The Sonora Police Department reported the following:
6:59 a.m., graffiti — Graffiti was reported on a mirror at Grisby Park on South Green Street.
10:17 a.m., public intoxication — A 56-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on East Jackson Street. He was arrested after showing up at a neighbor’s house wearing no clothes and covered in feces.
11:06 a.m., assault — A woman was arrested at a bar on 100 block of South Washington Street on Friday night and was seeking treatment for her injuries.
12:55 p.m., animal complaint — A dog bit someone on the leg on Alpine Lane.
2:30 p.m., drugs — Several people were seen smoking a drug in Prospector Park on West Bradford Avenue. They were gone when police arrived.
6:17 p.m., weapons violations — A woman said she gave a man and woman a ride and the man started assaulting the other passenger inside the vehicle. The driver dropped them off on South Washington Street, and the 44-year-old man was arrested on misdemeanor warrants.
11 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A 31-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of violation of probation and public intoxication at a bar on the 100 block of South Washington Street.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
7:28 a.m., Sonora area — A possible fire was reported on the 15900 block of Granite Park Road.
9:44 a.m., Sonora area — An intoxicated man was taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center after falling at Creekside Drive and Phoenix Lake Road. He was found passed out in the road.
12:16 p.m., Soulsbyville — Someone reported smoke on the 21000 block of Oman Drive.
12:25 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 18000 block of Mill Villa Road reported a telephone scam. The caller asked the woman to purchase a prepaid debit card at an area business, load it with $350 and deliver it to a white van in the parking lot to receive $5 million.
3:32 p.m., Tuolumne — Items were taken from a yard on the 21100 block of Tionesta Road.
3:37 p.m., Sonora — A home on the 20300 block of Phoenix Lake Road was burglarized.
4:27 p.m., Jamestown — A vehicle accident was reported at Highway 108 and Golf Links Road.
5:01 p.m., Sonora area — A woman’s purse was stolen while she was unloading her car on the 18600 block of Eagle Ridge Drive.
6:40 p.m., Sonora area — Juveniles broke through a chain link fence at Crystal Falls and American River drives. The caller said it is an ongoing problem.
6:44 p.m., Jamestown — Identity theft was reported on the 10600 block of Oakmont Court.
9:08 p.m., Jamestown — A residential fire alarm went off on the 10300 block of Preston Lane
12:01 a.m., Jamestown — Jason Jerome Peck, 40, of the 20600 block of Tuttle Town Road, Columbia, was booked on suspicion of willful infliction of corporal injury after an arrest on Omega Mine Road.
6:29 p.m., Groveland — Joseph Shane Wohltman, 45, of the 90000 block of Priest Coulterville Road, Big Oak Flat, was booked on suspicion of carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and a warrant after an arrest on East Church and Barretta streets.
The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:
11:58 a.m., Murphys — A residence on Diltz Lane was burglarized.
5:43 p.m., Murphys — A woman was lying in weeds on Tom Bell Drive and was reported as a suspicious person. She said she was just enjoying nature.
6:40 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — Two people were arrested after a fight was reported on Highway 49. A 32-year-old man was arrested on misdemeanor charges of battery and public intoxication and the other person was arrested on felony and misdemeanor charges.
8:43 p.m., Copperopolis — Vandalism and road rage were reported on the 100 block of Reeds Turnpike.
5:48 a.m., San Andreas — Calaveras High School was vandalized.
7:30 a.m., Valley Springs — Equipment was taken from a locked commercial vehicle on the 100 block of Nove Way.
1:38 p.m., San Andreas — Harold Marvin Turner III, 46, of the 1900 block of Gold Strike Road, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs after an arrest at his home. He was also booked on misdemeanor charges of obstructing a police officer, being under the influence of drugs, driving under the influence of drugs, destroying or concealing evidence and driving a vehicle as an addict.
6:43 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — Tabitha Marie Huntley, 24, of the 8900 block of Highway 49, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant and a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication after an arrest at her home.
9 p.m., Valley Springs — Elaine May Killam, 59, of the 7200 block of Gwin Street, was booked on suspicion of possession of drugs and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol after an arrest at Highway 26 and Main Street.
