Sheriff's reports

SUNDAY

11:18 a.m., Quail Hollow — A woman on the 20200 block of Grouse Way said her wallet was stolen out of her vehicle overnight.

12:04 p.m., Twain Harte — A house on the 23000 block of Fuller Road was burglarized.

12:50 p.m., East Sonora — The owner of John's 49er Bakery on the 14000 block of Highway 108 said the business was broken into. The thief or thieves stole rolled coins, cash, a video game machine and 14 dozen cookies, all but the oatmeal ones.

1:31 p.m., Groveland — A man on the 20700 block of Crescent Way said solar lights were stolen from the outside of the house.

2:38 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on the 17600 block of Wild Oak Drive said her garage was damaged in what appeared to be an attempted burglary.

7:01 p.m., Groveland — A man on the 20300 block of Pine Mountain Drive said seven driveway lights were vandalized and there was graffiti on the driveway.

7:12 p.m., Racetrack Road area — A woman said a man using vulgar language in the trees behind her house was cutting wood or something else.

10:04 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said a man in front of a business on the 18100 block of Main Street yelling and trying to pick a fight with another man.

11 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on Highway 108 near Rawhide Road said a man choked and head-butted her, then scratched himself on the nose and tried to blame it on the woman. Both the man and the woman said they were drinking.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

11:38 a.m., Sonora — Melody Jo Timmons, 35, 19400 block of Mi Wu Street, Tuolumne, booked on a Stanislaus County warrant charging her with drug possession after arrest at Tuolumne General Hospital. She was arrested when she was discharged from the hospital. She was taken to the Stanislaus County Jail Saturday.

1:48 p.m., Groveland — Matthew Scott Bradshaw, 21, 9500 block of Priest-Coulterville Road, Big Oak Flat, booked on a Mariposa County warrant charging him with marijuana cultivation after a traffic stop and arrest on Merrell Road at Marin Road. He was released Sunday after posting $25,000 bail.

4:25 p.m., Jamestown — Raymond Eleigh Levell, 45, 1700 block of Terilyn Street, San Jose, booked on a state parole hold and misdemeanor warrants charging him with passing worthless checks, trespassing, failure to appear in court and violating his probation after a traffic stop and arrest on Eighth Avenue. No details were available. He remained held without bail this morning.

SATURDAY

9:54 p.m., Sonora — Randy Carl Rogers, 45, 18000 block of Yosemite Road, Tuolumne, booked on a felony parole hold after an arrest on Stewart Street at Gold Street. No details were available. He remained held this morning without bail.

SUNDAY

9:02 a.m., Sonora — Scott Wallace Brookfield, 31, 300 block of East Jackson Street, Sonora, booked on suspicion of felony battery, making criminal threats and possession of a deadly weapon and making threats with a weapon, a misdemeanor after an arrest on Barretta Street at Lytton Street.

According to a Sonora police report, a woman said Brookfield pushed her into a flower bed and made threats toward her with nunchakus. He remained held this morning in lieu of $35,000 bail.

8:05 p.m., East Sonora — Eric James Taylor, 23, no address, booked on suspicion of attempted burglary and misdemeanor resisting arrest after an arrest on the 13400 block of Mono Way.

According to a sheriff's report, a man said he saw Taylor prying into his truck parked at The Junction shopping center. The man, who knew Taylor as a former employee, yelled at Taylor to get away from the truck. Taylor yelled back "Oh, I'm sorry," and ran off.

Deputies found Taylor at a homeless camp off Mono Way but Taylor ran off. The deputies chased, caught and handcuffed him. The deputies took him back to the man's truck and the man identified Taylor as the one who damaged his truck.

Taylor remained in custody this morning in lieu of $15,000 bail.

Randy Lee Kerns, 47, 15200 block of Cavalieri Road, Standard area, booked at 7:45 p.m. Friday after arrest on the 17500 block of Tuolumne Road, Tuolumne.

Hause McGee Banks, 19, 400 block of Highway 49, Sonora, booked at 12:36 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Lyons-Bald Mountain Road at Apple Hill Drive, Apple Valley area.

Michael Joseph Kelly, 21, 7400 block of Red Hills Road, Angels Camp, booked at 12:42 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Washington Street at Bradford Street, Sonora.

Johnie James Walters, 37, 18500 block of Madrone Street, Tuolumne, booked at 2:45 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Restano Way at South Washington Street, Sonora.

Dee Gale Humrich, 69, 14100 block of Tuolumne Road, Sonora, booked at 3:35 p.m. Saturday after arrest on Tuolumne Road at Hess Avenue, Standard area.

Jeremy Dee Thomas, 25, 400 block of South Santa Ana Avenue, Modesto, booked at 5:55 p.m. Saturday after arrest on Highway 120 east of South Lake Tulloch Road.

Jolene Petita Andrews, 21, 500 block of Stewart Street, Sonora, booked at 10:12 p.m. Saturday after arrest on Stewart Street at Lytton Street, Sonora.

Mauricio Castro Ramirez, 21, 1400 block of Joett Drive, Turlock, booked at 2:48 a.m. Sunday after arrest on the 1100 block of Mono Way, Sonora.

Jamie Marie Siemion, 23, 18400 block of Oak Street, Tuolumne, booked at 11:45 p.m. Sunday after arrest on Tuolumne Road at Nugget Boulevard, Standard area.

Sonora police reports

SUNDAY

10:26 a.m., traffic accident — An officer saw a guardrail along Highway 49 in North Sonora was damaged, possibly by a red vehicle due to paint transferred onto the guardrail.

1:48 p.m., reckless driving — A 46-year-old man was cited for reckless driving on Stockton Road.

4:44 p.m., public intoxication — A 39-year-old woman was booked on suspicion of public intoxication after a caller saw her stagger into a store on South Washington Street.

9:19 p.m., theft — A 51-year-old man was cited and released on suspicion of shoplifting from Save Mart on Stockton Road.

Sheriff's reports

SUNDAY

1:57 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A caller on the 8700 block of Cave City Road said several dogs had been barking for hours, which they said is unusual for their neighborhood.

2:12 a.m., Copperopolis — A caller said her ex-husband refused to leave her home on the 900 block of Morado Circle. When a deputy arrived the man ran away.

7:06 a.m., Valley Springs — A man punched his sister in the face on the 4400 block of Baldwin Lane, giving her a bloody nose. The man ran from the home and deputies were unable to find him.

8:18 a.m., Copperopolis — A man had a fight with his girlfriend on the 4400 block of Moccasin Court.

8:40 a.m., San Andreas — Cows were blocking the intersection of Highway 49 and Gold Oak Court.

10:54 a.m., Burson — There was a report of a trespasser on the 12100 block of Wade Lane.

4:06 p.m., San Andreas — An intoxicated person was arrested on the 300 block of East St. Charles Street.

5:40 p.m., Valley Springs — A dog bite someone on the 7200 block of West Hill Road.

6:09 p.m., San Andreas — A bicycle was vandalized at Turner Park.

6:52 p.m., Dorrington — Money was stolen from a house on the 2500 block of Hangtree Trail.

7:22 p.m., West Point — A caller on the first block of Acorn Way reported a dog bite, and said the dog was hiding under their house.

8:40 p.m., West Point —A deputy investigated an open door at a Main Street shop.

YESTERDAY

1:15 a.m., Murphys — A caller reported a party with loud music on Apple Blossom Drive.

Felony bookings

FRIDAY

12:05 a.m., Angels Camp — Robert Edward Lee, 22, 3600 block of Juniper Drive, Angels Camp, booked on a felony battery charge. Lee remained in custody this morning at Calaveras County Jail in lieu of $80,000 bail.

1 p.m., Angels Camp — Timothy Douglas Snyder, 25, 300 block of South Main Street, Angels Camp, booked on a felony assault charge. As of this morning, Snyder remained in custody at the county jail in lieu of $40,00 bail.

Anthony Edward Gomez, 1200 block of Pinetree Drive, Stockton, booked at 12:35 a.m. Saturday after arrest at the intersection of Highway 12 and Lime Creek Road in Valley Springs.

Vernon Paul Rogers, 43, 1600 block of Mosswood Drive, Yuba City, booked at 3:40 a.m. Sunday after arrest at a Valley Springs shopping center.
