TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

SATURDAY
    12:43 a.m., vandalism — Someone broke a large flower pot outside of a flower shop on South Washington Street.
    2:39 a.m., theft — A woman said someone stole her wallet and it was located on a patient at Sonora Regional Medical Center with the cash missing. An officer took a report.
    3:52 p.m., fight — A 27-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery after another man said he and a friend were walking through Coffill Park when they were approached by two other men who allegedly punched the victim in the neck and head. A 23-year-old man was also arrested on an outstanding warrant.
    5:17 p.m., suspicious circumstances — An anonymous caller reported a group of people living in an apartment complex on North Shepherd Street were throwing beer bottles in the street. The caller said it has been an ongoing problem for the past week. Officers responding to the call were unable to locate any broken glass or suspects. Officers questioned neighbors who said they haven’t heard any breaking glass or loud parties in the area.
    5:37 p.m., public intoxication — A 59-year-old man was booked on suspicion of public intoxication after an arrest on Washington Street while he was walking his bike.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY
    9:05 a.m., Columbia — A woman on the 11300 block of Columbia Village Drive said her boyfriend broke her cell phone the previous night after seeing “something on there he didn’t like.”
    12:06 p.m., Groveland — Two out of seven mailboxes near Ferretti Road and Prospect Heights were pried open.
 2:54 p.m., Phoenix Lake — A woman on the 15400 block of Paseo De Los Robles reported her and her husband’s ATM card was used fraudulently to make purchases in Arizona and Las Vegas.
   
SATURDAY
    8:14 a.m., La Grange — A woman on the 3600 block of Ladera Way said her debit card was fraudulently used to make purchases totaling $283.
    11:26 a.m., Soulsbyville — Someone on the 19000 block of Soulsbyville Road said about a dozen cows were in her yard and the roadway. Another person on the same block called minutes later to say five of the cows were drinking from the watering trough in her yard.
    12:58 p.m., Columbia area — A man near Highway 49 and Shaws Flat Road said several kids come onto his property each night and have bonfires near his semi-truck. Deputies investigating noted there were indications someone had been having fires at the property and there were several beer cans left behind.
 10:40 p.m., East Sonora — A man on his way to Crystal Falls said he saw about 10 people physically fighting near North Sunshine Road and Highway 108. The group was gone when deputies arrived.

SUNDAY
    9:14 a.m., Tuolumne — A man said his vehicle was stolen the previous night. The vehicle was described as a 4x4 short bed truck and the tailgate is a slightly different shade of white from the rest of the truck.
    12:28 p.m., Big Oak Flat — Someone stole the battery out of a woman’s vehicle parked on the 11000 block of Black Road.
    1:57 p.m., Cherry Lake — A watershed keeper said he saw two men and a woman rolling very large rocks from the dam into the lake and disrupting the stability. He tried to get them to stop but they refused. He said they were driving a white Chevy pickup and were possibly in their mid-20s.

SATURDAY
    1:23 a.m., Sonora — Robert Bruce Wolcott, 62, of the 200 block of Gerrymander Avenue, was booked on suspicion of first-degree burglary, after an arrest at his home.
    11:30 p.m., Sonora — Frederick Jonathan Rogers, 22, of the 300 block of Pasadena Avenue, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest on Lyons Street.

FRIDAY
    8:02 p.m., Twain Harte area — Mark Edward Eisenhut, 52, no listed residence, was arrested on Highway 108 at Confidence Road.
    9:20 p.m., Columbia area — Jeffrey Allan Arizu, 41, of the 100 block of Excelsior Court, Oakland, was arrested on the 15600 block of Big Hill Road.

SATURDAY
    4:19 a.m., Sonora — Holly Marie Helseth, 18, of the 22700 block of Placer Drive, was arrested on Mono Way at Sanguinetti Road.
    11:13 p.m., Sonora — Kenneth Ray Wivell, 74, of the 12400 block of Big Hill Road, Columbia, was arrested near Washington Street and Columbia Way.
    11:35 p.m., East Sonora — Alexander Daniel Salazar, 23, of the 1900 block of Pars Way, Modesto, was arrested on Mono Way at Hess Avenue.

SUNDAY
    2:30 a.m., Twain Harte — Ethan Carrell Masters, 19, of the 100 block of Sheep Ranch Road, Avery, was arrested on Cedar Pines Avenue at East Avenue.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY
    7:44 a.m., Vallecito — Vehicles were broken into on Highway 4.
 8:58 a.m., Valley Springs — A locked vehicle was broken into on Gold Nugget Drive.
 10:26 a.m., Copperopolis — A residence was burglarized on Hi-Point Circle.
    1:52 p.m., San Andreas — There was a physical altercation between juveniles.
    2:05 p.m., Arnold — A residence was burglarized on Milbar Court.
    4:28 p.m., Angels Camp — A storage unit was burglarized on Highway 49.
    5:26 p.m., Angels Camp — A business was burglarized on Highway 49.
    5:52 p.m., Camp Connell — A vehicle was burglarized on Highway 4.
 8:50 p.m., Valley Springs — A residence was burglarized on Double Springs Road.
   
SATURDAY
    9:53 a.m., Copperopolis — Extra patrol was requested after a 350-pound dinosaur statue was stolen from a yard on Bluff View Road.
 10:36 p.m., Copperopolis — An arrest was made for vandalism to vehicles and public intoxication on O’Byrnes Ferry Road.
    10:38 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A residence was burglarized on Highway 26.

SUNDAY
    2:27 a.m., Murphys — A residence was broken into on Pennsylvania Gulch Road.
    7:32 a.m., Burson — A residence was burglarized on Brown Lane.
 7:58 p.m., Valley Springs — A residence was ransacked and items were missing on Quail Oaks Road.
