Sheriff's reports

MONDAY

6 a.m., Columbia — The owner of Springfield Flying Service on the 10700 block of Airport Road said the business was burglarized.

6:31 a.m., Jamestown — A man on the 18000 block of Rawhide Road said a landscaping cargo trailer was broken into and two leaf blowers, a chain saw and an edger valued at $1,700 were stolen.

11:15 a.m., Lime Kiln Road area — A man on the 18200 block of Berry Lane said someone tried to steal a generator from a garage on the property.

11:50 a.m., Jamestown — A man said his car's windshield was damaged with a screwdriver while the car was parked on Fifth Avenue near Eighth Avenue.

12:37 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A caller on the 20600 block of Chief Fuller Way said a checkbook was stolen from the house and one check forged and cashed for $250.

3:21 p.m., Jamestown — A man on the 18700 block of Shell Road said people are living in an old school bus and a motorhome on his property. He said the people were trespassing.

3:41 p.m., Columbia — A man said a locked tool box was broken into at a construction site on the 12000 block of Covington Road.

4:44 p.m., Groveland — A woman said teens on motorcycles were trespassing on Hetch Hetchy Power property at the corner of Longfellow and Big Oak roads.

9:55 p.m., Quail Hollow — A woman on the 12000 block of Chukar Circle said her daughter's boyfriend ate something, possibly drugs, and was seeing things.

YESTERDAY

5:22 a.m., West Tuolumne county — A man staying at a motel room on the 14400 block of Highway 108 said he believes he was poisoned by drugs he purchased Monday.

YESTERDAY

8:41 a.m., Tuolumne — Maureen Alison Costa, 38, 100 block of South Western Avenue, Waterford, booked on an Amador County warrant charging her with possessing a controlled substance and failure to appear as well as a Tuolumne County warrant charging her with passing worthless checks and failure to appear. Costa was arrested at Black Oak Casino and held this morning in lieu of $36,000 bail.

11:37 a.m., Sonora — Cherrie Lynn Mann, 41, 20900 block of Shaws Flat Road, Sonora, booked on a Nevada warrant charging her with passing fraudulent checks after an arrest at her home. She remained held this morning without bail.

6:13 p.m., Sonora — Nicholas Robert LePore, 20, 20000 block of Tassajara Road, Livermore, booked on Tuolumne County warrants charging him with vehicle theft, receiving stolen property, concealing a felon and possessing a controlled substance. He was also booked on misdemeanor warrants charging him with possessing drug paraphernalia, loitering, public drunkenness and failure to appear. He was transferred to the county jail from Contra Costa County Jail and remained held this morning in lieu of $82,500 bail.

6:45 p.m., Tuolumne — Robert Donnell Haire IV, 46, 18600 block of Pine Street, Tuolumne, booked on a state prison parole hold after an arrest at his house. He remained held this morning without bail.

TODAY

12:48 p.m., Sonora — Austin Barr Andreasian, 21, 19800 block of Greenview Drive, Twain Harte, booked on suspicion of burglary after an arrest at Pak 'n' Save, Sonora, by Sonora police. He remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Clint Alexander Maxon, 26, 900 block of Smith Station Road, Groveland, booked at 1:16 a.m. today after arrest on Highway 108 at Tuolumne Road.

Roger Wayne Platt, 44, 16000 block of Morris Road, Sonora, booked at 3:08 a.m. today after arrest on Cemetery Lane and Golden Street, Sonora.

TUESDAY

7:07 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A report of a counterfeit $20 bill at a business on the 300 block of South Washington Street turned out to be unfounded.

9:02 a.m., vehicle theft — An employee at the Department of Motor Vehicles said someone was trying to register what might have been a stolen vehicle.

11:48 a.m., hazard — A stalled vehicle caused traffic to back up on North Washington Street.

2:29 p.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer checked on a car behind a business on Sanguinetti Road.

2:52 p.m., fraudulent activity — An unknown caller at a business on the 300 block of South Washington Street said someone passed a counterfeit $20 bill.

4:25 p.m., hazard — A woman on the first block of South Stewart Street said two girls were riding skateboards without helmets.

9:15 p.m., public intoxication — An officer checked on someone who might have been drunk on Highway 49.

10:09 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman on the 200 block of Hospital Road said she could hear scratching noises near her house.

10:30 p.m., suspicious circumstances — An officer checked on an undisclosed incident at Tuolumne General Hospital.

10:10 a.m., New Melones Reservoir — A caller said items were stolen from a vehicle parked at New Melones Reservoir Marina.

10:24 a.m., Valley Springs — A house on the 7000 block of Gann Road was burglarized.

11:20 a.m., Valley Springs — A house under construction on the 6200 block of Rippon Road was burglarized.

2:15 p.m., San Andreas — Samuel Eugene Kaufman, 300 block of Rabbits Foot Road, West Point, booked on a warrant charging him with possessing a controlled substance after arrest in Calaveras County Superior Court. He remained held this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

3:40 p.m., Angels Camp — Misty Cherree Lee, 24, 400 block of South Main Street, Altaville, booked on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and a warrant charging her with failure to appear after arrest at a business on South Main Street, Angels Camp. She remained held this morning in lieu of $35,000 bail.

3:45 p.m., Valley Springs — A 45-year-old Valley Springs woman was booked on suspicion of felony battery after arrest at her home. She remained in custody this morning in lieu of $50,000 bail.

4:05 p.m., West Point — Anne Teddie Kaufman, 39, 300 block of Rabbits Foot Road, West Point, booked on a warrant charging her with possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia after an arrest at her home. She was cited and released.

10:33 p.m., Angels Camp — Nichole Gould, 48, 4800 block of Highway 49, Angels Camp, booked on a Southern California warrant charging her with possessing a controlled substance and a Calaveras County warrant charging her with trespassing and violating probation after an arrest at a convenience store on Highway 49, Angels Camp. She was cited and released.

Tim Patrick O'Donnell, 40, 100 block of Higdon Spink Cutoff, West Point, booked at 12:05 a.m. today after arrest on Highway 26, West Point.

Kelli Ann Terry, 38, 1400 block of Sunshine Drive, Concord, booked at 1:30 a.m. today after arrest at an undisclosed address in Murphys.
