CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:51 a.m., San Andreas — A man and woman in two separate cars were yelling at each other on Treat Avenue.

10:01 a.m., Rail Road Flat — A 41-year-old man was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant on North Railroad Flat Road.

12:39 p.m., Jenny Lind — A burglary was reported on Miles Road but it turned out to be unfounded.

6:07 p.m., Vallecito — A vehicle was burglarized at Natural Bridges Hiking Trail.

WEDNESDAY

12:10 a.m., San Andreas — Property was vandalized in the emergency room at Mark Twain St. Joseph’s Hospital on Mountain Ranch Road. 

TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

7:21 a.m., Soulsbyville — Someone on the 20600 block of Willow Springs Drive lost $700 from a fraudulent purchase on the Internet.

1:57 p.m., Twain Harte — A 75-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after someone said he fell off a bench and was lying on the ground on the 18700 block of Tiffeni Drive.

2:01 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — Someone on the 24200 of Nuka Trail reported credit card fraud.

4:20 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on the 17700 block of Good Shepherd Road said someone was prowling around her house overnight. She first thought it was a deer but in the morning found a shed door had been opened.

6:06 p.m., Columbia —  A woman on the 21800 block of Parrotts Ferry Road said an acquaintance stole her jewelry and pawned it in Stockton.

7:50 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman said a driver in a red and white vehicle ran her off the road on the 22400 block of Little John Road.

9:01 p.m., Sonora area — A residence on the 24100 block of Broken Bit Road was burglarized. Some jewelry was missing and a door had been damaged.

11:21 p.m., Twain Harte — A 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a pedestrian stop at Tuolumne Drive and Fuller Road.

11:25 p.m., Phoenix Lake — Someone said a man was throwing rocks at vehicles on the 22200 block of Paseo De Los Portales and broke a window on one.

WEDNESDAY

3:19 a.m., Sonora area — A woman on the 21400 block of Green Oaks Court said she arrived home and it looked as though someone had sprayed off her deck. All of her cabinets were open and items were spread all over inside the house, but nothing was missing.

Felony bookings

SATURDAY

8:25 p.m., La Grange — Gordon Charles Unsicker, 42, of the 3600 block of Castillowy Road in La Grange, was arrested at his residence for being a felon and addict in possession of a firearm.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

12:08 p.m., fraudulent activities — Someone on Elk Drive reported a possible scam.

5:06 p.m., public intoxication — An allegedly intoxicated 44-year-old woman at a bar on South Washington Street declined a cab ride and was outside “hanging on a pole.” She was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

8:16 p.m., disorderly conduct — The driver of a logging truck was stopped at the stoplight on South Washington Street at about 5 p.m. when an unknown man jumped up on the passenger side and was yelling and beating on the window. The man then opened the passenger door, but the light changed and he took off in an unseen vehicle. The man was reportedly upset that the driver of the logging truck did not pull over to let traffic pass on Parrotts Ferry Road.
