MONDAY

6:36 a.m., Twain Harte — A man on the 22800 block of Highland Drive said a large stray black Labrador was in his fenced back yard and the man could not let his own dogs outside because the Labrador was aggressive.

7:49 a.m., Belleview Oaks — A woman on the 21000 block of Belleview Creek Road said her house was burglarized and her purse and her husband's wallet were stolen.

9 a.m., Sonora area — A Tuolumne County Schools employee said vandals damaged Shaws Flat School over the weekend when they broke gates, pulled up matting and threw sand around.

9:08 a.m., Twain Harte — Twain Harte Florist owner said the business was broken into over the weekend and $200 was stolen.

9:16 a.m., Sonora area — A window was broken on a truck parked on the 20800 block of Columbia Way after it was struck by a golf ball.

9:35 a.m., Twain Harte — A man said a person has been camping in an 18-foot aluminum trailer along Southfork Road near Italian Bar Road.

10:57 a.m., East Sonora — A man said his wife phoned him about teens in a yellow car who tried to run her off the road. The woman said the teens were parked at a business on the 14800 block of Highway 108.

10:59 a.m., Sonora area — A caller said four or five cows were on Shaws Flat Road headed toward Highway 49.

11:26 a.m., East Sonora — A woman said three teenage boys were pushing shopping carts into passing cars in The Junction shopping center.

11:38 a.m., Soulsbyville — A man said a rock was thrown through a window in the cafeteria at Soulsbyville Elementary School on the 20300 block of Soulsbyville Road over the weekend.

11:54 a.m., Columbia — A man said he stopped a boy at Columbia Elementary School on the 22500 block of Parrotts Ferry Road and he saw another boy cut a fence.

12:07 p.m., East Sonora — An employee at Bank of America on the 14800 block of Highway 108 said a man was fraudulently trying to cash a check on a woman's account.

1:38 p.m., Willow Springs — A woman on the 20500 block of Charlotte Court said a World War II foot locker containing military items was stolen from her shed.

2:32 p.m., Twain Harte — A Twain Harte Elementary School maintenance man said a tire was cut on a school bus.

3:32 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman on Twain Harte Drive said a 40-year-old woman was harassing the caller and made threats.

4:47 p.m., Cedar Ridge — A man said his car parked on Brookside Drive West was broken into Sunday and $250 worth of tools were stolen.

5:27 p.m., Ridgewood Estates — A woman on the 16100 block of Crestridge Avenue said a shirtless man carrying a small black bag was walking on her property. The man said he was taking a short cut through her property.

5:58 p.m., Tulloch Reservoir — A man said his 19-foot boat anchored in the south end of the lake in a cove was stolen Saturday or Sunday.

8:40 p.m., Phoenix Lake area — A woman on the 21500 block of Phoenix Lake Road said a mobile home was burglarized.

8:41 p.m., Quail Hollow — A man said a neighbor on the 12900 block of Hollow Drive went into the garage to do her laundry and locked the door behind her, leaving a 9-month-old child alone inside the house. A deputy helped get the door unlocked.

8:45 p.m., East Sonora — A caller said a man who smelled like alcohol was lying on a bench in front of a business at The Junction shopping center.

9:47 p.m., Soulsbyville area — A woman on the 17000 block of Draper Mine Road said a vehicle went into her fence.

10:36 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 18100 block of Sixth Avenue said two shots were fired at her neighbors and someone was shining a red light into her kitchen window.

YESTERDAY

2:42 a.m., Columbia — A man on McKellar Drive said he awoke to find a man looking at him from an attic door above the caller's bed.

4:14 a.m., Jamestown — A man on the 18100 block of Eighth Avenue said his vehicle parked outside was broken into and a pack stolen.

Felony bookings

MONDAY

10:45 p.m., Sonora area — Terilyn Wilkinson, 38, 500 block of North Highway 49, Sonora, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after a traffic stop and arrest on Lime Kiln Road at Highway 108. No details were available. She was released yesterday after posting $10,000 bail.

YESTERDAY

12:33 a.m., Jamestown — Samantha Mary Taylor, 24, no address, booked on a warrant charging her with four counts of burglary, two counts of forgery and two counts of possession of blank checks after a traffic stop and arrest at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park. No details were available. She remained held this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

William Joseph Kerr, 27, 18300 block of Poppy Terrace, Twain Harte, booked at 11 p.m. Monday after arrest on Draper Mine Road at Soulsbyville Road, Soulsbyville.

Jay Anthony Garcia, 25, 20800 block of Big Foot Circle, Groveland, booked at 2:44 a.m. yesterday after arrest on Mono Way at Greenley Road, Sonora.

MONDAY

7:22 a.m., fraudulent activities — A caller from a business in the Sonora Plaza shopping center said a man was writing bad checks on a closed account.

8:14 a.m., vandalism — A window at the Tuolumne County District Attorney's office on the 400 block of North Washington Street was broken overnight.

10:24 a.m., animal complaints — A caller said a large dog was locked in a vehicle parked at a business in the Timberhills shopping center with the windows rolled up. The car was gone before an officer arrived.

11:22 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A Tuolumne General Hospital employee said a patient was making death threats.

2:13 p.m., traffic accident — A woman went to Sonora Regional Medical Center with complaint of pain from a traffic accident that occurred at 11:45 a.m. on Mono Way at Hospital Road.

11:30 p.m., traffic violation — An off-duty officer was behind a vehicle on Highway 49 that was weaving all over the road.

Fire calls

YESTERDAY

11:40 a.m., Crystal Falls — A vehicle fire was reported on Crystal Falls Drive at Bear River Drive. Damage to the fuel lines was estimated at $500 on the 1974 Volkswagen Carmengia. Dorothy Rowemel of an undisclosed address owns the car. California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and Tuolumne County Fire Department responded.

8:14 a.m., Valley Springs — Tires were slashed on two vehicles parked on the 2800 block of Vista Del Lago Drive.

8:14 a.m., West Point — A domestic fight was reported on the 1300 block of Lily Valley Circle.

9:06 a.m., Valley Springs — A restraining order was violated on the 4300 block of Dunn Road.

11:45 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A juvenile was arrested at Mountain Ranch Community School on battery charges.

1:56 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A mother and daughter were arguing on the 8300 block of Stevenson Street.

4 p.m., San Andreas — A caller on the 400 block of East St. Charles Street said someone was harassing her.

4:07 p.m., Valley Springs — A woman tried to pay with counterfeit money at a business on the first block of Jean Street.

4:15 p.m., West Point — A caller on the 1800 block of Bald Mountain Road reported that a man was harassing her.

4:26 p.m., Copperopolis — People were riding dirt bikes on the 2800 block of Cheyenne Road.

7:31 p.m., Rail Road Flat — A family argument was reported on the 1400 block of Rail Road Flat Road.

8:21 p.m., San Andreas — A family argument was reported on the 300 block of Toyanza Drive.

8:36 p.m., Valley Springs — A drunk man was walking around a mobile home park on the 300 block of East Sequoia Avenue.

10:02 p.m., Copperopolis — A caller on the 300 block of Duchess Drive reported an argument between a woman and her boyfriend.

10:09 p.m., Arnold — An argument was reported on the 2200 block of Rancho Paradiso Road.

11:27 p.m., San Andreas — A caller on the first block of West St. Charles Street said his neighbors were calling him names and yelling at him.

YESTERDAY

12:44 a.m., Arnold — A caller on the 3900 block of Highway 4 said she thought someone was behind her trailer.

1:33 a.m., Vallecito — Loud music was being played on the 3600 block of Poag Road.

2:34 a.m., Hathaway Pines — A health and safety code violation was reported on the 5400 block of Highway 4.

MONDAY

1:25 p.m., West Point — Roger Dale Reeder, 60, 1300 block of Lily Valley Circle, West Point, booked on suspicion of making threats, assault with a firearm and possessing an assault weapon. Reeder remained in custody at Calaveras County Jail this morning in lieu of $70,000 bail.

YESTERDAY

12:30 a.m., Avery — Bryan David Benson, 21, 5400 block of Highway 4, Hathaway Pines, booked on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale. As of this morning, Benson remained in custody at the county jail in lieu of $95,000 bail.

James Norman Waite, 48, 4400 block of Blue Mountain Road, Wilseyville, booked at 8 a.m. Monday after a Calaveras County Superior Court ordered booking.
