MONDAY

7:12 a.m., Sierra Village — Two car tires were reported slashed on a vehicle parked on the 21100 block of Lodestone Avenue.

9:34 a.m., Standard area — A Tuolumne County Transit worker was concerned about a woman on Waif Mine Road who made two reservations for a bus ride but was unable to keep them.

10:01 a.m., Standard area — A woman on the 14000 block of Tuolumne Road said her name is being used on credit applications in Modesto.

10:19 a.m., Jamestown — A woman reported her boat broken into while stored in dry dock at Moccasin Point Marina.

10:40 a.m., East Sonora — A maintenance man at the building that had housed Oak Liquidators on the 14300 block of Mono Way reported a burglary there.

10:43 a.m., Mono Village — A man said his neighbor on Rockridge Way was shooting squirrels out of a tree with a small-caliber rifle.

10:49 a.m., East Sonora — The manager of a fast-food restaurant on the 13700 block of Mono Way said two teens threw a couple of bags of garbage into the restaurant Dumpster and drove away.

3:52 p.m., Quail Hollow — A woman on the 12700 block of Chukar Circle said a window on her truck was broken out while it was parked at a friend's house.

3:59 p.m., Greenley Oaks — A man on the 13000 block of Beckwith Road said a ring and revolver were stolen from his house.

3:59 p.m., Twain Harte — A caller on the 22700 block of Twain Harte Drive said tire chains were stolen from the back of his truck in December.

6:46 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said a woman with long, dark hair who appeared to be in her late 20s and intoxicated was starting to take her clothes off in front of a restaurant on Main Street.

9:24 p.m., Quail Hollow — A woman on the 12700 block of Chukar Circle said a death-threat note was taped to her front door.

MONDAY

2:19 p.m., Sonora — Michael Lloyd Smith, 41, 18500 block of El Capitan Way, Groveland, booked on a warrant charging him with unlawful use of food stamps and perjury after an arrest at the Tuolumne County Department of Social Services on North Cedar Road.

He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

SUNDAY

2:59 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman said two people in a dark blue car with tinted windows and a Playboy sticker in the back window were parked for more than two hours at a business on the 600 block of South Washington Street. The caller wanted an officer to check on the two occupants and ask them to leave.

3:56 p.m., disturbance — An employee at Sonora Community Hospital on the first block of Forest Road said she asked a woman who was causing a disturbance to leave the hospital.

MONDAY

1:09 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer checked on a person in front of a business in Sonora Plaza on the 700 block of Mono Way.

1:15 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer checked on a person seen in a business in Sonora Plaza on the 700 block of Mono Way. It turned out the person was the business owner.

3:09 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An anonymous caller said a man with long hair and a black baseball cap was talking to himself at a bar on the 90 block of South Washington Street.

4:19 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman on the 20 block of South Washington Street called 911 and said she heard a woman screaming.

MONDAY

10:05 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 7000 block of Cabernet said neighbors had set up a surveillance camera in violation of a restraining order.

2:14 p.m., San Andreas — A shed on the 300 block of East St. Charles Street was broken into.

2:39 p.m., Valley Springs — A deputy mediated a verbal dispute between neighbors on the 100 block of Daphne over a parked car.

2:54 p.m., West Point — A saddle was reported stolen from a house on the 200 block of Bucksaw Lane.

3:49 p.m., Valley Springs — A houseboat stored on the 8900 block of Macatee was reported burglarized.

4:12 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 6200 block of Bergsma said neighbors on dirtbikes were causing a problem.

FRIDAY

3 a.m., Valley Springs — Edward Paul Grace, 20, 3300 block of Hartvickson Lane booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after arrest on Country View and Highway 26, Valley Springs. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

6:05 p.m., West Point — A 42-year-old West Point woman booked on suspicion of felony spousal battery after arrest on Highway 26 at Sawyer Road, West Point. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $50,000.

11:59 p.m., San Andreas — Paul Allen Graham, 19, 20700 block of Columbia Way, Sonora and Melanie Marie White, 25, 8600 block of French Flat Road, Jamestown, booked on suspicion of possessing dangerous weapons, trying to conceal evidence and possessing methamphetamine.

According to a sheriff's department report, Sgt. Jim Macedo saw a suspicious-looking car parked in front of San Andreas Mini Mart after the business was closed and went to check it out.

When he stopped his patrol car, White and Graham were allegedly trying to hide a plastic bag holding methamphetamine inside a vending machine dispenser. When Macedo searched the car, he found two large knives, and arrested the two.

Both White and Graham remained in custody this morning in lieu of $45,000 bail.

SATURDAY

12:30 p.m., Valley Springs — A 35-year-old Valley Springs woman booked on suspicion of felony spousal battery after arrest at her home. She was released Saturday after posting $50,000 bail.

4:40 p.m., Valley Springs — Betty Jo Calidonna, 42, 80 block of Daphne Street, Valley Springs, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after an arrest at her home. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000.

MONDAY

12:30 a.m., Angels Camp — Steve Jonathan Cassel, 34, 4500 Filly Lane, Angels Camp, booked on suspicion of possessing and selling a controlled substance and the misdemeanors of being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license after arrest at the Calaveras County Fairgrounds on Highway 49. He was also booked on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance into the county jail.

He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $103,000.

11:10 a.m., San Andreas — Patricia Lillian Mason, 36, 1200 block of C Street, Antioch, turned herself in on warrant charging her with possessing a controlled substance. She was booked and released on her own recognizance.

Leah Marie Stokes, 35, 2900 block of Hartvickson Lane, Valley Springs, booked at 12:35 a.m. today after arrest on Baldwin at Milton, Valley Springs.
