TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

8:54 a.m., Sonora area — A man on the 21200 block of Ridgeview Road said someone dented the roof of his truck and broke the windshield sometime over the weekend. A deputy examined the vehicle and determined it was consistent with damage caused by driving into an overhanging object that offered insufficient clearance.

12:36 p.m., Columbia — A woman at Columbia College said she lost her debit card at school last week and later discovered three unauthorized charges were made in Modesto.

1:27 p.m., La Grange — A man on the 2100 block of Navarro Street said he bought a horse but no longer wants it. He said the horse broke through his fence and went back to the seller’s property, but he was worried the seller would bring the horse back to his home.

5:29 p.m., Twain Harte — A man on the 21300 block of Tuolumne Road North said his neighbor started yelling at him because his garbage cans were on his neighbors property. The man said he asked the neighbor to leave multiple times and wanted him cited for trespassing.

6:01 p.m., Groveland — A woman on the 12800 block of Cresthaven Drive reported fraudulent charges on her Visa card. 

6:03 p.m., East Sonora — Shoplifters fled in a green sedan from a store on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

8:54 p.m., Sonora area — Someone stole the windshield out of a 1968 Kaiser truck on the 17000 block of Draper Mine Road. The owner of the truck said it’s a limited edition military vehicle and the windshield is useless to anyone who doesn’t have the same vehicle. He said that he suspected “tweakers” stole it.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

10:05 p.m., Sonora — Nicole Diverty, 27, of the 23600 block of Highway 108, Twain Harte; Alexandrea Elizabeth Jones, 21, of the 20000 block of Mi Wuk Street, Tuolumne; and Adrianna Michelle Weaver, 18, of the 25100 block of Highway 108, Long Barn, were all booked on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime, after arrests on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road. Diverty was additionally booked on suspicion of drug possession and Weaver on suspicion burglary. The police log said the three were stealing items from a store and then returning them for refunds.

MONDAY

8:40 a.m., Jamestown — Halley Avah Brown, 26, of the 20500 block of Tanner Drive, Soulsbyville, was booked on suspicion of assault, after an arrest on the 16900 block of Chicken Ranch Road.

10:16 a.m., Sonora — Brandon Frederick Wilson, 38, of the 8400 block of Enterprise Drive, Chinese Camp, was booked on suspicion of drug transportation or sales, bringing a controlled substance into jail and a probation violation, after an arrest at Mono Way and Sanguinetti Road.

MONDAY

9:07 p.m., Jamestown — Lorraine Alexandria Schultz, 58, of the 18300 block of Zeni Lane, Tuolumne, was arrested on Humbug Street at Highway 108.

10:29 p.m., Sonora — Wesley David Busler, 36, of the 100 block of Banner Drive, was arrested at Greenley Road and Lyons Street.

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

11:52 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone said they saw a man sitting in a Jeep on South Barretta Street, undressed and engaging in inappropriate behavior. The vehicle was gone when officers arrived at the scene.

2:45 p.m., public intoxication — Someone said they saw a possibly intoxicated person staggering and talking to bushes near Sonora Elementary School. Officers were unable to locate the suspect.

4:18 p.m., unclassified — Someone said a man urinated at Rotary Park in front of several children. The man was described as about 40-years-old, tall, skinny, wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes. Officers found the man, advised him of the complaint and he left the area.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

11:45 a.m., Valley Springs — There was a report of grand theft on the 100 block of East Highway 12.

4:51 p.m., Angels Camp — A white jeep with a black top was seen “weaving all over” near Main Street and Highway 4.

6:01 p.m., Valley Springs — A battery occurred on Double Springs Road.

7:35 p.m., West Point — Gunshots were heard from Lynn Boulevard.

10:57 p.m., Rail Road Flat — Someone reported reckless dirt bikers on North Railroad Flat Road.

SUNDAY 

9:55 p.m., San Andreas — Jesse Andrew Damos, 36, of the 117 block of Scenic Avenue, was arrested on Highway 49 near Quarry Road.
