1:04 p.m. Murphys — A group of people on dirt bikes caused a hazard on Pennsylvania Gulch Road. 

5:16 p.m., Valley Springs — Three guns were heard on Hironymous Road and Coultrup Lane. 


The Sonora Police Department reported the following: 


2:10 a.m., public peace — A group of people caused a noise disturbance on East Pasadena Avenue. 

2:23 a.m., public peace — Loud music disturbed someone on Snell Street. 

8:57 a.m., vandalism — The bathroom of a South Green Street park was graffitied.

11:33 a.m., public peace — A people fought at a business on West Stockton Street. 

2:01 p.m., robbery — A man pulled a knife on a grocery store manager on South Washington Street. 

2:58 p.m., public peace — A fight occurred at a park on South Washington Street. 

8:23 p.m., public peace — A group of people revved motorcycles loudly in a garage on Elk Drive and Shaws Flat Road.


1:36 a.m., vandalism — A woman jumped on her sister’s car when she tried to leave on Linoberg Street. 

12:26 a.m., hazardous situation — A car blocked the eastbound lane of Mono Way and Truckenmiller Road. 

5:03 p.m., reckless driving — A car was swerving on Mono Way. 

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following: 


10:06 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman said her boyfriend was trying to steal money from her purse on Birch Street and Baker Avenue. 

11:47 a.m., La Grange — Someone drove by a woman’s house and then pulled into her driveway on Castillo Way. 

12:34 a.m., Jamestown  — Someone stole a shotgun from a house on Jeanese Drive. 

1:33 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A man and woman fought on Golf Links Drive. 

5:51 p.m., Sonora — A man was on his knees and seemed disoriented on Crystal Falls Drive. 


1:04 a.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A burglary occurred on Chief Fuller Way. 

Felony bookings 


12:04 p.m. Sonora — Christopher Wayne Brewer, 25, of the 9200 block of Highway 49, was booked on suspicion of violation of probation and a misdemeanor charge of smoking marijuana in public on the second block of North Washington Street. 

9:17 a.m., Tuolumne — Calvin Aaron Davis, 42, of the 100 block of A Street in Empire, was booked on suspicion of first-degree burglary, receiving stolen property, destroying and concealing evidence and two misdemeanor charges of vandalism and possessing marijuana on Tuolumne Road and Eagle Ridge Road. 

4:32 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — Jonathan Frederick Guyer, 44, of the 20600 block of Fuller Drive, was booked on suspicion of threatening crime with an intent to terrorize and violating a restraining order on the 19000 block of Standard Drive in Sonora. 

2:28 p.m., Sonora — Daniel Alan Nichols, 18, of the 20200 block of Sparrow Lane, was booked on suspicion of armed robbery and a misdemeanor charge of threatening with a weapon on Washington Street and East Lytton Street. 

Cited under suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs: 


11:10 p.m., Sonora — Morgan Pastora Minners, 28, of the 400 block of South Washington Street in Sonora, was booked after an arrest on East Jackson Street and Short Lane in Sonora. 

12:48 p.m., Sonora — Kelly Denise Williams, 55, of the 20100 block of Jamestown Road in Sonora, was booked after an arrest on West Stockton Road. 

4:37 p.m., Sonora — Jehu Nathaniel Woodall, 33, of the 12800 block of Beckwith Circle in Sonora, was booked after an arrest  on Highway 49 at Fifth Avenue.
