THURSDAY

8:37 a.m., Mono Village — A man on the 19000 block of Susan Way said a woman stole a wallet with more than $500 in it and ran out the door.

9:07 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on Sierra Avenue reported that she received an overdue-payment notice from a credit card company, but said she has never had that particular card.

11:07 a.m., Jamestown — A woman said a bicycle was abandoned several days ago in her yard on Woods Way. A Community Service Unit volunteer picked up the bike.

11:35 a.m., Crystal Falls — A house on the 22000 block of Crystal Falls Drive was reported burglarized.

12:03 p.m., Sonora — A 49-year-old man was arrested in Tuolumne County Superior Court on a warrant.

2:53 p.m., Twain Harte — A Banyan Tree clerk said a woman who stole merchandise from the Sonora store walked into the Twain Harte store, but left when the woman recognized the clerk who knew about the previous theft. The woman left in newer blue car and the clerk gave the dispatcher the woman's license plate number.

2:58 p.m., Crystal Falls — A child called 911 to say a pit bull-type dog was going through garbage at a house on the 21000 block of Crystal Falls Drive.

3:39 p.m., Soulsbyville — A woman on the 20500 block of Steven Court said a man was prowling around her house overnight.

3:52 p.m., Twain Harte area — A caller reported two broken windows and a broken light at a house on the 22400 block of Tuolumne Road North.

4:38 p.m., Standard area — Guns, jewelry, money and other items were reported stole from a home on the 18300 block of Wards Ferry Road.

5:30 p.m., Columbia area — A man said he found a box on Parrotts Ferry Road that had Bear Valley ski jackets inside. A woman also stopped and put the jackets in the trunk of her car.

6:01 p.m., Twain Harte — A man at a mini-mart on Twain Harte Drive called to report a fight and that his car was vandalized.

9:46 p.m., Sonora — A caller said two teenage boys stole various items, including two air pistols, from Wal-Mart on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. Police were looking for the boys.

10:55 p.m., Big Hill area — A man on the 22000 block of Quail Mine Road said two people were walking around his house.

FRIDAY

2 a.m., Sonora area — A man said he saw someone with a flashlight looking into the windows of a house for sale on Eureka Drive.

2:09 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman on Pine Street said a man whose face was bleeding was at her back door. He appeared to have been assaulted. The man was trying to pay the woman to let him in. While she was on the phone, the man fell off her porch.

6 a.m., Tuttletown — A caller said a business on the 8500 block of Highway 49 had been broken into.

9:37 a.m., Pinecrest — A woman said two snowboards were stolen on the 700 block of Dodge Ridge Road a week and a half ago.

10:26 a.m., East Sonora — A man said two men in a burgundy Chevy pick up were shooting at geese across from Standard Park.

11:31 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A man on the 21400 block of Gold Pan Avenue said he paid someone $2,300 to do some work at his house, but the person never showed.

12:04 p.m., Columbia — A caller said a tenant on the 11000 block of State Street was making "cat calls" at women and young girls.

12:05 p.m., Sonora — A man turned in old ammunition to the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Department to be destroyed.

4:31 a.m., Sonora Meadows — A caller said two women were fighting in a home on the 16500 block of Creekside Drive.

5:37 p.m., Tuolumne — An employee at a business on the 18300 block of Tuolumne Road said he was having trouble with a customer, who then left.

5:50 p.m., Sonora area — A man said a woman wearing pajamas was hiding on his porch, on the 11000 block of Mt. Brow Road.

8:44 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said a man and a woman were fighting on Main Street.

9:58 p.m., Cedar Ridge — A man said three youths who looked intoxicated were walking on Oxbow Lane toward Caddo Circle.

10:54 p.m., Jamestown — A man said another man who looked intoxicated was walking on the 18500 block of Highway 108.

SATURDAY

12:27 a.m., Phoenix Lake area — A woman said she was fighting with a man on the 14800 block of Lakeside Drive.

3:30 a.m., Quail Hollow — A woman on the 12800 block of Chukar Circle said she was arguing with her husband about his house guest.

4:31 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 10300 block of Preston Lane said she was threatened three days ago and fears she will be beat up.

9:15 a.m., Groveland — A man on the 22900 block of King Road said a radio was stolen from his truck sometime last week.

11:23 a.m., Jamestown — A caller said he was fighting with a man were fighting on the 18100 block of Sixth Avenue.

5:29 p.m., Jamestown — A California Highway patrolman said a man was walking in and out of Highway 108 traffic near Fifth Avenue.

7:33 p.m., Tuolumne — A man said his brother pulled a knife on him on the 20400 block of Skyline Road.

8:09 p.m., Jamestown area — A man said his wife and brother were yelling at each other on the 18900 block of Golden Dove Lane.

10:11 p.m., Columbia — A man said he was drinking with his friends on the 22400 block of Airport Road South and somehow was hit over the head.

YESTERDAY

4:07 a.m., Jamestown — An employee of a business on the 16900 block of Chicken Ranch Road said a suspicious-looking woman was sitting in a car outside the business.

6:37 a.m., Gibbs Ranch — A man said a woman he did not know was passed out in his living room on the 20400 block of Quail Hallow Court.

8:59 a.m., Moccasin — A man said his houseboat was damaged along with 40 others at Lake Don Pedro.

FRIDAY

12:57 a.m., Sonora — A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment after an arrest at his house. According to a Sonora police report, the man and his wife were arguing and the couple's 10-year-old daughter was present. The house was heated by a large potbelly stove that the officer said could have toppled over onto the child and injured her.

The man was released Friday after posting $25,000 bail.

1:34 p.m., Sonora — Gary Ray Rainbolt, 31, 200 block of South Shepherd Street, Sonora, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after an arrest at his house.

According to a Sonora police report, a caller saw two men sitting in a truck around midnight in front of a business. She said it appeared they were trying to break into the business. An officer arrived and searched Rainbolt and found methamphetamine and marijuana in his pockets, authorities said.

Rainbolt remained held this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.

9:32 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a man in a white Toyota pickup truck was driving slowly in front of her house on Oakside Drive for more than an hour.

10:01 a.m. parking — A caller said cones had been placed in a public parking spot on Lyons Street at Barretta Street.

10:53 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured in an accident involving a car and a CDF vehicle on South Shepherd Street.

11:27 a.m., vandalism — A fire escape on the Masonic Lodge on South Washington Street was vandalized.

2:22 p.m., hazardous situation — A jack-knifed big rig was blocking traffic on Mono Way at Greenley Road, but the driver was able to move the truck before an officer arrived.

2:44 p.m., traffic violation — A 20-year-old man was cited and released on suspicion of driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Morning Star Drive.

2:52 p.m., traffic accident — No one was injured in an accident in front of Sonora High School on Shaws Flat Road.

3:11 p.m., burglary — A Banyan Tree clerk said a woman paid for one item from the store but left with several more she did not pay for.

4:25 p.m., miscellaneous — A caller said a car had been abandoned in the Old Town Sonora parking lot for more than a month.

5:21 p.m., disorderly conduct — A caller said a man was struggling with a 13-year-old in front of a business on South Stewart Street at East Jackson Street.

8:01 p.m., burglary — A caller on McCormick Drive said a house was broken into.

8:40 p.m., hazardous situation — A caller said a manhole cover was removed from the South Washington Street and someone could get hurt.

12:46 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said two men were trying to gain access to a business on the 200 block of South Shepherd Street.

9:48 a.m., miscellaneous codes — A caller reported illegal trash dumping on North Arbona Circle.

6:05 p.m., traffic accident — A non-injury accident occurred in a parking lot on the 100 block of Green Street.

12:23 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said glass was breaking and people were talking near a business on the first block of South Stewart Street.

1:08 a.m., fight — A caller said three people were fighting on South Stewart Street.

1:25 a.m., fight — An employee of a business on the 100 block of South Washington Street reported a fight in front of the business.

11:12 a.m., vandalism — A caller said a window on the 700 block of Stockton Road was shot the night before.

12:07 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a man was pulling spikes out on the railroad tracks on the 100 block of Hospital Road.

3:13 p.m., public peace — A caller said "unruly kids" were fighting in a parking lot on the 1100 Sanguinetti Road.

10:06 p.m., fight — A caller said a fight was going on for the last 20 minutes on Gerrymander Avenue.

8:45 a.m., Arnold — A caller said a beer bottle was thrown through a window of a vehicle parked on the 3900 block of Lakemont Drive.

9:05 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — An employee of a business on the 8300 block of Main Street said the cash register was empty.

12:52 p.m., Mountain Ranch — After a 911 hang up, deputies find a man and a woman fighting on the 8000 block of Washington Street.

3:47 p.m., Copper Cove — A caller said cows had gotten out and were on the 4600 block of Bay View Drive.

4:31 p.m., San Andreas — A caller said a man was throwing items into a yard on the 9700 block of San Antone Road while arguing with a woman.

4:42 p.m., Arnold — A caller said a cabin on the 1000 block of Greensboro Way was broken into.

5:37 p.m., Arnold — A caller said 1/8 of a cord of wood was taken from Blue Lake Springs.

6:13 p.m., Arnold — A caller said snow skiing equipment was stolen from a house on the 1100 block of Greensboro Way.

9:18 p.m., San Andreas — A woman said someone was pounding on her door on the 15200 block of Fricot City Road.

4:10 a.m., San Andreas — A caller said a window was broken and a screen was torn off of a business on the 200 block of West St. Charles Street.

7:14 a.m., San Andreas — An employee from a business on the 300 block of East St. Charles Street said the business was broken into, with access being made through a window.

9:43 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — A caller said a cow was roaming free on Paloma Road, which the caller said is an ongoing problem.

11:55 a.m., Valley Springs — A woman on the 100 block of Pine Street thought her phone line was tapped.

2:40 p.m., San Andreas — A caller said a child was walking through people's yards on Church Hill Road.

5:59 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller said a truck was broken into and the stereo stolen on the first block of Highway 12.

YESTERDAY

3:48 a.m., San Andreas — A caller said family members were fighting on the 200 block of California Street.

Fires

WEDNESDAY

9:17 a.m., Copperopolis - Two engines from Copperopolis Fire Protection District responded to a call on the 500 block of Poker Flat Road. One room in a three story home owned by Diane Baunhober and Shawn Suver was destroyed by an electrical fire. About $15,000 of damage was done to the house and its contents.
