Sheriff's reports

SUNDAY

2:43 a.m., Groveland — A caller said a man was at Wayside Park behind a See's Candy booth causing a disturbance.

6:10 a.m., Soulsbyville — A caller overheard a man offering to sell marijuana to another man at a convenience store on the 20600 block of Soulsbyville Road.

8:19 a.m., Cedar Ridge — A woman said someone pulled into her driveway on Kuien Mill Road and said there was a person laying in the road.

9:10 a.m., Tulloch Reservoir — An employee at Bev's Boat Rental said a man as sitting on the gas dock, holding a knife, making threats.

10:31 a.m., Twain Harte — A trailer parked on the 23200 block of Highway 108 was burglarized and various tools were taken.

11:08 a.m., Quail Hollow — A woman on the 12700 block of Chukar Circle called the sheriff's department to say she was locked inside her bedroom and was unable to get the door open because a shoe rack of the back of the door jammed the door shut.

1:11 p.m., Tulloch Reservoir — A man said the driver of a blue-and-white cruiser boat was running into other boats near Lake Tulloch Marina.

3:11 p.m., Jamestown — A boat parked overnight on Highway 108 near Rawhide Road was stripped of seats valued at $2,000.

3:32 p.m., Sonora — A Sonora Community Hospital emergency room employee said a man came in for treatment for a gunshot wound.

4:45 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A house on the 24200 block of Wuuya Way was burglarized

5:31 p.m., Standard area — A caller said two boys and two girls about 10 to 12 years old were shooting birds with either a BB gun or a .22 caliber rifle. The caller saw a dead robin in their hands.

5:48 p.m., Jamestown area — A man said cushions for chairs at the Woods Creek Mobilehome Park swimming pool were stolen.

6:16 p.m., East Sonora — A man was arrested on suspicion of public drunkenness in front of a store in The Junction shopping center.

7:53 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said another woman was throwing rocks at a bedroom window at an apartment on the 10300 block of Preston Lane.

10:58 p.m., La Grange — A woman on the 2200 block of Navarro Street said a man was behind a tree in her yard to the right of her house.

YESTERDAY

12:20 a.m., Twain Harte — A woman said teens standing by a red sports car were drinking and throwing bottles into a creek near Little John Road and Robin Hood Drive.

Felony bookings

SATURDAY

4:03 p.m., Sonora — Teri Martin, 37, 10 block of East Columbia Way, Sonora, booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest at Save Mart on Stockton Road. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

SUNDAY

1:26 a.m., Jamestown — John Eddie Brimage, 36, 8400 block of Old Melones Dam Road, Jamestown, booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon, evading a peace officer and driving with a suspended license after an arrest on Highway 108 at Rawhide Road.

A deputy stopped Brimage for a traffic violation after a brief chase, a sheriff's report said. When the deputy searched Brimage he found a knife hidden in his pocket. Brimage remained in custody this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.

7 p.m., Jamestown — Richard Allen Goldman, 38, 10300 block of Lemon Drop Lane, Jamestown, booked on suspicion of battery on a peace officer and misdemeanor drunken driving after an arrest at his home.

According to a sheriff's department report, an off-duty deputy, Kelly Dickson, saw Goldman driving erratically east on Highway 108, going about 80 mph. Dickson had the driver of the car he was riding in follow the man, while Dickson called the CHP on a cell phone.

Goldman stopped his car in front of his house, and when Dickson identified himself as a sheriff's deputy, Goldman reportedly took a swing at him and grabbed him by the shirt. Dickson said he wrestled Goldman to the ground and arrested him.

Goldman remained in custody this morning in lieu of $30,000 bail.

Jonny Curtis Troy Livingston, 18, 20300 block of Eureka Drive, Sonora, booked at 4:14 a.m. Friday after arrest on Hillcrest west of Hope Lane, Sonora.

Gerald Norman Hazeltine, 28, 14600 block of Mono Way, Sonora, booked at 1:10 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Highway 108 at Fifth Avenue, Jamestown.

William Nathan Cooper, 21, 1100 block of Allen Street, Oakdale, booked at 1:11 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Washington and Bradford streets, Sonora.

Bryandt Mitchell Goodrich, 24, 2200 block of Standiford Road, Modesto, booked at 1:45 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Washington Street at Stockton Road, Sonora.

Shea Allen Cochran, 35, 700 block of Brahnes Way, Sunnyvale, booked at 2:03 a.m. Saturday after arrest on the 13400 block of Highway 108, Sonora.

Manuel Aguilar, 35, 500 block of South Santa Cruz, Modesto, booked at 3:44 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Highway 120 at Keystone, Jamestown area.

Dmitriy Michael Ivanyuk, 19, 1600 block of C Street, Rio Linda, booked at 1:30 a.m. Sunday after arrest on Highway 108 at Main Street, Jamestown.

John Thomas Miller, 33, 2000 block of Vanderslice Avenue, Walnut Creek, booked at 7:25 a.m. Sunday after arrest on South Washington Street, Sonora. He was also booked on suspicion of driving with a license suspended for a previous drunken driving conviction.

Sally Anne Donnelly, 51, 14200 block of Boitano Road, Groveland, booked at 8 a.m. Sunday after arrest on Ferretti Road, Groveland.

Fire

SATURDAY

5:25 a.m., Groveland — A small brush fire was reported on the 19200 block of Second Garrotte Ridge. Cause of the fire is under investigation. No dollar damage was reported. Landowner was undetermined. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, Groveland Community Services District Fire Department and Tuolumne County Fire Department responded.

Sonora police reports

YESTERDAY

12:05 a.m., public intoxication — A 55-year-old man was booked on suspicion of public intoxication after an arrest at an undisclosed location in Sonora. The man's wife reported him missing.

12:49 a.m., reckless driving — A caller said five or six people were hanging out of a blue convertible car as it traveled on Sanguinetti Road. The caller said on several occasions the people jumped out of the car then got back in.

7:05 a.m., hazardous situation — A city employee said a blue van parked in a lot on Stewart Street was leaking gasoline

SUNDAY

9:58 a.m., San Andreas — A deputy found a man walking on Hawver Road, looking for a vehicle he said he had run off the road.

10:40 a.m., Angels Camp — Several hundred fish were reported floating dead in a pond on Meacham Ranch Road. The matter was referred to California Department of Fish and Game.

12:10 p.m., Arnold — A group of campers at an Arnold area campground said a drunken man with a large dog was threatening them.

12:55 p.m., Copperopolis — Residents of a house on the 4000 block of Little John Road said they came home to find their house had been ransacked.

SATURDAY

10:15 a.m., Dorrington — Darren Gene Dolbeare, 34, no address listed in Dorrington, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance without a prescription, possessing a hypodermic needle and probation violation after his arrest on Sourgrass Road. He was cited and released.

SUNDAY

1:05 a.m., Valley Springs — Donald Thomas Floyd, 44, 700 block of Quail Oaks Road, Valley Springs, booked on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a firearm after his arrest on Highway 26. He was released on his own recognizance.

Arrested

Cited for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

Raymond Rivera Arciniega, 51, 600 block of Baldwin Street, Valley Springs, booked at 11:55 p.m. Saturday after arrest on Highway 26. He was cited and released.

Linda Dorraine Clark, 39, 1200 block of Bush Street, Angels Camp, booked at 3:35 a.m. Saturday after arrest at O'Byrnes Ferry Road and Highway 4. She was cited and released.

Daniel Reid Graviano, 20, 2200 block of Vineyard, Los Altos, booked at 4:44 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Moran Road in Arnold. He was cited and released.
