Hill Transfer Station on Red Hill Road was broken into, and tools were taken.
11:49 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — Someone filled the tanks of a vehicle and boat with gas, then left Sierra Trading Post on Highway 49 without paying when his or her debit card was rejected.
8:54 p.m., San Andreas — A physical fight occurred on Hope Court.
11:42 p.m., Angels Camp — Kerry Carlton Atkins, 46, of the 600 block of Tuolumne Avenue, booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest at his home.

11:15 p.m., Murphys — Casey Justin Loudon, 29, of the 2200 block of San Pablo Avenue, Oakland, arrested at Jones and Scott streets.
3:20 a.m., Avery — Thomas Benjamin Perez Jr., 25, of the 1500 block of Rawhide Drive, Arnold, arrested at Moran and Avery Hotel roads.
2:40 p.m., San Andreas — Bobby Galynn Sanders Jr., 46, of the 400 block of East Saint Charles Street, arrested on Highway 12 near Pioneer Cemetery.
