4:10 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A man on the 24200 block of Lama Hisum Road said items were missing from his house.

4:50 p.m., Groveland — A woman on the 20400 block of Rock Canyon Way said a man put holes in the walls of her house.

6:09 p.m., Columbia — A caller on the 11300 block of Columbia Village Drive said a boy admitted paintballing her car on Saturday. A deputy arrived and took the boy's confession.

8:25 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller said a man dressed in a "trendy cowboy hat" and long white trench coat was sitting in the middle of Main Street.

MONDAY

12:33 a.m., Sugar Pine — A man was booked on suspicion of public drunkenness after a caller said men were fighting at a house on Pine Lake Court.

MONDAY

8:09 a.m., Sonora — Sylvia Braton Montano, 34, 100 block of Columbia Way, Sonora, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and felony battery after an arrest at another house on the 100 block of Columbia Way.

According to a Sonora Police report, a man who was being treated at a local hospital emergency room claimed Montano hit him with either a pipe or a stick. Montano was questioned and arrested.

She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $30,000 bail.

4:08 p.m., Sonora — Adam Timothy Troxell, 21, 22400 block of Confidence Road, Twain Harte, booked on a warrant charging him with rape after an arrest at a store in Sonora Crossroads shopping center. No details were available from either Sonora Police or the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Department this morning.

He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $100,000 bail.

12:23 a.m., public peace — An officer responded to a disturbance at a business on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

12:48 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer spoke with someone who was pushing a go-cart on Woods Creek Drive.

10:41 a.m., public peace — A woman who was treated and discharged from the emergency room at Sonora Community Hospital refused to leave the hospital.

11:34 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer checked on an elderly man who was parked in the middle of the 60 block of Snell Street. The man seemed disoriented.

12:54 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman said she followed a silver pickup from Oakdale. The passenger in the pickup was throwing things out of the pickup.

1:14 p.m., vandalism — A woman said someone vandalized her vehicle while she was visiting friends on the 60 block of Leonards Addition Road.

6:37 p.m., assault — A 32-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after allegedly assaulting a 25-year-old man and 34-year-old woman on the 40 block of North Washington Street.

7:06 p.m., theft — A 16-year-old boy was cited for shoplifting from Wal-Mart on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. A police report said the boy tried to steal stereo headphones valued at $10. The boy was released to his mother.

7:14 p.m., assault — A man said he was being harassed and followed by a man he knew by name. The caller said he wanted to file an assault report against the man.

7:33 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman said people were throwing potatoes into the parking lot of businesses on Stockton Road.

9:24 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man on the 200 block of Hospital Road said a woman living next door says she is a police officer and was trying to interview him.

11:08 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller said a suspicious-looking object was left in a bag on the front porch of a house on the 6100 block of Hironymous Court.

12:04 p.m., Murphys — A bicycle was reported stolen from Feeney Park.

3:45 p.m., Angels Camp — A caller said a dog has been running loose in the neighborhood on the 600 block of Tuolumne Avenue chasing people and other dogs.

4:12 p.m., Murphys — A woman said an ill dog had been locked in a garage on the 500 block of West Highway 4. A deputy found the dog in a dog house, not a garage.

8:25 p.m., San Andreas — A caller said men were urinating on cars and causing a disturbance on Miller Court.

Felony bookings

THURSDAY

9:40 p.m., San Andreas — Kacey Renee Goodman, 18800 block of North Main Street, Jackson, and John Pawloski, 19, 18400 block of Burke Drive, Plymouth, both booked on Calaveras County warrants charging them with assault with a firearm after an arrest on Vista Verde in San Andreas.

Deputy David Hooks said Goodman and Pawloski had a party at a house in San Andreas on Jan. 18. Witnesses said Pawloski pulled out a shotgun during the party and pointed it at partygoers. Two people took the gun away from him, Hooks said, but Goodman then brandished a .9mm handgun.

That gun was also taken away. Goodman and Pawloski then reported the guns stolen. During the investigation into the stolen guns, Hooks determined the guns were taken by party-goers who did so in self-defense, and arrest warrants were issued for the two.

Goodman and Pawloski were cited and released when they appeared in court for arraignment on the charges.

10:12 p.m., Angels Camp — Michael Aaron White, 19, 2200 block of Highway 49, Angels Camp, booked on a Calaveras County warrant charging him with first-degree robbery after an arrest at his home. He was cited and released.

FRIDAY

2:15 p.m., San Andreas — Michael John Landry, 21, 1500 block of Leonard Road, San Andreas, booked on a Fresno County warrant charging him with burglary, receiving stolen property and possessing bad checks after an arrest on Highway 49 at Rusty's Gunsmithing on the 1000 block of Highway 49, San Andreas. He was held this morning in lieu of $21,000 bail.

SUNDAY

2:55 a.m., Avery — David Michael McKinsey, 32, 4400 block of Moran Road, Avery, booked on suspicion of battery causing bodily injury after an arrest on the 4400 block of Moran Road, Avery. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $25,000 bail.

5:47 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — David Earl Holden, 51, 2100 block of Prussian Hill Road, Mokelumne Hill, booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after an arrest at his house. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $40,000 bail.

John Trench, 84, 3600 block of Fairway Drive, Arnold, booked at 12:05 a.m. Friday after arrest on Lake Springs and Snowflake drives, Arnold.

Janelle Marie Moutinho, 19, 2400 block of Quiver Drive, Ione, booked at 5:40 a.m. Sunday after arrest on Highway 12 at Double Springs Road, Burson.
