THURSDAY

8:12 a.m., Pinecrest — A woman said her vacation cabin on the 200 block of Sugar Pine Avenue Lake was broken into during the winter. She said a window was pried open, the beds slept in and a charcoal barbecue used.

8:56 a.m., Cedar Ridge — A woman on the 16900 block of Broken Pine Road said a bicycle was stolen.

10:28 a.m., Jamestown — A caller found two copper blasting caps in a garage on the 18100 block of Sixth Avenue. The Calaveras County Sheriff's Department Bomb Squad was called to dispose of the caps.

2:48 p.m., Groveland — A man on the 13300 block of Clements Road said plants were stolen from his porch.

2:55 p.m., Jamestown area — A woman said her house on the 16000 block of Jacksonville Road was burglarized.

4:35 p.m., Mono Village — A woman on the 19100 block of Sunny Circle said her children were shot by other children with plastic BBs.

4:54 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said a couch was dumped on the side of Pinewood Lane, about halfway up the road. He said this is the third time this has happened.

6:21 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said a drunken man was lying on the sidewalk in front of a business on Main Street.

7:12 p.m., Jamestown — A Barendregt's grocery store employee said two women and a man stole two 12-packs of beer and left in a silver Honda Accord.

7:51 p.m., Twain Harte — A man on the 23600 block of Ontario Drive said gasoline was stolen from his vehicle overnight.

9:54 p.m., Jamestown — A Whistle Stop employee said two men and a woman were fighting and drinking in the store parking lot on the 18300 block of Highway 108. They left before a deputy arrived.

10:39 p.m., Tuttletown — A caller said teens were in a parking lot on Reynolds Ferry Road near New Melones Reservoir drinking and possibly smoking marijuana.

10:53 p.m., Rancho Sonora Estates — A woman on the 20700 block of Gopher Drive said numerous teens in eight cars were yelling, screaming and causing a disturbance.

FRIDAY

12:01 a.m., Groveland — Tiano's General Store on the 18900 block of Main Street was broken into. A surveillance tape showed three people in hooded sweatshirts stole two 12-packs of beer and three bottles of vodka after breaking the front glass door with a rock.

1:56 a.m., Tuolumne — A man staying at a friend's house in Jamestown got a phone call from a neighbor who said his trailer on the 16800 block of Apple Colony Road was being broken into.

7:52 p.m., Sonora area — A caller said a man came into a business on the 1000 block of Greenley Road with a bloody head, asked how much stitches cost, did not like the answer and left.

8:57 a.m., Tuolumne — A caller said 11 bags of drugs were found on the floor of a business on the 19400 block of Tuolumne Road North.

9:02 a.m., Jamestown — A man said his son's bike was stolen overnight from his home on the 10300 block of Preston Lane.

12:03 p.m., Pinecrest — A caller said a man is camping on private property at the end of Sherwood Forest Lane.

12:17 p.m., Tuttletown — A man said a woman made threats to him at a boat ramp off Highway 49.

1:52 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said several mailboxes had been destroyed on the 10900 block of Laru Lane.

2:38 p.m., Columbia — A man said a purse with drugs was left at his home on the 11700 block of Souza Lane.

2:39 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said a very drunk driver passed him on Highway 108 near Leisure Drive.

3:09 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A woman said her cabin on the 20600 block of Haiapo Road was broken into.

3:40 p.m., Jamestown — A woman said a suspicious man was hanging around a business on the 18100 block of Main Street that was broken into last week.

4:41 p.m., Sonora area — A man said a bag was stolen out of his unlocked truck on the 21700 block of Phoenix Lake Road.

5:46 p.m., Jamestown — A caller said three kids were breaking a fence and bikes behind a building on the 10300 block of Preston lane.

5:59 p.m., Long Barn — A man said he saw a fight between a man and a woman on North Fork Road.

6:54 p.m., Twain Harte — A man said he saw two 9 or 10-year old children hitchhiking toward Sonora on Highway 108 near Leisure Drive.

8:21 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said 15 or 20 kids are hanging around outside her window on the 11400 block of Columbia Village Drive causing a disturbance.

11:45 p.m., Twain Harte — A caller said a woman refused to leave a business on the 22900 block of Twain Harte Drive when asked.

SATURDAY

12:53 a.m., Sonora area — The Sonora Police Department requested help from the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Department to break up a fight on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

4:30 a.m., Jamestown — A caller driving toward Columbia said they were being chased and shot at by another vehicle. When the caller parked, they said the people in the other vehicle asked them if they had drugs. When the caller said no, one person tried to get into the caller's car.

10:19 a.m., Sonora area — A caller said two 19-year-olds were fighting on the 22100 block of Becky River Lane.

10:53 a.m., La Grange — A man said his locked garage on the 5600 block of Arbolada Drive was broken into and two off-road vehicles were stolen.

11 a.m., Columbia — A woman said her neighbor on Rocky Top End Road was causing a disturbance and threatening her.

5:18 p.m., Groveland — A man on the 11200 block of Merrell Road said his neighbor was laying in his driveway with a rifle about 18 inches from his body.

6:53 p.m., Jamestown — A man said a group of people were fighting and beating on a truck on Seco Street.

7:11 p.m., Sonora area — A woman said the previous owners of her house on the 23900 block of Hitching Post Road came inside and took their things without her permission.

7:42 p.m., Columbia — A man on the 22500 block of Kennebeck Lane said he was shot at by a couple of trespassers.

8:08 p.m., Sonora area — A man said another man approached his 11-year-old daughter while she was riding her bike on Phoenix Lake Road, asking if she would help him look for his dog.

8:57 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman said she received a call from her home on the 19500 block of Mira Monte Road while she was at the movies. No one should have been in the house.

11:03 p.m., Sonora area — A caller on the 20800 block of Longeway Road said they saw a man try to force a woman into a truck.

11:37 p.m., Sonora area — A caller said a fight was going on at a party on Poco Calle.

11:49 p.m., Sonora area — A man said he heard a woman screaming on Sawmill Flat Road.

YESTERDAY

9:27 a.m., Sonora area — A man said an aircraft flew under the Stevenot Bridge on Highway 49 as he was driving over it.

9:31 a.m., Jamestown — A man said two men were sneaking around his neighbors house on the the 13700 block of Park Avenue.

9:53 a.m., Twain Harte — A man said a squirrel was stuck inside a vacation cabin on the 22800 block of Placer Drive.

Felony bookings

THURSDAY

4:30 p.m., Columbia — Scott Alan Shade, 43, 11000 block of State Street, Columbia, booked on suspicion of possessing drugs for sale after an arrest at his home. He remained held in lieu of $20,000 bail.

6:55 p.m., Sonora — Angela Dawn Basso, 33, 1000 block of Feather Court, Copperopolis, booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving stolen property and being an unlicensed driver after an arrest by a California Highway Patrol office on Mono Way at Sanguinetti Loop.

She was released the same day after posting $10,000 bail.

6:57 p.m., Sonora — Harry Thomas Mitchell, 32, 21700 block of Parrotts Ferry Road, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging him with battery causing serious injury and child endangerment after a traffic stop and arrest on the 300 block of South Washington Street. He remained held this morning in lieu of $7,000 bail.

11:05 p.m., Jamestown — Daniel James Murphy, 28, 300 block of Fairview Lane, Sonora, booked on a warrant charging him with vehicle theft and receiving stolen property and being an unlicensed driver, a misdemeanor. He was released Friday after posting $10,000 bail.

FRIDAY

1:10 a.m., Sonora — Danelle Lynn Garcia-Cowley, 40, 23200 block of Tuolumne Drive, Twain Harte, booked on suspicion of possessing drugs while in the county jail.

According to a sheriff's report, Garcia-Cowley was in custody on other matters and was caught with drugs while she was on a work program inside the jail. She remained held this morning in lieu of $10,000 bail.

Lee Russell Hayes, 25, 18600 block of Jamestown Road, Jamestown, booked at 8:30 p.m. Thursday after arrest on Jamestown Road at Wigwam Road, Jamestown.

Steven James Jugo, 47, 19600 block of Grace Way, Sonora, booked at 9:50 p.m. Thursday after arrest on Sanguinetti Road at Wards Ferry Road, Sonora.

Charles Wayne Ragsdale, 46, 24200 block of Martingale Road, Sonora, booked at 11:40 p.m. Thursday after arrest on Highway 108 at Standard Road, Standard area.

THURSDAY

12:34 p.m., public intoxication — A 44-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of public intoxication on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

2:11 p.m., lost property — A woman noticed her purse was missing from a shopping cart when she got to her car parked in the Sonora Crossroads shopping center.

5:09 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said a woman carrying a backpack had been hanging around a cosmetology school on South Barretta Street for several days.

7:19 p.m., theft — A woman said she left her purse in a shopping cart while at a store in the Sonora Crossroads shopping center and it was stolen.

11 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said two men parked a black SUV in front of a store in the Timberhills shopping center and asked the caller where they could get some crystal methamphetamine.

FRIDAY

6:06 a.m., public intoxication — A caller said a child might be drinking alcohol on South Washington Street.

10 a.m., found property — A caller from a business on the 1100 block of Sanguinetti Road found drug-related items inside.

11:32 a.m., theft — The front license plate was stolen off a car the night before while parked on South Forest Road.

1:27 p.m., traffic accident — A hit-and-run accident occurred at South Washington Street and Stockton Road.

3:12 p.m., traffic accident — The handicap lift on a bus was run over while parked on the 100 block of West Bradford Avenue.

6:49 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said the door was open to a closed business on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

SATURDAY

9:58 a.m., lost property — A woman said her son lost his cell phone the night before at a business on the 1000 block of Mono Way.

1:10 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A caller said several people were in a park on Woods Creek Drive with open containers of alcohol.

1:12 p.m., traffic violations — A caller said a woman was driving recklessly on Greenley Road.

1:40 p.m., lost property — A person lost their cell phone on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

4:47 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man in Sonora said there was a bullet hole in his rear tail light and the bullet was in the car's trunk.

6:43 p.m., public intoxication — A man cut his wrists and walked into a business on the 100 block of Stockton Road. He was later arrested on suspicion of public intoxication.

3:03 a.m., traffic accident — An accident occurred on Columbia Way.

2:11 p.m., Rail Road Flat — A suspicious vehicle was reported on the 5300 block of Rail Road Flat Road.

9:14 a.m., Copper Cove — A house and truck on the 300 block of Deerfield Circle was egged.

9:46 a.m., Valley Springs — A caller on the 800 block of Carson Drive said unauthorized charges were made on a credit card.

10:06 p.m., Wallace — A caller said a private road on the 11800 block of Flint Stone Way was vandalized.

12:35 a.m., San Andreas — A caller said a newspaper box was broken into on the 300 block of East St. Charles Street.

12:56 a.m., San Andreas — A caller said a car wash vacuum was broken into at a business on Highway 49.

12:20 p.m., West Point — Ardon Bradt, 64, 1000 block of Mill Street, Sheep Ranch, booked on a felony battery charge and suspicion of assaulting a person with a firearm. Bradt remained in custody this morning at the Calaveras County Jail in lieu of $90,000 bail.

SATURDAY

4 a.m., Angels Camp — Delfino Flores Cruz, 24, 40000 block of Murphys Grade Road, Angels Camp, booked on a felony battery charge. As of this morning, Cruz remained in custody at the county jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.

Matt Darrel Smith, 37, of Patterson, booked at 2:30 a.m. Friday after arrest at the intersection of Highway 4 and Redhill Road in Angels Camp.

Marita Elizabeth Antilla, 38, 1400 block of Paris Street, San Francisco, booked at 8 p.m. Friday after arrest on Highway 4 in Hathaway Pines.

Matthew Steven Johnson, 20, of Valley Springs, booked at 9:27 p.m. Friday after arrest at the intersection of Cedar Street and Sequoia Avenue in Valley Springs.

Randy Dean Elledge, 49, 4000 block of Moran Road, Avery, booked at 2:45 a.m. Saturday after arrest on Highway 4 in Angels Camp.
