MONDAY

8:49 a.m., Tuolumne — A caller said someone entered a fenced and locked yard owned by Frontier Communications on the 18600 block of Pine Street over the weekend and moved items around.

8:49 a.m., East Sonora — A man on the 14200 block of Tuolumne Road said another man, upset because some of his friends had been fired, came to the first man's business and yelled at him and his employees.

9:06 a.m., Strawberry — A man on Highway 108 in Strawberry said someone stole about $550 worth of items from his vehicle.

11:17 a.m., Sonora Meadows — A man on the 16500 block of Creekside Drive asked to talk to a deputy about credit card fraud via the Internet.

11:59 a.m., Soulsbyville area — A woman on the 15500 block of Ridgewood Drive said a friend borrowed her "quad" and returned it minus a set of tires and skid place.

3:09 p.m., Standard — A woman on the 19000 block of Standard Road said her vehicle was vandalized.

3:26 p.m., Sonora area — A man on the 19000 block of Apple Valley Drive said someone has taken more than $700 by using his credit card and checking account information without authorization.

5:24 p.m., La Grange — A man said tools were stolen from the 14400 block of Avenida Central.

10:11 p.m., Tuolumne — A caller said an intoxicated woman was standing in front of Black Oak Casino on the 19400 block of North Tuolumne Road.

YESTERDAY

2:33 a.m., Jamestown —A woman on Golf Links Road said she saw an older white car going from mailbox to mailbox. She said when she drove past the car, it followed her to her driveway, stopped, then moved on. She asked for a check of the area.

2:41 a.m., Jamestown — A woman at an unlisted address on Preston Lane said her car was stolen, and she knew who had taken it. She called back at 5 a.m. to say the car was returned.

MONDAY

5:20 a.m., Jamestown — Benjamin Andrew Reeves, 23, no address listed on Rawhide Road, was arrested at his home on a Tuolumne County warrant charging him with drunken driving and hit and run causing injury or death. He was released on $8,000 bail.

3:30 p.m., Pinecrest — Johnathan Eugen Mueller, 30, 19900 block of Corte Primero, Sonora, was arrested at Dodge Ridge Ski Area on suspicion of using someone else's identification, misdemeanor resisting arrest and defrauding an innkeeper. He was accused of using a someone else's pass and name to avoid paying for ski lifts. He was released on $5,000 bail.

YESTERDAY

1:26 a.m., Sonora — Gloria Esther Garcia, 42, of Sonora, already in custody on other charges, was booked on a local warrant charging her with passing a worthless check. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $5,000 bail on the most recent charge.

2:48 p.m., public intoxication — A 45-year-old man on South Washington Street was arrested on suspicion of being intoxicated and violent.

4:01 p.m., public intoxication — A caller said a man who appeared drunk was panhandling on Stockton Road.

5:23 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said someone left an elderly woman with a cast on her arm at a restaurant on the 100 block of South Washington Street, and she appeared heavily medicated and disoriented.

11:43 p.m., reckless driving — A teenage boy was cited and released on South Washington Street.

6:58 a.m., Valley Springs — Obscenities were spray-painted on a vehicle parked on the 6400 block of Hironymous Way.

7:43 a.m., Jenny Lind — The boys' bathroom at a ballpark on the 100 block of Pine Street was vandalized.

8:34 a.m., West Point — An ongoing dispute was reported between a caller on the 800 block of Sourdough Road and his or her mechanic.

9:57 a.m., Arnold — A gate was vandalized on the 2600 block of Highway 4.

10:47 a.m., Valley Springs — A restraining order was possibly violated on the first block of North Daphne Avenue.

11:53 a.m., San Andreas — A harassing phone call was received on the 1400 block of Goldhunter Road.

12:12 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 7900 block of Cabernet Street said a neighbor was yelling at the caller.

12:18 p.m., Valley Springs — A knife and CDs were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked on the 500 block of Gold Oak Road.

2:57 p.m., San Andreas — A squirrel was found hanging in a tree at Calaveras High School.

4:05 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 2300 block of Huckleberry Lane said someone was using his or her Social Security number.

5:37 p.m., Angels Camp — Two vehicles were broken into in the parking lot at Gloryhole Recreation Area near New Melones Reservoir.

7 p.m., Copperopolis — Solar yard lights were stolen from the 4800 block of Bayview Drive.

7:55 p.m., Valley Springs — A suspicious person was cleaning the ATM machine at a fast food restaurant on the 200 block of Highway 12.

8:02 p.m., Rail Road Flat — A vacation home was broken into on the 1300 block of Buck Lane.

8:29 p.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 2900 block of Hartvickson Lane said someone threatened the caller over the phone.

11:39 p.m., Valley Springs — A door to an abandoned house on the 3000 block of Hartvickson Lane was open.

YESTERDAY

12:40 a.m., Jenny Lind — Dogs were barking loudly on the 11800 block of Columbus Street, and a caller requested a deputy drive through the area.

12:57 a.m., San Andreas — A caller on the 2100 block of Gold Strike Road said dogs were barking and she saw someone look through her window.

Juan Jose Magdaleno, 35, 300 block of School Street, Oakdale, booked at 10:21 a.m. yesterday after arrest at the Calaveras County Sheriff's Department.
