The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
10:40 a.m., fraud — A store on the 1100 block of Mono Way received possible fraudulent bank checks.
12:27 p.m., assault — Assault was reported at Sonora High School but no charges were pressed.
5:47 p.m., drugs — A person reported that a neighbor was possibly selling narcotics. The neighbor was gone when police arrived.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
8:18 a.m., Columbia — Someone was rifling through a woman’s clothes in her carport on the 27300 block of Italian Bar Road on Monday night.
9:33 a.m., Jamestown — Theft from a vehicle on the 10300 block of Willow Street was reported.
9:55 a.m., Sonora area — An employee from an appliance company fixed a woman’s freezer on the 22200 block of Yerba Santa Drive and took a part with him. She went to the office to get the part back but he allegedly refused and threatened her.
12:09 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said his girlfriend stole three watches and jeans from his home on the 23600 block of Highway 108.
1:21 p.m., Chinese Camp — A woman’s cat was stolen by her ex-boyfriend, against whom she has a restraining order.
3:21 p.m., Columbia — A building on the 21500 block of Shaws Flat Road was broken into and tools were stolen.
4:44 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said her mother’s caregiver has been fraudulently refilling prescriptions.
5:18 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman allowed a man to borrow her car last week and he never returned it. She found it vandalized on a dirt road near Cherokee Road and Carol Lane.
6:57 p.m., Twain Harte — A vehicle hit a telephone pole on the 22300 block of Robin Hood Drive.
2:12 a.m., Sonora area — Peter David Guissi, 25, of the 21000 block of Jamestown Road, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on the 100 block of Elk Drive.
2:12 a.m., Sonora area — Chace Edward Wanamaker, 26, of the 22500 block of Longeway Road, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after an arrest on the 100 block of Elk Drive.
3:03 p.m., Sonora area — Olivia Vera Ybarra, 22, a transient, was booked on suspicion of obtaining drugs by fraud, burglary and possession of a forged driver’s license after an arrest at a drugstore on the 200 block of West Stockton Street.
7:28 p.m., Jamestown — Gerardo Campos Escobar, 55, of an unknown address, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of possession of narcotics and a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license after an arrest on Highway 120.

11:23 a.m., Valley Springs — A fight was reported on Baldwin Street.
8:47 p.m., Arnold — Theft was reported on Elizabeth Drive.
11:36 p.m., Angels Camp — A fight was reported on Meacham Ranch Road.
8:42 a.m., Angels Camp — A vehicle was burglarized on the 2800 block of Highway 49.
9:32 a.m., San Andreas — A fight was reported at the Calaveras Senior Center on Mountain Ranch Road.
10:22 a.m., Copperopolis — Tractor parts were stolen from Horseshoe Drive.
10:36 a.m., Arnold — A burglary was reported on Highway 4.
11:21 a.m., Arnold — Grand theft was reported on the 900 block of Cypress Point Drive.
12:40 p.m., Valley Springs — A person was jumping into traffic at Highway 26 and Hagen Court.
1:33 p.m., Copperopolis — Grand theft was reported on Sunrise Road.
2:07 p.m., Avery — A fight was reported on the 4400 block of Moran Road.
3:52 p.m., Murphys — Petty theft was reported on Highway 4.
1:02 a.m., San Andreas — A business on the 400 block of East Saint Charles Street was burglarized.
10:31 p.m., Angels Camp — Shelby Jean Hansen, 29, of the 700 block of Tuolumne Avenue, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest on the 700 block of Placer Avenue.
10:25 a.m., San Andreas — Kathryn Dorothy Payton, 63, of the 5000 block of Jaquima Drive, Angels Camp, was booked on suspicion of cultivating marijuana and possessing marijuana for sale after an arrest at the Calaveras County Jail.
10:35 a.m., San Andreas — Anthony Gregg Payton, 65, of the 5000 block of Jaquima Drive, Angels Camp, was booked on suspicion of cultivating marijuana and possessing marijuana for sale after an arrest at the Calaveras County Jail.
Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:
9:25 a.m., San Andreas — Eugene Edward Hughes, 43, of the 11500 block of Milton Road, Jenny Lind, was booked after an arrest in the Calaveras County Jail lobby. He was also booked on suspicion of misdemeanor charges of being under the influence of drugs and driving with a suspended license.
